A Fraudster Is A Fraudster Senator Mike Duffy (shown in photo on left) was caught cheating Canadians with his housing expense claims at the Senate of Canada. The sum involved was $90,000 slightly more that former BC Premier Gordon Campbell's reputed $60,000 bar bill as Canada's High Commissioner in London. Duffy is reputed to have a drinking habit equal to or greater than ex-Premier Campbell but a better driving record.
At the Water War Crimes web site, we are not surprised that Duffy was caught cheating on the public purse because when Senator Mike Duffy was the leading CTV (Canadian Television Network) parliamentary reporter, before his appointment to the Senate in December 2008, Mike Duffy, was cheating Canadians when it came to telling the truth about the Water War Crimes. Instead of reporting on the developments, he maintained silence and obviously was rewarded by his silence with an appointment to Canada's unelected Senate where he earns a salary of $132.000 per year plus as much of his personal expenses as he can trick the Government into paying from taxpayers' money.
Nigel Wright, (shown in centre photo) Chief of Staff for Prime Minister Harper came to the rescue of Mr. Duffy by loaning / giving him $90,000 so Duffy could re-pay his expenses in the Senate. The loan / gift now assures Duffy will follow directions from the Prime Minister's Office about how he should act in the Senate.
Nigel Wright was appointed to his job in 2011 which places him inside the group of suspects responsible for the murder of Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson and the Department of Justice lawyer, Eric Noel. More damming is that Nigel Wright was part of the Brian Mulroney and Kim Campbell governments when the Water War Crimes were in active motion through a series of crooked acts at high levels in Ottawa and Victoria. Nigel is also reputed to have been an attendee at the notorious Bilderberg Club meetings which were also attended by now discredited former Premier Gordon Campbell, CBC cover up newsman, Peter Mansbridge, and alleged water investor Queen Beatrix of Holland who was forced to abdicate over corruption allegations.
Duffy knows a lot and, in the Editors Opinion, IF he had told the truth when he was CTV's parliamentary reporter, several people including Justice Layden Stevenson and Eric Noel would be alive today. Instead, he chose to cover up the truth and innocent people were killed.

WATER EXPORTS SECURE The stunning election victory May 14, 2013 by the Liberal Party of British Columbia led by Premier Christy Clark (shown in centre photo) has secured the future of the massive clean energy / water export project that has been quietly moving forward under the guidance of US President Obama and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper (shown in photo on right).
Both Christy Clark and her predecessor, Gordon Campbell, had been quietly co-operating with the project but it was expected that Adrian Dix and his competing New Democratic Party (NDP) would oppose the project as they had in the 1990's when the NDP, under its anti American leader, Glen Clark, imposed an illegal legislative prohibition on the export of fresh water from British Columbia.
Prime Minister Harper travels to New York on May 16, 2013 where he will quietly assure members the Council on Foreign Relations that the massive project, essential to the long term success of the American economy, will be proceeding as planned.
The next stage in the project is the construction of the massive Site C Dam and power station on the Peace River in northern British Columbia that is part of the original plan known as the North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA) (shown in photo on right). The Environmental review process is expected to take less thant two years and approval is expected due to the relatively harmless environmental impact compared to other more poisonous and dangerous projects such as the Keystone Pipeline, the Enbridge Pipeline and the Alberta Oilsands Projects that pollute millions of gallons of fresh water daily.
The Prince, The Prime Minister, and Another Fatality in the Water War Crimes Inside sources advise that the co-ordinated visits of Prince Harry (shown in photo on left) and U.K. Prime Minister, David Cameron, (shown in centre photo) to Washington, Boston, and New York, are the direct fall out from the high level private dinner meeting at David Cameron's official residence in London during Margaret Thatcher's funeral where key Regan-era luminaires, Brian Mulroney, John Major, George Shultz, James Baker, and Dick Cheney met with Harper, Cameron and British Foreign Secretary William Hague. The Royal Family were directed to personally apologize to the U.S. President Obama over their secret imtermeddling in Canada - U.S. relations during the Regan-Bush years when the Canada-US Free Trade Agreement was negotiated while David Cameron was directed to offer the same apology for the intermeddling by officials with the British State.
Mr. Obama, who was previously snubbed by Queen Elizabeth at a Royal event in London, asked his wife to receive the Prince, who was delivering a message on behalf of his ailing grandmother. The to add to the insult Michelle, Mr. Obama's wife, invited Harry whom the Royal family is flaunting as a modern day "warrior Prince" to a "tea party" with a group of women.
Prince Harry is fully aware of the family interest in maintaining its lucrative position as the "Royal Family" of England and Canada.
There are reports that heads have been quietly rolling inside Buckingham Palace and the British Government over the mis-guided venture to clandestinely and illegally attempt to secure control of the soon to be developed North American water supply system a project that was delayed for over two decades as a result of the high level corruption that allegedly involved Queen Elizabeth, her husband, and several other notable figures who should have known better.
Apologies are also being tendered to certain private persons harmed by the scheme in New York and Boston which is why Prince Harry and David Cameron are appearing in both cities at the same time during their hastily arranged visitation.
Sadly, in Canada, another Water War Crimes insider, Senator Doug Finley, (shown in photo on right) died from cancer at the relatively young age of 66.
Finley has been one of Prime Minister Harpers closest advisors and was, surely, involved in the approval of the flawed legal strategy that led to the murder of Canadian Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson, in June 2012, and the murder/suicide (?) of Department of Justice lawyer Eric Noel, in July 2012, both of whose deaths, likely murders, are discussed in several previous posts and on a web page dedicated to the issue.

Murder by cancer is a possibility, but, Finley, an immigrant to Canada from Scotland and a former member of the Scottish National Party, which seeks to sever ties with the Crown and the United Kingdom, must have been terribly conflicted over his role as a key advisor to Prime Minister Harper in a case that led to a number of murders as a result of the Prime Minister's decision to protect the confidences of the English Crown and the British government - the historic enemies of Scotland and its people.
There is a considerable body of scientific evidence that emotional conflict is a factor leading to the onset of many cancers.

The Media Charade In New York On May 9, 2013, shortly after Al Gore insulted Canada for operating "an open sewer in the sky" the Canadian Government announced that its mouthpiece, Prime Minister Stephen Harper, would be travelling to New York on May 16, 2013 to speak to the notorious Council On Foreign Relations (COFR). It is expected that Prime Minister Harper will use the occasion to respond to the claims of Mr. Gore (shown in centre photo) which are as as self evident as the photo on the left compared to the photo on the right.
Insiders advise that both events were co-ordinated in order to give Harper an excuse to travel to New York where he will meet privately with certain movers and shakers in the United States while the delusional Canadian public have been artfully led to believe he will be there for a speaking event responding to Mr. Gore`s inflamatory remarks ( See May 9, 2013, post: Al Gore vs Canada: An Open Sewer In the Global Skies).
The private meeting in New York is believed to be the result of the private meeting in London at Margaret Thatcher's funeral where COFR members, George Schultz, James Baker and Dick Cheney, met privately with Canadian Prime Minister Harper and former Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney where, insiders tell us , two of the topics of conversation were water exports and the implications arising from the murder of a Canadian judge, Carolyn Layden Stevenson, and Department of Justice lawyer Eric Noel, that have been reported as probable murders on these pages but nowhere else in Canada`s moribund and delusional media who generally live in a drug and alcohol induced fog of unreality.
Dirty Oil vs Clean Water Last week, defeated US Presidential candidate Al Gore, got back into the political ring and punched Canada right in the nose by accusing Canada, especially oil rich Alberta, of using "the atmosphere of the planet as an open sewer".

Disease & Criminal Cover Up The Canadian media is reporting that Alexa McDonough, (shown in photo in left), the former leader of the New Democratic Party is dying from cancer, a disease often caused by shame and guilt, at the relatively young age of 68. Life expectancy for females in Nova Scotia, where McDonough lives, is 82.
Between 1999 and 2000, staff for Alexa McDonough spent hours on the telephone speaking with the president of Sun Belt Water Inc. getting full particulars of the crimes carried out against Sun Belt Water Inc. and its lawyer by the Social Credit and NDP governments of British Columbia and the Liberal Party government of Canada.
Sun Belt was told that McDonough was preparing to DO HER DUTY and expose some of the greatest political crimes in Canadian history but she never said a word about those crimes and, as a result, innocent people suffered, some people died and the wicked went unpunished. There is good reason to believe that McDonough was lying to Sun Belt Water and was, in truth, on a fact finding mission for the criminals in Canada's governments that she protected.
McDonough is now paying the price for her complicity in crime which includes the recent deaths of of Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson (shown in photo on right) from Fredericton, New Brunswick, and Department of Justice lawyer, Eric Noel, (not shown) from Ottawa.

What is Prime Minister Harper Afraid Of? Recent appointments within the senior ranks of Canada`s civil service suggest Canadian Prime Minister Harper (shown in photo on left) is hiding something that could destroy his career. On April 22, 2013, Mr. Harper removed Simon Fothergill (shown in centre photo) from his position as Assistant Deputy Attorney General where Fothergill had been in the chain of command responsible for the flawed legal strategy that led to the murders of Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson and Department of Justice lawyer, Eric Noel.
Harper appointed Fothergill to the position of Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet and Counsel, Privy Council Office where he will have additional security to protect him from the murderers of Layden-Stevenson and Noel who, obviously, continue to have agents inside the Department of Justice since no one has been charged with the crimes.

In the Editor's Opinion, Fohergill is guilty of gross negligence causing death but his life may be at risk because he knows too much and may be a key witness in a murder trial which explains his move to a protected position.
Harper moved Richard Fadden, Canada's top spy and intelligence expert (shown in photo on right), over to the Department of Defence where he will be the Deputy Minister. Fadden proved inept at CSIS because he was unable to prevent the murders although warned several times that a serial killer was on the loose. Fadden also needs security because he knows too much and may suddenly drop dead just like former CSIS director, Jack Hooper, who appears to have been murdered.
