Sold to members of the public, these refined petroleum products can cause potentially dangerous car engine malfunctions, he said.

Well, the article has a few wrong statements and assumptions. The corruption of Canadian politicians is true. Most of them, I believe, are in the pay of corporate America. However, the concept that snow is a nuisance is not true. Canada's ecosystems need that snow. Besides, (winter sports are fun and desirable. Snow is lovely.)

The reality is: the world is overpopulated by humans and their over-consumption and waste. We wind up overusing the land and resources where we live and then we want to take other stuff from other people because we've used ours up. Humans all over the planet must stop reproducing for many years. Other species have a right to live, and need to live, for we're all interconnected. Americans can't just overpopulate their land or take in more people than their own land can provide for, than think they can come up into Canada and take our water and other resources. North and South Americans never did learn what their First Nations could have taught them--that you can't take more than there is. There is no such thing as a profit. It's merely transference of wealth/energy from some place (the environment) and/or from someone else (workers' labour and customers' savings) to someone else (some greedy rich dudes who think they have the right to own everything). The world is in debt for we humans have taken out more than we should have taken. We all need to change our economic idiocy to something sustainable and environmentally sound. Have just read the 1960's concept/proposal of the NAWAPA, at the Schiller Institute's site. Think it is a brilliant and positive approach whose time may have come.

Apart from recognizing the extreme eco-sensitive management needed for such an incredible engineering task the reasoning behind my endorsement is not so Arizona can have more golf courses or LA residents continue to have swimming pools ... but due to two very vital factors not evident in the 'foresight' of the 1960's planners.

These are: the major instabilty of Mexico as a social threat to its NA neighbours, and the effect of global warming on the Arctic ice cap.

A managed flow of water south could interlink with release of the Arctic melt, thus saving places like Florida from disappearing ... and ... funneling huge irrigation assets to Mexico (who were screwed originally by the dams on the Colorado), thus creating a massive agricultural eden, where there is nothing but poverty and despair.

The kicker? Canada and USA insist Mexico sign agreement to limit the grasp of the RC Church on it's population and bring proper education to all. It must continue to eliminate the drug economy/culture so interwoven now into it's society.It must undergo a freeze on emigration and redevelop the country and economy as their #1 priority.

Canada and USA will, as well as all the economic benefits from such a super develop, have the real value of stabilizing the bottom part of the continent, both from flood control over rising oceans and the devastation threatened ... and the similar social devastation ... if the Mexico Problem is not fixed.

If this NAWAPA concept is redrawn, sold with full public disclosure and overseen by a Triad of countries involved with an international observer (UN) as part of process ... it could make Suez, Panama, St Lawrence Seaway, Hoover Dam, Chunnel, Moon, etc seem like kid's mechano stuff!

ALL it requires is adherence to common welfare and HONESTY as underlying and governing principle (!).

A political answer does not have anything to do with the fact that I saw the drilling results, wrote the monthly summary progress reports, and was witness to the BC Government of the day, force the three Senior Engineers on this Project to have a POLITICAL FALSE REPORT submitted on the FEASIBILITY of Site C written by an Engineer who could never be trusted in the Field or the Office.

All the Engineers in the world would not recommend any Dam Biult on these CONDITIONS:

1) For Three Hundred Meters below the River Bed, the lack of any solid material could be compared to building a DAM across Sea Island Sub Ground condition at the mouth of the Fraser River - one shake and complete collapse!
2) Slip plans in 30 meter grouping are as thin as 2 mm - almost to maximum 300M drilled depth!
3) Neither a Concrete nor Earth filled dam could ever be placed on this kind of UNSTABLE DEPTH of Subsurface Material. No fesable cost could ever overcome such conditions!
4) There was very little solid core material that would even come close LOAD BEARING for any design with such depths of this Unstable Slip Plan like material!
5) The word FEASABILITY, first means that you have a viable stable Geotechnical Condition - THERE WAS NONE!
6) The word FEASABILITY, secondly means that you can build an economically or financially sound DAM structure that will yield a Good Safe return - THAT "DOES NOT APPLY AT SITE C AND NEVER DID!
7) Liken unto Revelstoke Financial disastrous cost(!), (Due to Bad Outsourced Engineering), that I was also a witness too, Site C, ignoring the fact that it is not Geotechnically FEASABLE, could never be less than 10 times the Political stated cost of $6 Billion.
8) The word FEASABILITY , in this case, can only be used in an ENGINEERED APPLICATION and NOT A POLITICAL ONE!
9) As thoroughly dicussed, with the best SENIOR ENGINEER, BC HYDRO had at the time, the question ended in who could they get to write a FALSE REPORT for the 'Political Hydro Board of Directors'!
10) The three Senior Engineers agreed on not assigning the Report Writting to any of the Engineers who had done such a detailed and excellent full job in finding this SITE C as NOT FEASABLE and assigned a 'lacky', who did very little work on any one of the Eight Projects that were being worked, at the time, simply because his work had to be often corrected and reviewed for ERRORS.

This is old property law act from April 20, 1891 is very helpful for thieves who can easily steal your house. Very smart move for those who are making such laws!!!! It is enough that some stupid clerk in land title office will make an "error" (why they hire those clerks? by the way) - the owner is always a loser but who will take my property when such clerk made an error? Why no one can correct that error so the owner would not lose his/her own house purchased by her/his own honestly made money? God Bless Canada and those in land title offices who are making such errors without corrections to help owners of their houses. I want see that face of that clerk who will take my property due to his error done on the computer files in land title office. He must be very rich by now and I live in poverty. Where is Justice? Where is freedom? Is this way to trust our offices? Below is that law - very old and need to be changed.

Now, is so easy to remove (by an error) from the computer's file joint tenancy so there would be tenant in common and in this case the owner (spouse of deceased husband) cannot have the property. Never mind that she has all documents on the paper stated clearly joint tenancy (Form 17 and Land Title Act), the error done by clerk in land title office 2 months after her husband passed away is not correctable and no lawyer, or any notary has the power to change it. She cannot own her property due to that smart law.

Legal corruption in Canada you say?

Composing a short e-mail on this subject is impossible.

I have been in a 'legal war' against the current culture of corruption besetting this country since I sustained a catastrophic head injury in a motor vehicle accident in 1994.

Post-accident, I have been bounced from pillar-to-post by this culture of legal corruption for over 16 years.

Justice?

The four lawyers and law firms involved with carriage of my legal affairs starting from 1996 are as follows:

1) Iacono Brown:

Withheld material information and failed to disclose the firm represented my adversaries, Kingsway Financial Services Inc., and Jevco Insurance, at the material time.

Principal partner, Paul Iacono is also a deputy small claims court judge.

2)Gluckstein & Associates:

Bernard Gluckstein withheld information and failed to disclose he was a founding director and major shareholder of the Kingsway organization at the material time.

As of May 21, 2001, Gluckstein held 110,033 shares of Kingsway stock.

Kingsway acquired my insurer, Jevco Insurance, two weeks prior to Gluckstein accepting my retainer to pursuew a claim against Jevco.

When the deception was discovered I was compelled to change law firms.

3) Shekter Dychtenberg:

Refused to act as against the first two law firms. As a result, I was again compelled to change law firms. It took the better part of a fifteen month search to find a law firm that recognized two distinct causes of action as follows:

1) The original litigation based on a contract of insurance.

2) Legal proceedings as aginst the fraudulent misrepresentation and other independent actionable wrongs of Iacono and Gluckstein.

4) Aronovitch Macaulay Rollo:

Professed to recognize two distinct causes of action..gained my trust and then proceeded to run out limitation periods and protect Iacono and Gluckstein.

This deception wasn't discovered until Aronovitch Macaulay Rollo, Walter Z. Aronovitch and Robert P. Bowman had betrayed my legal cause and abandoned my legal rights to protect Iacono and Gluckstein through fraudulent misrepresentation.

Now, no lawyer or law firm will touch my case ...because of who the defendants are as opposed to the merits of the case or the rule of law.

My complaint to the Law Society regarding Gluckstein was never investigated in any meaningful way and my appeal to the Complaint Resolution Commissioner was dismissed.

The entire complaint and appeal process made an absolute mockery out of the administration of justice and any semblence of equal, fair and impartial adjudication under the rule of law.

The entire process was an appalling betrayal of the public trust on the part of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

It was subsequently discovered the Complaint Resolution Commissioner who dismissed my appeal, Mr. Abdul A. Chahbar, a so-called'lay bencher' from London, Ontario, whom the Law Society knowingly appointed as Complaints Resolution Commissioner at the material time, was a member of the LPIC Law Pro Insurance Board of Directors, Vice-Chair of the LPIC Audit Committee, member of the LPIC Sub-Audit Committee and Member of the Law Society Government Relations Committee.

The Law Society intentionally corrupted the complaint and appeals process by appointing Mr. Chahbar when he was clearly in a disqualifying conflict of interest.

In the spring of 2010, the Law Society repayed Chahbar by declaring him 'an extraordinary Ontarian, awarding him with a honourary doctor of laws degree
and appointing him as a justice of the peace for his Fanshawe riding in London, Ontario.

Chahbar is seeking the Liberal nomination for federal politics.

The Law Society's appointment of Chahbar as Complaint Resolution Commissioner was all about money!

Available background information revealed the Law Society faced an 'insurance crisis' back in 1990 and, as a result, took it upon itself to organize and incorporate the Lawyer's Professional Indemnity Company ("LPIC")and Law Pro Insurance.

LPIC and Law Pro Insurance are essentially a wholly-owned insurance company subsidiary of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Oh sure, the Law Society will counter by claiming they're not associated with LPIC and Law Pro Insurance which, on paper, may be technically correct.

Two of my main witnesses, before the three day trial, were called, at night, into a back room of the Parksville ice arena where the Regional District members, their lawyers and other unknown men where circled around a table in a clandestine meeting. My witnesses were terrified into not attending court to attest to the innocence of the dogs...This was all revealed in my evidence on the stand as one young lady, had the fortitude to still give evidence...All my court documents have been removed from my file and only the documents of two years filing of the RDN remain.

The judge Dohm swept all my evidence away and to deny my appeal, which was filed and ready for hearing in Vancouver on the Thursday two days after the judgement date...killed the dogs immediately.

Where is this Canadian Law and in line with just about every human right that we stand for Dohm and the little ineffectual RDN has degenerated now!

Organised HYPOCRISY : On April 19 Victoria Court House was open House.The judges showing people how it works.They do every year. The handsome (bello ) justice Braken was upfront.He is the one who stoled my adopted handsome (bello ) boy........just to torture me and ruin my boy's life.The handsome justice got promoted.Promozione EH !Mylord?.....Sure.....I wouldn't let you run a hot dog stand.The same with judge Harvey and child counsellor(consigliere delle fave)Dug Emid.........Hypocrits....and much moore.....read my lips.....We get lectured by people about moral values by people who have theyr own moral shortcomings.At Court House HYPOCRISY is not a handicap.Pardon my french.

I was the best father.Now they must support him for life.....
