The WaterWarCrimes are the secret crimes carried out by political, legal, judicial and business insiders, in Canada, who broke international trade agreements and Canada's domestic law as part of a conspiracy to obtain control of an illegal bulk water export monopoly over the export of fresh water from Canada to the United States and Mexico.

This is a story of secret crimes carried out in the highest offices in the governments of Canada and British Columbia, assisted by some of Canada's most respected law frims, and by some of Canada's most senior and respected jurists.    

It is a story of deceit and duplicity, covert surveillance, offshore accounts, telephone and e-mail monitoring, bureaucratic and political careers terminated, death threats, crooked psychiatrists, and the bizarre sudden death of nine crooked judges linked to one lawsuit filed in Canada's Federal Court.  It is also the story of the state sanctionned destruction of the career of one private lawyer who was exposing these crimes as part of his acting for one of the victims and the collateral attack on the woman (shown above) who was assisting him, and her children.  After years of enduring abuse by Canada's governments under the hostile regimes of Jean Chretien and Paul Martin, they have turned the tables on their enemies by filing an unprecedented lawsuit in Canada's Federal Court.  This web site supports that lawsuit and their fight for justice.  This is not fiction.

It would not be unfair to call the British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General an organized crime group. 

Certainly, the plan to confer an unlawful bulk water export monopoly on W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. was a well organized crime.  In addition, all of the gangsters inside the Ministry of the Attorney General who participated in the crimes appear to have been well paid off - although a few appear to have been murdered in order to silence them.
