Water War Crimes and Canada's Top Spy, Jim Judd In next few weeks, Canadians/Canadiens and viewers of this site from around the world will be looking for informatrion from WikiLeaks that will identify the "undisclosed insiders" who sought to make massive personal profits from the Water War Crimes, committed against the "good people of Canada", "the good Canadiens/Canadians", that are described on these pages.
The first enticing "water drops" of information, by Wikileaks, attribited to former Canadian Intelligence Director, Jim Judd, have confirmed the allegtations, on this web site, that Canada's courts have been corrupted: "Alice in Wonderland Courts" said Judd, "where black is white and white is black" said Alice.
The Canadian media and the Canadian political class have been notably silent on the issue of bulk water exports since this web site was first established in June, 2009.
Since that time, approximately twenty one (21) civil servants, politicians and many judges linked to the Water War Crimes have died. The death toll is now 21 in about four years. This is a statictically impossible co-incidence.
There is a lot more more corruption, in Canada, related to water export issues than these few deaths that are described in the Grave Yard of the Guilty page on this web site. The war against average Canadians, on the ground and in the courts of British Columbia, is going very badly. Lam signed into law the illegal Order In Council No. 331, on March 18, 1991, that, illegally and contrary to the Canada US Free Trade Agreement imposed a moratorium on bulk water exports to the United States as part of a criminal conspiracy to confer a bulk water export monopoly on W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltda company wiht close links to former BC Premier Bill Vander Zalm and to present BC Premier Gordon Campbell
Not only was Order in Council No. 331 illegal, because it violated several laws, there was also no meeting of the British Columbia cabinet where the Order In Council was properly approved. In short, the Order that David Lam signed was a fraud and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, Lieutentant Governor, David Lam, is presumed to have been a crook. Premier Gordon Campbell, who recently resigned his office after complaints about his funding his mistress with taxpayers money made the usual political platitudes about how great a man David Lam was, but the facts speak for themselves and those facts are a matter of public record. David Lam, as Lieutantnat Governor, broke the law and he cannot plead ignorance of the law as an excuse. The great poet of the English language , William Shakespeare, wrote:

The evil that David Lam did now lives on, after him, because David Lam, illegally, destroyed the business opportunities of Sun Belt Water Inc. and Aquasourse Ltd. and twenty years later, investors in both companies remain uncompensated for the losses they sustained as a result of the illegal activities of David Lam, the Queen's representative in British Columbia.. Premier Campbell,who has covered up the Water War Crimes for almost ten years, is suspected to have entered new secret agreements to export water to the United States in his recent dealings with California Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Many close supporters of Premier Campbell were linked to W.C.W Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. and its secret attempt to obtain the bulk water export monopoly from Canada to the United States.

Former Canadian Security Director Jack Hooper Drops Dead At Age 57
Murder Is Suspected Jack Hooper, age 57 and in excellent health, the former assistant director of Canadian Security and Intelligence Service (CSIS) suddenly dropped from an unexpected heart attack, today, and murder is suspected.
Hooper was a key intelligence advisor to the Canadian government during the period when insiders at Canada's intellligence service were desperaetely covering up the Water War Crimes. Hooper joined CSIS in 1984 just at the time when the Water War Crimes were set in motion by insiders linked to Canada's federal government and their agents in British Columbia.
Mr. Hooper's sudden death confirms suspicions that a serial killer is stalking key civil servants linked to the Water War Crimes and brings the death toll to 17 dead insiders - many by sudden heart attack.
As Madam Justice Gauthier was told in April 2010, more people would die if the Water War Crimes lawsuit were not settled and Mr. Hooper's death marks, at least, the sixth sudden death of an Ottawa insider since that prediction was made.
Hooper was a key player in the case of Maher Arar where Canada's government used Maher Arar to placate American suspicions that Canada's government was a two faced, disloyal ally that secretly supported the terrorosts as a useful diversion from the Water War Crimes that had become a major bi-lateral issue between Canada and the United States prior to the attack on New York City on September 11, 2001. Some serious investigators suggest Canadian insiders were part of the 9-11 conspiracy which destroyed some critical evidence linking Canadian financial interests to the looting of $80 billion from the oil for food program that the United Nations operated in Iraq.
As assistant director for CSIS, Hooper would have been aware of the legal and judicial mafia operating in Canada including the out of control pedofile judges that are referred to elsewhere on this web site.
Hooper knew a lot of secrets and now he is no longer around to tell those secrets to the great relief of others involved in the Water War Crimes.
The Gordon Campbell Shuffle -Explained In the last week of October 2010, British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell "shuffled most ministries or changed their responsibilities and reorganized most ministries as well. An estimated 3,000 people are being given new or revised jobs as a result and it will take weeks for all of these changes to ripple through the system". Players of card games and dancers of the soft shoe genre know what a "shuffle" is but when a Premier in Canada "shuffles the deck" by re-positioning 3,000 civil servants in one massive "shuffle" or "re-organization", like British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell did in the last week of October, 2010, you can bet even money he is hoping that, by scrambling the lines of authority and organization, he can cover his tracks on his way out of office so that future forensic investigators will be unable to follow the trail of e3vidence leading back to the crimes carried out by key players in the Gordon Campbell Gang.

Nine dead judges in four years and we are working on a couple of others.

In our opinion, Gordon Campbell is a modern day Guy Fawkes who wants to blow up Parliament, because on Wednesday morning, Gordon Cambpell took to National TV and told everyone he was resigning because HE WAS THE PROBLEM, his popularity is 9 % in the polls and it was BEST FOR THE PARTY and BEST FOR THE PROVINCE that HE RESIGN but what did Gordon Campbell do?
He decided to stay on for a few more months so he could drag his party and the province down with him.
