CANADA PREPARES TO DUMP ROYAL FAMILY Watchers of the British monarchy were astonished over this past weekend as they witnessed two leading Commonwealth Prime Ministers, Stephen Harper from Canada and David Cameron, from Briton, move forward on the developing strategy to remove the present royal family, the House of Windsor, that has held the Thrones of England, Canada and 16 other Commonwealth countires for over a century. The idea of that the Royal family might be removed was first discussed on these pages at the Water War Crimes web site shortly after Mr Carten advised Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper that Queen Elizabeth and her husband Prince Phillip were alleged to be investors in the illegal scheme to loot Canada's water export wealth though a holding comapny known as the Royal Trust Bank of Switzerland that had accounts in the Cayman Islands a colony of the United Kingdom known for its ruthless exploitation of Canadian and American taxpayers by providing protection for non taxpayers, tax cheats, and tax avoiders in both Canada and the USA. Commonwealth leaders adopted a first time ever resolution to change the Act of Succession that determines how succession to the English Throne is governed. Touted by Canadian Prime Minister Harper as a move ot modernize the monarchy by allowing Roman Catholics to become King or Queen of Engand the move is a direct rebuke of Queen Elizabeth who is the head of the Protestant Church of England and paves the way for Canada and other Commonwealth countries to remove the royal family altogether. POPE BENEDICT ELATED WITH CANADA'S DUMP THE QUEEN MOVEMENT Sources advise that Pope Benedict in Rome was gleeful at the
news that Canada with its large Roman Catholic population is quietly changing the rules for the Protetant Monarchy that has held the Throne for centuries.
There is speculation that Pope Benedict is actively looking for qualified Catholic Monarch who might be persuaded to take over the job of ruling England if criminal charges are brought against the members of the Royal family who are alleged to have participated in the Water War Crimes.
The difficulty for Canada, England and many other Commonwealth countries is that it would require a massive re-write of their laws and constitutional documents if they moved to a republican form of government.

Immediately after the Commonwealth Conference in Australia, held from October 26 to 30 2011, the English media revealed to a shocked English public that the unelected Prince Charles was given veto power over legislation passed by the democratically elected House of Commons that might affect his extremely lucrative massive property holdings in Cornwall a part of the United Kingdom where the people have suffered grave indignities under the foot of Prince Charles and his class of people for centuries.
Land economists have frequently criticized the monopolistic land holding practices in England that restrict market supply and artificially inflate prices preventing working and middle class people from having access to real estate at reasonable values. The whole structure was designed in feudal times to enrich the rich at the expense of the poor and continues to his day.
The Duchy of Cornwall controlled by Prince Charles consists of 54,090 hectares of land (around 133,658 acres) over 23 counties in Cornwall, including farming, residential, and commercial properties, as well as an investment portfolio.
The Duchy has been the primary source of income for Prince Charles and in 2010, the duchy generated £17.1 million in income. According to online sources, a the Duke of Cornwall, Prince Charles is not a subject of the Queen so he is not required to pay income tax.
Prince Charles has a history of meddling in politics both in the United Kingdom and Canada where he was witnessed enrcouraging Canadians to develop "water harvesting" in what many regard as a veiled attempt to encourage water exports from Canada to the United States contrary to existing Canadian policies that were developed as part of the attempt to swindle Canada's resource wealth by offshore investors that allegedly included his mother.
In 2005, Prince Charles was allegedly barred from entry to Canada by then Prime Minister Paul Martin who also refused to travel to Malta to meet Queen Elizabeth at the Commonwealth Conference held there that year.
There are persistent rumours that Queen Elizabeth and her son, Charles, are very aware that their days are numbered and they are alleged to have been putting out "feelers" to determine if other countries will take them as refugees when the axe is about to fall on their necks as it did to their predecessors in office who got caught cheating the people of England.
CANADIAN FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL PROTECTS CRIMINALS Three judges of Canada's Federal Court of Appeal, all appointed by former Canadian Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, have, without any hearing on the merits, dismissed the lawsuit that implicated former Prime Minister Jean Chretien and some of his colleagues in serious criminal activity despite receiving and reviewing sworn, undenied, affidavit evidence that proves many of the crimes alleged were committed. The three judges are Justice Edgar Sexton, Justice Marc Nadon and Justice Karen Sharlow. The Canadian Federal Court of Appeal is under the leadership and direction of Chief Justice Pierre Blais (shown in photo above) who was President of Canada's Privy Council in 1993 when many of the crimes took place.
The shocking decision confirms the growing international view that Canada's court system is increasingly corrupt and designed to protect crooked politicians from accountablilty for their crimes in office.
The decision comes only days after the suspected murder of Sandra Gail Roberts and Reg Alcock who are two of 28 dead Canadian political insiders whose deaths are linked to the Water War Crimes lawsuit. CANADIAN GOVERNMENT STONEWALLS
ALLEGATIONS OF CRIMES BY QUEEN ELIZABETH AND ROYAL FAMILY Recent information corroborates sworn affidavit evidence that Queen Elizabeth, shown in above photo, was a secret investor in the company that was granted illegal benefits by Queen Elizabeth's officers and sevants in British Columbia. These allegations have been sent to Canadian Governor General William Johnson, the Queen's Privy Council of Canada and several ministers of the Crown including, Royalist sympathizer, Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, with a request that they be confirmed or denied.
For over two months, the official government response has been stonewalling - silence - so it is a safe bet that the allegations are absolutely true.
If true, Queen Elizabeth and her family could soon be forced to forfeit the Throne of Canada and face serious jail time in a Canadian prison cell under the Government of Canada's new "tough on crime" legislation.

CIVIL SERVANT Another innocent Canadian civil servant, Sandra Gail Roberts, (shown above left) has recently died from "Cover Up Cancerr", the new disease identified by Canadian researchers, that is afflicting and killing persons who are in a position to reveal the crimes of the Gordon Campbell Gang that governed British Columbia and lined their pockets - for a full decade. "Cover Up Cancer" has killed British Columbia Supreme Court Justice John Bouck, British Columbia Supreme Court Justice David Vickers, British Columbia Deputy Attorney General, Gillian Wallace, and Hugh Stansfield, the Chief Judge of the Privincial Court of British Columbia. The etiology of Campbell Cancer is not clearly understood but it is a fast acting cancer that seems to affect civil servants, in British Columbia, the notoriously corrupt province on Canada's west coast, who have assisted the former Premier, a convicted criminal and failed real estate developer named Gordon Campbell (shown right in above photo), to cover up major crimes carried out in high office.
Campbell, is now hiding out in London, England, under the protectiuon of Royalist Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and the allegedly criminal Queen, Elizabeth II, who is under investigation for crimes committed against the Canadian public and who may soon forfeit the Throne of Canada because of it.
Ms. Roberts is death number 28 in Graveyard of the Guilty which is the resitng place for Canadian civil servants, politicians judges, and lawyers who broke Canada's laws and committed crimes on a massive scale or aided and abetted the guilty to escape prosecution.
Ms. Roberts was hired to work in the Premier's office in 2001 and was allegedly an integral part of the Premier's team until Premier Campbell suddenly resigned in March 2011.
Curiously, Ms. Roberts was from Winnipeg. Several key players in the Water War Crimes were also from Winnipeg suggesting that Ms. Roberts was a plant or spy inserted into the Premier's office by the Winnipeg cabal linked to the Water War Crime.
Former lawyer for W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. and present British Columbia Freedom of Information Commissions, Paul Fraser, former President of W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., Margaret Annett, former high level operator in the government of Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, close friend of Margaret Annett and Canadian Senator, Janis Johnson, former Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister, Lloyd Axworthy, Winnipeg Liberal Party insider and businessman, Izzy Asper, long time British Columbia government employee, Steve Mazur, and recently deceased Member of Parliament, Reg Alcock, are all linked ot the Water War Crimes and, like Ms. Roberts, they all had roots in Winnipeg. In addition, there were also several major investors from the Winnipeg area appear to have been privy to insider knoweledge related to W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. when they acquired shares in that company in 1989.
According to her obituary, Sandra Gail Roberts developed "Cover Up Cancer" immediately after Premier Campbell was forced to resign in February 2011 and she died on September 30, 2011. Was Sandra Gail Roberts murdered?
That is a very good question.
It is common knowledge in the intelligence world that there are ways to induce cancer as an assassination technique and, certainly, there were persons who had motive to murder Sandra Gail Roberts and eliminate a liability because due to her position, it is probable that Sandra Gail Roberts knew many of the secrets about the Water War Crimes.

Readers of this web site are watching the Goddess of Justice wreak her vengeance against former Canadian political elites after yesterday's disturbingly unjust decision by the Supreme Court of Canada denying Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs access to justice in Canada.
Today, the angel of death reached out and snatched to his grave Reg Alcock who was a key player in the dirty and corrupt tactics of the Governments of Paul Martin and Jean Chretien when they launched their despicable and illegal attacks on Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs and her then young family. Reg Alcock dropped dead at the Winnipeg International Airport allegedly from a suspected heart attack and becomes number 27 in the Graveyard of the Guilty. If you don't believe in "angels of death" then you should consider that it is probable that Reg Alcock was murdered like many of the other insiders who dropped dead of sudden heart attacks. Reg Alcock knew too much. Like Reg Alcock many of the key insiders in the Water War Crimes, such as Izzy Asper, Lloyd Axworthy, British Columbia Secrecy Commissioner, Paul Fraser, and Margaret Annett the presidewnt of W.C. W. Western Canada Water Inc. Enterprises Ltd were from the Winnipeg area.
Was Reg Alcock another secret investor in W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd?
We cannot answer that question, at this time, because the Government of Canada and its crooked lawyers and crooked judges will not permit the Carten/Gibbs v. The Government of Canada lawsuit to proceed in Canada's justice system.
But, 27 deaths of political insiders all linked to one lawsuit is a statistical impossibility.
This means that these deaths are not normal. If you rule out the supernatural, then there are only two possible causes - stress related disease and murder.
The high incidence of sudden deaths of people with little or no other health problems suggests a murderer is stalking the wicked.
In a related but unreported incident, long term British Columbia Government employee, Steve Mazur, also from Winnipeg, was reported to have had a heart attack on September 30, 2011.
We have not yet ascertained if Mr. Mazur has died.
Mr. Mazur was a key witness to certain aspects of the Water War Crimes and told investigators that he knew the agreement that he signed on behalf of the Queen Elizabeth with W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., was of questionable legitimacy but that he asked for and received written orders from the highest level of government that authorized him to sign the document.
Investigators are at work attempting to determine if the heart attack suffered by Mr. Mazur was the result of an attempted murder.
Readers should be alert to watch for other insiders dropping dead because there remain a remnant of corrupt individuals who are getting increasingly nervous that someone will blow the whistle on them.

PROTECTS CRIMINALS - DUCKS DUTY Canada's court of last resort, the Supreme Court of Canada, has refused to hear the most important case in Canadian history, a case that would have exposed massive government corruption in Canada's political structures and it's court system.
A panel of three judges, Fish, Lebel and Cromwell reviewed the application. Justices Fish and Lebel were appointed to the Court by the government of Prime Minister Jean Chretien who isd one of the Defendants in the case while Justice Cromwell had been an assistant to former Chief Justice, Antonio Lamer another Defendant in the case. Cromwell was appointed by Prime Minister Stephen Harper whose government has used every trick in the book to prevent the case from being heard in a court of law.

The Supreme Court of Canada is led by Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin who was appointed to her position in January 2000, by Canada's notorious Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, who was driven from office due to corruption issues. Immediately after she was appointed, Chief Justice McLachlin became a participant in the Water War Crimes by allowing the Canadian Judicial Council to make false and fraudulent statements to the public in order to protect the criminals operating inside Canada`s judicial and legal systems. Beverley McLachlin is named as a Defendant in the case for her role in this massive fraud on the Canadian pulbic.

Canada's antiquated system of justice is based on the corrupt English model of a politically appointed judiciary where judges protect the politicians and bureaucrats who appoint them and pay them. Judges of the Supreme Court of Canada are paid approximately $230,000.00 per year and consistently refuse to hear cases involving allegations of government corruption by leading politicians. Canadian judges receive no specialized education or training and are selected from the Canadian legal profession that is widely viewed as corrupt by average Canadians.
When asked for comment Mr. Carten stated: "This decision comes as no surprise. Witnesses and judges have been murdered. There are now 30 dead linked to this case. The key suspect in the murders is the government. Judges Lebal, Cromwell and Fish were obviously afraid for their lives. Every court in Canada is afraid of this case. I don't blame them. Judges have, literally, run out of the courtroom. It is a sad day for justice, in Canada, when judges refuse to do justice because of a fear of retaliation."

CANADA - US WATER PROJECT MOVES AHEAD Intelligent observers of recent events in British Columbia have advised that the plan to export massive amounts of fresh water from Canada to the United States appears to be moving ahead under the leadership of British Columbia Premier, Christy Clark in compliance with the agreements signed by Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and former British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell and their American counterparts during the Olympic Games held in Vancouver during 2010.
The co-incidental recent public relations announcements by British Columbia's Government owned electric generating corporation, BC Hydro, that it would soon have to construct more power generating facilities and by the environmental movement that further protection of the Flathead Lake watershed was necessary are best understood as part of the necessary government propaganda to prepare Canadian public opinion for the construction of a massive water reservoir at what is locally called "Site C" on the Peace River in northeastern British Columbia, and for the prevention of any industrial development in the water transportation corridor to be located in the Flathead River Valley.
These developments are consistent with the North American Water and Power Alliance scheme, first touted in the 1960's, that was delayed by political corruption in Canada and, particularly, in British Columbia, where successive premiers and attorney generals have covered up government crime and corruption.
In the coming months, the Canadian public can expect to read more about preserving, i.e. preventing development in, the Rocky Mountain Trench where the NAWAPA plan calls for the creation of massive interior lake/reservoir.
