Canada's national newspaper, the Globe and Mail, has been flush with stories these past weeks that battle lines are shaping up in Canada for war between Big Oil and Big Water.

Based on reports from Ottawa and Edmonton, it looks like Big Water has the upper hand, with support from US Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, obviously working closely with the White House, and  the Government of Canada, probably, under directions from Washington.

The United States, especially California, needs clean fresh Canadian water a whole lot more than it needs dirty, stinky, Alberta oil.

So, when Nancy Pelosi reashed out to Canada's oppressed and downtrodden natives people to assist to protect the puriuty of Canada's waters it only took about 20 days before the Chief Allan Adams of the Chippewan tribe on the Athabaska River responded by calling on Hollywood film producer James Camerons then "co-indieentally" visiting the Alberta Tar Sands to help their cause and James Cameron being a Californian but with Canadian birth credentials, immediately announced he was on the side of the Indians.  Hollywood always did westerrns best, and Cameron is sure to do a blockbuster which may lead to the break up of Canada as we know it.
The Chief's initiative was immediately followed by the announcement by Premier Ed Stalmach that the Province of Alberta would review water usage issues surrounding the "tar sands.  That was immediately followed by an announcement by Ottawa that the Government of Canada would have the final word on water quality.   There will be more words from both sides as this issues moves forward.

In British Columbia, Premier Gordon Campbell continued to move stealthfully on the implementation of Phase One of the NAWAPA which includes the construction of the Site C Dam on the Peace River a project that had been delayed for 25 years due to high level political corruption in Ottawa and Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia.

The Obama Administration Strategy for Possession of Canada's Water Resources Proceeds in Plain View

Canada's national newspaper the Globe and Mail reports that Athabasca Chipewyan Chief Allan Adam has followed US Congressmoman, Nancy Pelosi's invitation to aboriginal  Canadians to protect water resources in Canada, and reached out to Hollywood Movie Director, James Cameron, for help with the band's fight against pollution of the water resources in what will soon be recognized as an American watershed.

Aboriginal Canadians are waking up to the realization that their tranditional values and dignity, as a people, will be better preserved within an of an Americna watershed protected area, than in the dysfunctional reserve system operated by Canada's totalitarian national governing classes who have systematically butalized Canada's native populations for 150 years.

Cameron, the aclaimed produced of the recent Hollywood blockbuster "Avatar" that broke new ground in animated film production, is in Alberta preparing for his next movie that some arguye will expose Canada's absive of its water resources setting and native populations setting the stage for an invasion of American military forces to protect both the water and the natives.

The US Administration strategy for control of Canada's water resources is now able to proceed "in plain view" with no possible objection from Canada's corrupt business and political elites who, two decades earlier, sought to cheat average Cannadians out of their resources and who have lied to the Canadian people, ever since, in order to cover up their crime against humanity.
In British Columbia, the much despised Premier, Gordon Campbell, has been marching to the Obama Tune, for about two years, since a few days after President Obama visited Ottawa, Canada's capital, and made his priorities with respect to water resources and his Democtatic voter base in California very clear.  The Hollywood community, of which Movie Producer Cameron is a part, has rallied in support of their President and his water policies, in Canada, as a matter of self interest.

While James Cameron may be a great movie producer who directs movie actors how to perform, one could reasonably say that Nancy Pelosi and her colleague, President Barack Obama, are great political producers or directors  based on the observations of the actors in Canada, including Alberta Premier, Ed Stelmach, who, shortly after meeting Nancy Pelosi, announced that the "white tribes" of Alberta will also review water pollution issues.

Is RCMP Commissioner Elliott About To Explode
On Stephen Harper?

RCMP Commissioner William Elliott, a lawyer, who is dis-trusted by some members of the RCMP, is now facing calls for his removal due to his failure to investigate crimes carried out by senior lawyers in British Columbia and Ontario linked to the Water War Crimes.

There are accusations that Elliott is in a conflict of interest and has intentionally stalled an investigation due to his former role in the Government of Prime Minister Brain Mulroney when some of the crimes were carried out with apparent co-ordination between the Governments of Canada and British Columbia.

Notice Of Appeal Filed
in
Water War Crimes Lawsuit

After two years of stalling and delay by court officials appointed by the regime of Prime Minister Jean Chretien, including fraud by legal counsel for the Governmnent of Canada, and a suspicious judgment delivered on August 27, 2010, the Water War Crimes lawsuit not moved into Canada's Federal Court of Appeal, today, September 27, 2010, by the filing of Notice of Appeal citing fifty severn (57) errors of fact and law by the lower court judge who claimed she was un-influenced by outsiders.
Legal observers would describe Lutfy, Lafreniere and Gauthier as poart of the "Judicial A-Team"  a term invented by Justice John Bouck, who before his death blew the whistle on judicial corruption in Canada, and invented the phrase "Judicial A Team" to describe the team of judges the Chief Justice could rely on to handle difficult cases in the way the Department of Justice and Privy Councildesired.

Being a three person group, the"Lutfy line" is similar to a front line on a hockey team, Canada's national sport, which, when it gets the puck and cannot score, dodges and weaves in the hopes of running out the clock and exhausting the resources of the opposing team.  The only difficuylt with this analogy for the Governmnents of Canada and British Columbia is that the Plaintiffs in the Water War Crimes lawsuit are not playing games and 14 of the Government players have suddenly died since the process began and are now interred in the Graveyard of the Guilty.

Lawyer Thinks Judges Were Threatened

The team for the Government of Canada included the one time senior chief advisor to Prime Minister Jean Chretien, now Chief Justice Alan Lutfy, Vancouver prothonotary, Roger Lafreniere, appointed to office by Prime Minister Jean Chretien and Judge Johanne Gauthier also appointed to office by Prime Minister Jean Chretien.

To use an expression for ice hockey, Canada's Natonal game, the selection of "a Chretien line", by court insiders, for this case came as no surprise to intelligent observers who expected the case to be dismissed.

British Columbia lawyer, John Carten, who handled the case for himself and the co-plaintiff, said:  "I expected a little better from Lutfy but I understand the pressures on him and his staff  by the insiders in the Government and his former political friends.  I mean there are nine judges and five other insiders who have dropped dead on this case and Canada is a bit of a nasty place and I suppose Lutfy, Gauthier and Lafreniere were looking over their shouldiers, so to speak".

Alberta Premier Stelmach Follows US Congresswoman Pelosi's Direction on Water

Canada's national newspaper, the Globe and Mail, reports that Canadian Premier Ed Stelmach, from the oil rich province of Alberta is going to comply with directions from US Congresswoman, Nancy Pelosi, who, in her visit to Ottawa on September 8 and 9, 2010, encouraged Stelmach to clean up the water resources in Alberta if he wished continued markets for Alberta oil in the American markets.

The US Government, armed with evidence of massive Canadian political corruption related to water exports, is quietly encouraging Canadian governments to move forward with a rational continental water sharing plan similar to the NAWAPA that first came to public prominence in the 1960's.

Announcements were made at Canada's Western Premiers Conference in June 2010 that also signalled that the Obama strategy of quiet "full spectrum" diplomacy was working.

Insiders speculate the Williams, like his counterpart at the Federal Court, Chief Justice Allan Lutfy, does not have any balls and was spooked by the 14 sudden deaths of insiders linked to the Water War Crimes lawsuit.

Commissioner Elliott Under Review

Breaking News Canada's Top Cop

Canada's top cop, Royal Canadian Mounted Police Commissioner William Elliott, is under review AGAIN.

The Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP has confirmed it has opened a file on William Elliott to determine if he followed proper professional standards and whether or not he has deliberately blocked or stalled an investigation of the Water War Crimes because he has a confliuct of interest.

Elliott is not a real cop.  Elliott is a lawyer.  Elliott was recently investigated by Canada's former top spy, Reid Morden, another lawyer, at the request of Prime Minister Stephen Harper because the real cops and the top in the RCMP were not happy with Elliott, the lawyer, who was obvously not doing his job very well.

It is alleged that Elliott, the lawyer, has deliberately stalled the investigation of the Water War Crimes because his friends, co-workers, colleauges, many of them lawyers, and, perhaps, Eliott himself, were parties to one of the greatest crimes in Canadian political history. the Water War Crimes

Concurrent with US Democratic House Leader Nancy Pelosi's visit. the Globe and Mail, Canada's national policy shaper and mind control instrument, continues its project of re-shaping Canadian public opinion on the issue of bulk water exports.

Click here to go to Globe story entitled "Water Resources declining in southern Canada" that follows upon last week's story by Jeff Rubin "Water:: Canada's Most Prescious Resource" suggesting that Canada re-think its water export policies.  The importance of the second article is that the solution to both issues will be massive water diversions from northern Canada that in our opinion are already agreed on.

The Globe and Mail played a significant role in the Water War Crimes by misleading the Canadian and world public in 2000 when these issues ended the careers of Supreme Court of Canda Chief Justice, Antonio Lamer, and Supreme Court of British Columbia Chief Justice, Bryan Williams.  In our opinion, in 2000, the Globe and Mail became party to a government fraud against the Canadian public through misrepresentation of the facts related to the Williams resignation.

These two recent Globe articles were timed to coincide with US Democratic House Leader, Nancy Pelosi's visit to Ottawa where she met various Canadian dignitarieincluding Francine Demarais, the daughter of Water War Crimes king pin, Prime Minister Jean Chretien, who narrowly escaped being interred in the Graveyard of the Guilty as death number 14 in the Water War Crimeswhen a blood vessel blew out inside his head in early August.  Denied his victim, the Angel of Death went hunting and located Michael Ignatief Staffer, Mario Lague, a suspected Water War Crimes insider not named in the lawsuit and the Angel of Death drove Mario Lague and his motorcycle into another vehicle - death number 14.

Showing continued disdain for American visitors, Prime Minister Harper chose to travel to Canada's hinterland so he would be absent when the second most powerful politicians in the United States was travelling to Canada.   This may explain why Italian Canadian, Guy Giorno, Prime Minister Harper's Chief of Staff quit his position the week before Ms. Pelosi's, a prominent American of Italian heritage visited Canada.

In June  2008, Canadian Prime Minister Harper also showed his disdain for prominent American Senators McCain and Lindsey who announced a visit to Ottawa prompting Prime Minister Harper to leave the City and hide in the woods.
