FLATHEAD LAKE NOW COMMITTED AS WATER EXPORT CORRIDOR REGION
...THE PLAN UNFOLDS

As one of his last official acts in office, the now disgraced British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, signed an important agreement that will forever dedicate and protect the Flathead Lake Valley as part of the Big Water Export Project that  Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper had promised he would deliver to US President Barack Obama in his first days in office.

The Big Water Export Project was supposed to commence in the 1990's with exports by marine tanker vessel from British Columbia to California but that project was de-railed by political corruption in Canada, especially, in its westernmost province of British Columbia, and by Sun Belt Water Inc., the upstart American company that entered the water export/import business and quickly became the leading force in the business to the utter dismay and shock of Canada's political insiders who expected to profit from control of a water export monopoly granted to them by Canada.

Followers of this web site should not be surprised by these developments that are consistent with remarks recorded on the audiuotape recording made in July 2010.

FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL JUDGE DENIES ACCESS TO JUSTICE
  VIOLATES MAGNA CARTA
ORDERS LITIGANTS TO PAY $10,000.00 UP FRONT; BEFORE CASE IS HEARD.
MORE JUDICIAL CORRUPTION IN CANADA

On February 8, 2011, Justice Carol Laydon-Stevenson of Canada's Federal Court of Appeal, appointed under the corrupt political regime of Prime Ministers Jean Chretien and Paul Martin attempted to deny access to justice by ordering the appellants (Carten and Gibbs) in the Water War Crimes lawsuit to pay $10,000.00 if they continue their lawsuit against the cabal of corruption inside Canadian government structures including the Ministry of Justice, the Judiciary, and several of Canada's leading law firms.

Two days later, the leading propagandist for Canada's judicial junta, Chief Justice Bevereley McLachlin, engaged in a classic exercise of dis-information and dis-ambiguation when she seemingly lamented that Canada's justice system was fixed by the lawyers against those without money.  “It seems to me.... We have wonderful justice for corporations and for the wealthy. But the middle class and the poor may not be able to access our justice system.”  (See Globe and Mail, February 10, 2011).
Justice Stevenson was appointed to the Canada's Federal Court of Appeal in 2008 by Canada's Minister of Justice, Rob Nicholson, who first came to public attention as part of the Kim Campbell Gang, a group of political insiders that played a key role in the organizing and attempted final execution of the Water War Crimes.

Rob Nicholson is now Justice Minister and Attorney General for Canada where, under his leadership, a "judicial mafia" continues to flourish, fixing cases and denying justice to derserving litigants.  Mr. Nicholson is one of those two-faced politician pretending he is hard on crime while protecting the criminals in Canada's government and the criminals who are "friends of the government".

The Canadian and British Columbia governments have used a litany of dirty tricks to prevent the Water War Crimes lawsuit from moving forward for a "fair hearing" before an "independent tribunal" because, if the truth is told, many leading Canadian and British Columbia politicians, judges, and bureaucrats would be exposed as criminals.

Did the Water War Crimes  Destroy RCMP Commissioner Elliott?
The announcement of the resignation of RCMP Commissioner Elliott comes as no surprise to followers of the Water War Crimes.

In September, 2007, Commissioner Elliott was asked to inverstigate the Water War Crimes.  At that time, the death toll stood at about 2, former Deputy Attorney General of Canada John Tait and Mr. Justice James Taylor

It is arguable that if Commissioner Elliott had done his job properly and carried out a proper police investigation of the crimes alleged some of the dead in the Graveyard of the Guilty would be alive today but, instead, they are dead.  Sure, some of them should have gone to jail or been otherwise punished for their crimes but they didn't deserve to die for what, with a couple of exceptions, were a series of white collar crimes.

In our opinion, Commissioner Elliott had a conflict of interest due to his previous position in the Canadian Government where insiders facilitated and participated in the Water War Crimes.  A  complaint against Elliott was filed with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP and the Commission has recently advised that the investigation is continuing.

So, you be the judge, did Commissioner Elliot announce his resignation because he was linked to the continuing cover up of the Water War Crimes?
