Are Prime Minister Harper and Justice Minister Nicholson Responsible for Ten (20) More Deaths in the Water War Crimes lawsuit?

When the death toll was only eight (8), on April 30, 2009, an E-Mail to the Prime Minister and the Justice Minister Warned of More Death & Early Resignations If Government Refused To Settle A "Just" Claim.
The Government resisted Justice  
And, as predicted, more have died bringing the death toll to thirty (30).  

Total Dead Since 2006 = 27

The following is an e-mail chain to Prime Minister Harpers office, Mr. Robert Nicholson, the Attorney General for Canada and Mr. John Sims, then the Deputy Attorney General for Canada, that repeatedly predicts more death and destruction.  The chain begins on April 30, 2009, where it was written:

"We predict, there will be more early retirements soon and regrettably, there may even be more deaths" 

Since April 30, 2009, there have been ten (10) additional deaths linked to the Water War Crimes lawsuit.  British Columbia Provincial Court Chief Judge, Hugh Stansfield, British Columbia retired Justice, David Vickers, British Columbia retired Justice, John Bouck, British Columbia retired civil servant / lawyer, Jack Ebbels, retired Clerk of Privy Council, Glen Shortliffe, and former Privy Councillor and political insider, Mario Lague, Senator Norm Atkins, former special advisor to Prime Minister Jean Chretien, Maurice Foster, former CSIS associate director, Jack Hooper, former British Columbia Lieutenant Governor David Lam, Michel Gratton a journalist specializing in intelligence matters, Audrey Best Bouchard a laswyer with the law firm of Heenan Blaikie,  retired Justice H.A.D. (Bert) Oliver, former Deputy Attorney General of BC Gillian Wallace, former Chiuef Justice of BC Donald Brenner, Ottawa lawyer Martin Mason, Canadian politician Jack Layton, and former executive assistant to Premier Gordon Campbell Sandra Gail Roberts, and Liberal Party politician Reg Alcock.    

All of these people were linked to the Water War Crimes in one way or another. Some were parties to the lawsuit others were key witnesses.
 
In addition, since April 30, 2009, there have been at least four nine (9) early retirements of people who resigned and who were directly or indierctly linked to the Water War Crimes: John Sims, Deputy AG Canada  April 1, 2010, Jim Judd, CSIS Director, June 2009, Kevin Lynch Clerk of Privy Council, September 2009, Tim Leadem April 2010, Senator Michael Pitfield, June 1, 2010, Guy Giorno, Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Harper, August 9, 2010, British Columbia Member of Parliament, Jay Hill, October 4, 2010, British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell, November 3, 2010, British Columbia opposition leader Carole James, December 6, 2010.        

Canada's Department of Justice and Office of the Prime Minister and Privy Council have deliberately stalled a fair and equitable settlement and, thereby, in our opinion, contributed to the early death of many of these people who were, in our opinion, implicated in the Water War Crimes.

Gentlemen:   

We write to complain about the conduct of your Deputy Attorney General, Mr. John Sims, Q.C., who has engaged in the making of fraudulent misrepresentations in his written submissions in the Federal Court dated May 12, 2008.  We are sending a copy of this letter to Mr. Sims and invite him to explain his conduct.  

These fraudulent submissions have now induced Federal Court Prothonotary Lafreniere to make an incorrect decision which is causing us to waste time and resources to refute it.  Mr. Sims is clearly guilty of a "fraud on the court" and explain himself or be  reprimanded. 

In paragraph 40 of his submission, Mr. Sims fraudulently asserts in “that the Plaintiffs are now trying to litigate essentially the same issues in” the Federal Court that were the subject matter of a prior proceeding before Mr. Justice Curtis in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. This submission is absolutely false.

The matter in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, before Mr. Justice Curtis, was an application for an injunction by the Plaintiff, Mr. Carten; Ms. Gibbs was not party to that proceeding.

Further, that injunction relief was sought against the Defendants, Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. and the judges of the Provincial Court of British Columbia. There was no claim for an injunction against the Federal Crown or any of the others parties in Federal Court Action T-95-08 nor was there a claim for monetary damages against any party.

Although some of the events described in the pleadings in the British Columbia Supreme Court action were similar to some of the events described in the pleadings in the Federal Court Action, the two cases are entirely different in nature and it is a fraud on the court for Mr. Sims to have argued otherwise and to allege we are abusing the Federal Court process.

The Crown (Federal) was joined in our Supreme Court of BC proceeding because Mr. Carten considered it might have an interest in the proceeding. The Crown (Federal), the Ministry of Justice, declined to enter an appearance and advised, by mail, that it had no interest in the proceeding. How can Mr. Sims possibly submit we are litigating the same issues when the Crown (Federal) filed a defence to this action but did not file or make any appearance in the BC Supreme Court Petition?  

In our Federal Court proceeding, we, as Plaintiffs, are not seeking any injunctive relief and the Crown has filed a Statement of Defence to defend its interests.

We are not surprised that Mr. Sims, Q.C., your Deputy Attorney General, and his colleagues in the Ministry of Justice would resort to fraud to attempt to defeat our claim. They have been working closely with the Ministry for the Attorney General for British Columbia, an institution that has engaged in fraud, fraudulent submissions and perjury in civil litigation in the past.

Once again we invite you and your colleague to settle this matter justly on established principles of law and equity.

Mr. Justice Vickers, a Defendant in our Federal Court Action died on November 15, 2009. He is dead judge number eight. We warned you, in our letter of May 12, 2009, concerning the BC Chief Judge Hugh Stansfield, a copy of which is set out below, that there would be "more destruction and death". 

Mr. Vickers was diagnosed with terminal cancer in July, 2009, a mere six weeks after our prediction was made.

Gentlemen:  

As you know, British Columbia Provincial Court Chief Judge, Hugh Stansfield, died on May 7, 2009 (See Attached Death Notice).  

As you also know, Chief Judge Stansfield and his legal assistant, Ms. Edwards, were directly involved in the malicious and fraudulently based prosecution brought against Mr. Carten in January, 2008, by the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia.  

As you also know, Chief Judge Stansfield's death was shortly after our letter to you of April 30, 2009, (See Below) wherein we predicted "there will be more early retirements soon and regrettably, there may even be more deaths".   

Now there are seven (7) dead judges who were involved in the attack on us and our families.     

Chief Judge Stansfield was not named in Federal Court Action T-95-08 but, in 2007 and 2008, he chose to assist to cover up criminality by his legal assistant and others, attack the innocent, abuse his position of power and authority and, now, he is dead, like the other judges who  mis-conducted themselves, Robert Edwards, Ralph Hutchinson, James Taylor, Sid Clark, Antonio Lamer, and Allan McEachern.     

Is Chief Judge's Stansfield's death a mere co-incidence?    

We think not.      

Prior to the death of Chief Judge Stansfield, we were as communicating with Mr. Rob Nicholson begin_of_the_skype_highlighting     end_of_the_skype_highlighting, a private investigator in British Columbia, (See www.rwnicholson.com)  regarding the preparation of an Affidavit concerning criminal conduct by Judge Stansfield.  The attachments were a part of that communication.         

We suspect that our communication with Mr. Nicholson has been monitored by CSIS,  other government agencies or the clandestine criminal organization the operates inside the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia and in the Government in Canada.    

As with the other sudden deaths of several judicial officers, we do not rule out  murder by insiders with the Governments of Canada and British Columbia.    Chief Judge Hugh Stansfield was in a position to blow the whistle on much crookedness inside the government of British Columbia.  He figured prominently in the Dr. Kuntz Affair a sophisticated fraud on the medical insurance system and the taxpayers of Canada carried out by some of Canada's most prestigious law firms and several prominent members of the medical profession.    Our sources tell us that Chief Judge Hugh Stansfield was observed to appear healthy while in attendance at a public event on April 25, 2009, yet, allegedly, he suddenly succumbed to the ravages of cancer only a few days later.  A convenient death and a convenient alibi.    

We also remind you of the sudden death of Stan Hagen shortly after meeting with Premier Campbell.  Mr. Hagen was also connected to the bulk water export scandal and the claim of Sun Belt Water Inc. through his participation in the  cabinet of Mr. Vander Zalm.  Mr. Hagen was also in a position to blow the whistle.    

Once again, we are offering you and your colleagues the opportunity to settle our claim, justly and on established principles of law and equity, instead of compelling us to move forward in a manner that will, under karmic law, lead to more destruction and death.   

The choice is yours.    

If the Government of Canada had accepted our reasonable and generous offer to resolve this matter, without legal proceedings, in early 2007, we submit that one or more of  the guilty judiciary would still be alive. 

They have paid a high price as a result of your continued delay.

Gentlemen:    

As you know, we (Ms. Karen Gibbs and I) have filed a Statement of Claim in Canada's Federal Court under Action T-95-08 claiming compensation for the harm meted out to ourselves and families as collateral targets of the Governments of Canada and British Columbia resulting from our connection to the case of Sun Belt Water Inc. v. Canada and British Columbia, a case related to the vexing issue of bulk water exports.  

Our case in the Federal Court is stalled because two of Jean Chretien's appointments, Chief Justice Alan Lufty and Prothonotary Roger Lafreniere, have effectively blocked the proceeding.     The Federal Court has done nothing for 10 months.   

This is deliberate delay and denial of justice.    

Delay and denial of justice is contrary to the obligations of the Crown under the Magna Carta.  Obstruction of justice is contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.  

We cannot be certain but there is a possibility Messers Lufty and Lafreniere were threatened or intimidated into non-action and the matter should be investigated.   As you know, we filed an appeal to the Federal Court of Appeal in proceeding No A-209-08, requesting that a judge who enjoys the protection of judicial independence be assigned and that the Federal Court of Appeal supervise the case.   

On Wednesday, April 29, 2009, the Federal Court of Appeal, by Order of Madam Justice Sharlow, accepted for filing our Memorandum of Fact and Law which means the appeal is now proceeding and your lawyers have until May 25, 2009, to file their responding Memorandum.    We are attaching hereto a unfiled copy of our Memorandum of Fact and Law for your consideration.  The introductory facts suggest intentional manipulation of the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal by government insiders.    

We recently observed that since the filing of our Statement of Claim, one of the judges named in our case, Mr. David Vickers, took early retirement in December 2008.  

We predict, there will be more early retirements soon and regrettably, there may even be more deaths.   

As you know, six of the judges named in the Statement of Claim died in the past few years, several were in excellent health.  The timing and nature of their sudden deaths suggests some relationship to the facts set out in the Statement of Claim.  

You have only yourselves and your lawyers to blame if more judges suffer sudden heart attacks as a result of our exposure of their criminal misconduct which we must continue to do in order to achieve justice because you and your lawyers refuse to settle our just claim.  

The sudden deaths of Robert Edwards, Rafe Hutchinson and Antonio Lamer could probably have been avoided if federal government employees, Mr. John Sims and Ms. Deborah MacNair, had responded decently, morally and ethically to our request for an early out of court settlement.  The sudden death of Judge James Taylor could also probably have been avoided if Paul Martin's government had responded to our request for a fair settlement of the Sun Belt claim.  We continue to suspect that one or more of these judges were murdered by insiders in order to silence them.     

As you know, the judges in question were only doing their jobs, as instructed by other unidentified insiders, and their blood is on your hands because you have refused to do what is right and just.   

Once again, we offer you the opportunity to make a fair and reasonable settlement in accordance with generally accepted legal principles and in the interests of all the parties and their families.
