Is Senator Francis Fox Another Victim of the Water War Crimes lawsuit ?

Canadian Senator Francis Fox announced today that he was resigning three years before his term was up.

Was Francis Fox a player in the Water War Crimes?  

Here are the facts.
 
In 1976, Fox was appointed to the Cabinet of Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau who is believed to have been a key player in the Water War Crimes. 

Fox had a reputation for fraud and was forced to resign in 1978 after he was caught committing forgery but, two years later, Trudeau appointed him to the position of Secretary of State and Minister of Communications.
 
Fox then served as Canada's Minister of International Trade in 1984 in the short-lived government of Trudeau's successor, John Turner, who refuses to respond to email communication from the Water War Crimes web site editors.  John Turner's law firm, McMillan Binch, was involved in insider trading of the shares of W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd.    

Fox, a Liberal, then became a lobbyist with Government Consultants International, an Ottawa based consulting firm operated by Frank Moores, a Conservative, Gary Oulett, a magician, and Gerald Doucet, another magician who is the brother of Fred Doucet the former Chief of Staff to Brian Mulroney.  Gary Oulett died of a sudden heart attack in 2002.  

Moores, the former Premier of Newfoundland, was a drinking pal of Canadian Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney, and is believed to have been behind the Airbus bribery scandal that destroyed Mulroney's reputation.

Fred Doucet, the brother of Gerald Doucet,  was a lobbiest who effectively lobbied  Canada's Minister of Environment, Lucien Bouchard, to introduce legislation that, if passed, would have granted W.CW. Water Enterprises Ltd. a Canadian bulk water export monopoly.   It is probable that Fox was intimately involved in that straetegy that was a clear violation of US-Anti Monopolistic trade practice laws and that - like conspiracy to export drugs - is an extradictable offence.  

Is is also interesting to learn that Fox's business partner, Moores was married to Conservative Senator, Janice Johnson, who was reported to be a best friend of  Margaret Annett the president of W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. 

In 2003, Fox returned to politics as a senior member of Paul Martin's transition team and, in 2004, Fox was appointed principal secretary to  Canadain Prime Minister, Paul Martin who was a player in the cover up of the Water War Crimes.  Martin inserted two Water War Crimes insiders, Ujjal Dosanjh and Stephen Owen, to his cabinet.  

Fox was an early prominent supporter of former Liberal leader Michael Ignatief who also refused to blow the whistle on the Water War Crimes.  Ignatief could not blow the whistle because he was himself linked to the Water War Crime through Gerry Lenoski, a Liberal Party organizer and  former employee of W.C.W.  Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd,  and Peter Donolo, the former media relations advisor to Prime Minister Jean Chretien who left Chretien to join Strategic Counsel, a lobbying firm operated by Allan Gregg, a former director of  W.C.W.  Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd.

These are some of the reasons to believe Senator Fox may have resigned because he played a role in the Water War Crimes and that role is increasingly exposed as the Water War Crimes lawsuit moves foreward and continues to stir up controversey in Canada.

Wife of Lucien Bouchard Added to Graveyard of the Guilty

DEATH AT HEENAN BLAIKIE WAS AUDREY BOUCHARD MURDERED? 
DEATH TOLL = 30  
Recent investigations have exposed another premature death linked to the Water War Crimes bringing the death toll to thirty (30) thirty persons. 

Audrey Best Bouchard, the wife of former Canadian politician Lucien Bouchard and a lawyer with the law firm of Heenan Blaikie, died, allegedly from cancer, on January 25, 2011, at age 50, prematurely, according to the press release issued by the law firm.   

At this time, it is difficult to determine what role, if any, Audrey Best Bouchard played in the Water War Crimes but the timing of her death, her marriage relation and her position with the Trudeau / Chretien law firm of Heenan Blalkie are startling co-incidences that lead the editors of this web site to suggest that Ms. Bouchard may deserve a resting place in the Graveyard of the Guilty.    

At law, a law firm is considered a single entity and it was a lady lawyer, not Ms. Best Bouchard, from the law firm of Heenan Blaikie, who entangled Victoria Chief Of Police Paul Battershill in a sexual dalliance that cost his his career and de-railed the police investigation of some of the Water War Crimes and there are  many other startling linkages between Heenan Blaikie and the Water War Crimes that leave more questions unanswered than answered.

Prime Minister Replaces RCMP Commissioner Elliott

Fresh from his private, one on one, visit with United States President, Barack Obama, in Hawaii, Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, finally mustered the courage and wisdom to remove the ill performing, maladjusted, mal-contented, Bill Elliott, from his lofty position as Chief Commissioner for Canada's, once respected and now dis-respected, Royal Canadian Mounted Police. 

Elliott, a lacklustre lawyer with no policing experience who was well known for throwing temper tantrums inside RCMP offices, has proved singularly inept with his investigations of the Water War Crimes.  It is reasonable to conclude that several key witnesses were murdered due to the utterly incompetent investigation carried out by the RCMP under Elliott's leadership.

It is the opinion of the editors of this web site that Elliott, contrary to his duties as a pubic servant, was delibertately blocking a full investigation of the Water War Crimes in order to protect another Canadian public servant namely, Queen Elizabeth II, who along with her husband, known as Prince Phillip, is alleged  to have been secret investors in the scheme to loot Canada's water export wealth through their investment in W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterpriuses Ltd. by means of a holding company known as the Royal Trust Bank of Switzerland, SA. 

In 2008, Queen Elizabeth II appointed Elliott to the prestigious  Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of  Jerusalem in what some intelligent observers regard as a reward for Elliott because he refused to bring criminal charges against Canada's Queen.  

Elliott has moved on to take up three-year term as Special Representative of INTERPOL to the United Nations, where his responsibilities will include working to facilitate and enhance co-operation between INTERPOL and the United Nations and its agencies on matters of terrorism, transnational orgainzed crime and international  police cooperation.

As head of INTERPOL's UN office, the Special Representative of INTERPOL to the United Nations assists both organizations to develop key  INTERPOL-UN partnerships to combat international crime and works with senior  officials at the UN to identify resource-sharing opportunities.

Given his role in covering up the Water War Crimes in Canada it is reasonable to expect much of the same kind of cover up activities when he is with INTERPOL.

Queen Elizabeth
and the
Water War Crimes

There are ongoing unconfirmed reports that Queen Elizabeth II and her husband are looking for sanctuary in a friendly foreign country that does not have an extradition treaty with Canada so they can avoid spending their last years in a Canadian prison cell or being assassinated by an enraged Canadian when the truth comes out, - as it always does.   

According to Canada's former Foreign Trade Minister, Sergio Marchi: "Canadians get emotional over the issue of water exports".
Elliott's replacement, as Commissioner, is Mr. Bob Paulson who began his career in the RCMP after spending seven years in various undisclosed positions in Canada's armed forces.  Paulson  joined the RCMP, in Chilliwack, British Columbia, where Canada's largest west coast army base was then located and his next assignment was to the RCMP detachments in the Comox Valley where Canada's military maintians its largest west coast air base.   

There are some insiders who believe that Paulson was a covert Canadian Department of National Defence intelligence agent infiltrated into the RCMP which may explain why first his early assignments were to communities where the Department of National Defence could keep an eye on their asset as he learned the ropes in the RCMP.  

The Canadian Defense Security Establishment, something like the NSA, in the United States, has been eavesdropping on RCMP activities since the early 1950's and it was obvious, by 1993, when Paulson joined, that the corruption inside the RCMP was out of control.   

Observers have reported that Paulson's appointment is consistent with the increasing militarization of the RCMP which has seen a increased number of transfers of military personnel into the RCMP in recent years.

CSIS, the Lone Wolf Patriot, Stephen Harper and Barack Obama

CANADA'S SISSY SPY AGENCY 
AND
THE LONE WOLF PATRIOT   
Canada's Sissy Spy Agency, also known as CSIS, is under attack again with the recent firing of the Canadian Security Intelligence Review Agency Chairman, Dr. Arthur Porter, a cancer specialist from Montreal. 

At the same time, CSIS associate Director, Andy Ellis, engaged in a propaganda effort to bolster the Sissy Spy Agency 's public image by proclaiming that Canada was under threat from Lone Wolf Terrorists and needed the 3,000 plus Sissy Spies to protect Canada from Lone Wolf Terrorists.  
On the ground, in Canada, one of Canada's  Lone Wolf Patriots announced the burial of Mr. Jean Pelletier, in the Graveyard of the Guilty.  Mr. Pelletier had been Chief of Staff to the former Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien when many of the attacks against Mr. Carten, Ms. Gibbs and Sun Belt Water Inc. were carried out by crooked agents of the Canadian state and Pelletier is presumed to be one of the leading Water War Criminals. 

The death toll in the Water War Crimes now amounts to 29 and is expectedly to climb dramatically over the next few months with more revelations of crookedness and corruption in high places.  

Lone Wolf Patriots emerge from the North  American tradition of vigilante-ism, a phenomenon where average citizens take the law into their own hands to save their commuinties because their government, like that of Canada, has become corrupt and will not act in the interests of the community.  

Mr. Pelletier's death took place in January, 2009, one year after the Carten & Gibbs lawsuit was filed in Canada's Federal Court.    

In an interesting co-incidence, Mr. Pelletier, like one of former British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell's high level insiders, Sandra Gail Reid, died of fast acting cancer, a disease that is now recognized to be a tool of insider assassains that was first employed by the American, British,  and Israeli Intelligence Agencies, in the 1980's, when assassaination by chemically induced heart attack was so frequent that the phrase "was heart attacked" was developed to describe the phenomenon.

Former British Columbia Premier Gordon Gampbell is now hiding out in England where he has sought the protection of the allegedly corrupt Queen Elizabeth II who allegedly attempted to loot the revenues from Canada's fresh water excport sales contrary ot her Coronation Oath.  

Campbell was well known crooked Canadian politician who paid his MISTRESS a salarry of $150,000 from taxpayers money and until it was exposed on the internet and he was forced to resign.

As a cancer specialist, Dr. Arthur Porter would have been aware of these techniques of murder and political assassaination "by cancer" and this was probably a factor in his original selection as the Chairman of Canada's spy agency Review Board where he was positioned to deflect legitimate inquiries about the so-called "death by cancer" phenomenon that now appears to be plaguing civil servants who are in a position to talk about the high level crimes by insiders in Canada. 

In addition to Pelletier and Reid, several other Water War Crimes insiders who were in a position tell the truth  conveniently died of a fast acting cancer.  So fast, for example, that British Columbia Chief Judge High Stansfield allegedly went from robust good health on April 25, 2009, to death by cancer, a mere 12 days later, on May 7, 2009.

BREAKING WATER NEWS
HARPER, AND OBAMA TO MEET IN HAWAII

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper will be meeting  with American President Barrack Obama, in Hawaii, on November 12 and  13,  where they are expected to discuss the ongoing developments in the plan to re-engineer the plumbing of North  America and especially some of the rivers in Canada that will be diverted so fresh water can flow from Canada into the dry areas of the southwestern United States and northern Mexico.  

Water export watchers are looking to see if British Columbia Premier Christy Clark will be visiting Hawaii after her trip to India that wraps up on November 12, 2011.
