Is Canada's Justice Minister, Rob Nicholson, serious about tacking white collar crime or is he just another crooked politician?
When white collar crime came to Alberta, insiders in Canada's politically controlled court system linked to the Minister of Justice, Rob Nicholson, assigned Alberta Court of Queen's Bench Justice, Adele Kent, to be the presiding judge in a major mortgage fraud case, in Calgary, Alberta, involving Conservative Party Politician and Member of Parliament, Devinder Shory, who, co-incidentally, is a lawyer and member of the Law Society of Alberta, the same society Adele Kent was a member of prior to becoming a judge.

In Canada, most mortage frauds, money laundering and white collar crime is carried out by lawyers who are often protected from prosecution by members of the judiciary and their own law societies due to insurance claims. Co-incidentally, in the mortgage fraud case in Calgary, Justice Adele Kent has appointed Vancouver law firm Davis and Co to be the court supervisor or monitor while, according to a former Vancouver Police Officer, the law firm of Davis and Company, was responsible for laundering the money ($1 billion plus) that President and Dictator Ferdinand Marcos had looted from the Phillipines. The partner involved in laundering Marco Billions was, according to the retired police officer, the former Canadian Justice Minister of Canada, Ron Basford - a fact which explains why no charges were ever brought against him.
Adele Kent is also the sister of Conservative Party of Canada politician and Member of Parliament, Peter Kent who is Canada's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and a cabinet colleague of Minister of Justice Minister, Rob Nicholson.
At the Water War Crimes web site we believe that Justice Adele Kent violated her judicial ethics in the case involving Ms. Karen Gibbs (see story below) in order to protect political insiders linked to the Water War Crimes and to Canada's present Justice Minister Rob Nicholson.
If Justice Aldele Kent acted, corruptly, to protect political insterests in the Water War Crimes case of Ms Gibbs then, she can be counted on to do the same thing again. There is an old legal maxim "Falsa in una, falsa in omnes" translated from latin it means "false in one, false in all".
The willingness of Alberta Justice Adele Kent to take a case of this nature involving Conservative Party Politician, Mr. Shory proves her willingness to protect certain politicians and corroborates the allegations made against her in the case of Ms. Gibbs and the Water War Crimes.

Adele Kent is a another judge of the Alberta Court of Queens Bench who we suspect was part of the judicial conspiracy against Ms. Gibbs and Mr. Carten.
Ms. Gibbs was forced by Justice Hutchinson, of the Supreme Court of British Columbia to move her family to Alberta to resolve a custody dispute with her ex-husband notwithstanding the fact the family had resided in British Columbia for over seven years and she had a signed separation agreement filed in the Supeme Court of British Columbia giving jurisdiciton over the case to the courts of British Columbia.

After many months and many unnecessary court applications in Alberta, Ms. Gibbs succeeded in the Alberta courts and obtained the court order confirming custody orders she had had in British Columbia but, for some strange reason that was completely contrary to the law, Justice Adele Kent ordered Ms. Gibbs to pay her ex- husbands costs of about $3,000.00.
Ms. Gibbs won the lawsuit. Her costs were in excess of $25,000.00. The Alberta Court should have ordered these costs be paid by her ex-husband, who earned over $100,000 per year, because he was the loser and because he admitted that he abused the process of the court by bringing the lawsuit as a strategy to avoid paying $10,600.00 in arrears of child support.
So, why did Ms. Adele Kent, a justice of the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, refuse to follow the usual practice and customary laws regarding court costs in this particular case where the loser had abused the process of the court.

Peter Kent - the brother of Justice Adele Kent
An interesting co-incidence is that Justice Adele Kent is sister to Peter Kent who is now Canada's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Americas and a colleague of Justice Minister Rob Nicholson who has been delaying justice in the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit where nine judges, and at least two others, suddenly dropped dead.
