CANADA'S OPPOSITION PARTIES REBEL AGAINST TORY COVER UP OF WATER WAR CRIMES AND FORCE ELECTION Will Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, find that he will be the third Canadian Prime Minister to be destroyed by the Water War Crimes - COVER UP - the greatest untold scandal in Canadian political history. The Water War Crimes destroyed Prime Minister Jean Chretien in between 1999 and 2002, when Chretien 's role in the crimes became evident and was reported to every member of the House of Commons and the Senate of Canada and selected members of the US Senate, Congress, and Administration, including Presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush who learned that Canada had cheated Americans over water exports. Prime Minister Paul Martin attempted to keep the lid on the brewing scandal but his strategy backfired when secret documents were hand delivered to opposition leader Stephen Harper who used those documents to persuade opposition leaders Jack Layton and Gilles Duceppe to join him in a coalition that toppled the corrupt Paul Martin from Government.
A few short weeks ago, Canadian opposition leaders Michael Ignatieff (Liberal), Jack Layton (NDP), and Gilles Duceppe (Bloc Quebecois), were alerted that continued cover up and stalling by Prime Minister Harper and his team had led to the deaths of two more Water War Crimes insiders, former British Columbia Deputy Attorney General Gillian Wallace with NDP loyatlties and former British Columbia Chief Justice Donald Brenner with Liberal Party loyalties.
Wallace and Brenner were key witnesses in the Water War Crimes lawsuit, a massive claim that threatens to destroy the political, legal, and judicial mafia that controls much of Canada.
The considered police opinion on both sides of the border is that a serial killer or killers is/are murdering the witnesses.

CHIEF JUSTICE BRENNER DROPS DEAD DEATH NUMBER 21 WAS HE MURDERED? Water War Crimes criminal, former British Columbia, Chief Justice, Donald Brenner, died, suddenly, today, March 13, 2011, less than two weeks after the death of Water War Crimes criminal and former British Columbia Deputy Attorney General, Gillian Wallace, who died on March 1, 2011, ( see story below) and only two (2) days after Canada's Prime Minister and several other leading politicians were warned by e-mail (published here) that more destruction and death would follow if the Governments of Canada and British Columbia did not settle, fairly and equitably, the Water War Crimes lawsuit.
Former Chief Justice Donald Brenner was well known as a case fixer and crooked Chief Justice by intelligent observers of the Canadian judicial scene which is riddled with corruption. He also knew plenty of secrets and for this reason murder is suspected.
Brenner is now interred in the GraveYard of the Guilty that is becoming crowded with many who died suddenly and unexpectedly in circumstnaces that suggest a serial murderer is stalking the wicked. Canada's Department of Transport and DONALD BRENNER A Motive For Murder Donald Brenner's career as a lawyer was intimately linked to Canada's Department of Transport. Don Brenner was an "aviation lawyer" and, as such, he developed a close working relationship with the lawyers and other bureaucrats in Canada's Department of Transport that has responsibility for aviation safety and operations in Canada.
Canada's Department of Transport played a significait role in the Water War Crimes by, apparently, rewarding British Columbia Attorney General Brian Smith with a position as Chairman of CN Rail two weeks after Smith had approved a secret inside illegal contract that conferred benefits on W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd in 1989. Smith had no significant business experience that prepared him for this role. The job was clearly a political reward and the logical assumption is that he was rewarded for using his position to confer a benefit on WCW, a company with high level connections in the Canadian political landscape.
Since that time, several key players have dropped dead in circumstances that suggest they were murdered, Robert Edwards and Jack Ebbels, the two top British Columbia civil servants who worked on the deal in 1989, died of sudden heart attacks. Glen Shortliffe, then the Deputy Minister of the Department of Transport, died of a sudden heart attack in May 2010 and John Tait, the Depurty Minister of Justice, suddenly died from a mysterious illness immediately after the water scandal broke in Ottawa in 1999.
As noted on these pages, Deputy Minister of Justice, John Sims, suddenly quit his job in April 2010 immediately after the apparent murder of Jack Ebbels.
Interestingly, as we move the movie forward, in 2011, Canada's Department of Justice and the British Columbia Government of Premier Gordon Campbell hired Donald Brenner to review the defence legal fees in the trial that emerged from the inside deal to sell the assets of BC Rail to CN Rail that was then under the leadership David McLean a British Columbia lawyer/businessman with high level links to former prime Minister Jean Chretien and now disgraced BC Premier, Gordon Campbell.
Put simply, Donald Brenner knew a lot of secrets and there was motive to murder him.

DEATH NUMBER 20 - GILLIAN WALLACE WATER WAR CRIMINAL (former Deputy Attorney General and a major criminal ) Another criminal, involved in the Water War Crimes, was interred in the Graveyard of the Guilty on March 1, 2011. Gillian Wallace.
This is death number 20. We aren't making this up.
And more will die early deaths because the governments of Canada and British Columbia will not correct the wrongs committed by their employees and officers such as Gillian Wallace.
According to the obituary in the Globe and Mail , March 5, 2011, Gillian Wallace joined the Ministry of the Attorney General for Victoria in 1985 which would have placed her squarely in the center of the Water War Crimes.
The obituary paints Gillian Wallace in glowing terms as a person of high integrity and honesty but we know her as a crook of outstanding proportions who directed the crimes of fraud, perjury, and obstruction of justice, cheating private investors in British Columbia with crooked legal tactics and covering up major crimes by Canadian political insiders in both Ottawa and Victoria.
Gillian Wallace was forced to resign from her position as Deputy Attorney General, in 2003, when she was caught directing her underlings to commit crimes. Gillian Wallace caused a lot of harm to innocent people. She developed cancer and died an early (before her mother) and painful death, as part of the karmic retribution for the pain she inflicted on others.
Under her direction the Ministry of the Attorney General became a leading criminal organization in British Columbia and played a significant role in the destruction of Okanagan Valley lawyer Karl Eisbrenner, Kitimat Doctor John David Kuntz, and many more crimes.
She played a key background role in the destruction of Premier Glen Clark and assisted Gordon Campbell and Jean Chretien cover up the Water Water Crimes.
More to come ..... More on Gillian Wallace Litigation Induced Cancer After reading the obituary for Gillian Wallace in the Globe and Mail, one of British Columbia's leading political historians wrote:
"Until now I had no idea she was the daughter of Lawrie Wallace, renowned in his day as WAC Bennett's chief fixer and go-to bureaucrat who knew everything about the government. When Barrett took over he kept Wallace around and that was a good move because he had such vast reach. But his nickname was "greaseball" because he was so adept at greasing the wheels of government. So now I understand why Gillian would think that doing end runs around regulations was normal - that's what her father routinely did too!"
However, unlike her father, the law caught up to Gillian Wallace and she was named in a conspiracy lawsuit that was filed on January 21, 2008 in Canada's Federal Court by John Carten and Karen Gibbs. Shortly afterwards Wallace developed cancer - a psycho - emotional disease - that was most probably brought on by the litigation.
Justice John Bouck and Justice David Vickers, who were also named in the judicial conspiracy lawsuit, also developed cancer after the lawsuit was filed and died shortly afterwards.

Christy Clark Cleans Campbell's Dirty House British Columbia's newly installed Premier, Christy Clark, shown in center photo, moved quickly to clean out the dirt left behind by the now disgraced Premier Gordon Campbell, shown right, whose regime has been covering up the Water War Crimes for over a decade by firing, Alan Seckel, shown left, from his lofty position as top civil servant in the British Columbia government.
Alan Seckel, a lawyer, formerly a partner with Vancouver's notorious law firm, Fasken Martineau Dumoulin, first came to public prominence when Gordon Campbell was hunting for a new Deputy Attorney General after the reigning Deputy Attorney General, Gillian Wallace, was forced to resign as a result of a police investigation into the crimes of fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice carried out by staff lawyers involved in organized crime at the Ministry of the Attorney General while it was under the direction of Ms. Wallace.
Once a key player in the New Democratic regime of Premier Glen Clark, also forced to resign when he was the target of a police investigation, Ms. Wallace faded into obscurity after her resignation.
Police investigations of politicians are a common event in British Columbia, a jurisidciton with an international reputation as a centre of money laundering and other forms of corruption.
Seckel and Wallace had close ties to Canada's Chief Justice Bev McLachlin and British Columbia Chief Justices, Alan McEachern and Donald Brenner, all of whom were involved in the Water War Crimes.
