PROTECTS CRIMINALS - DUCKS DUTY Canada's court of last resort, the Supreme Court of Canada, has refused to hear the most important case in Canadian history, a case that would have exposed massive government corruption in Canada's political structures and it's court system.
A panel of three judges, Fish, Lebel and Cromwell reviewed the application. Justices Fish and Lebel were appointed to the Court by the government of Prime Minister Jean Chretien who isd one of the Defendants in the case while Justice Cromwell had been an assistant to former Chief Justice, Antonio Lamer another Defendant in the case. Cromwell was appointed by Prime Minister Stephen Harper whose government has used every trick in the book to prevent the case from being heard in a court of law.

The Supreme Court of Canada is led by Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin who was appointed to her position in January 2000, by Canada's notorious Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, who was driven from office due to corruption issues. Immediately after she was appointed, Chief Justice McLachlin became a participant in the Water War Crimes by allowing the Canadian Judicial Council to make false and fraudulent statements to the public in order to protect the criminals operating inside Canada`s judicial and legal systems. Beverley McLachlin is named as a Defendant in the case for her role in this massive fraud on the Canadian pulbic.

Canada's antiquated system of justice is based on the corrupt English model of a politically appointed judiciary where judges protect the politicians and bureaucrats who appoint them and pay them. Judges of the Supreme Court of Canada are paid approximately $230,000.00 per year and consistently refuse to hear cases involving allegations of government corruption by leading politicians. Canadian judges receive no specialized education or training and are selected from the Canadian legal profession that is widely viewed as corrupt by average Canadians.
When asked for comment Mr. Carten stated: "This decision comes as no surprise. Witnesses and judges have been murdered. There are now 30 dead linked to this case. The key suspect in the murders is the government. Judges Lebal, Cromwell and Fish were obviously afraid for their lives. Every court in Canada is afraid of this case. I don't blame them. Judges have, literally, run out of the courtroom. It is a sad day for justice, in Canada, when judges refuse to do justice because of a fear of retaliation."

SUPREME COURT OF CANADA TO HEAR CASE WHERE CHIEF JUSTICE McLACHLIN IS A PARTY On April 8, 2011, the Water War Crimes lawsuit moved to the Supreme Court of Canada on an appeal of the decision of Justice Carolyn Laydon-Stevenson, (shown right) of the Canadian Federal Court of Appeal who attempted to deny access to justice to John Frederick Carten and Karen Audrey Gibbs in their application for redress as a resolution of their being targetted by the Government of Canada and its agents.
Justice Stevenson was appointed to her position by Canadian Justice Minister Rob Nicholson, (shown in center photo) a former member of the Kim Campbell Gang that was closely linked to the Water War Crimes.
Canada's Chief Justice, Beverley McLachlin, is named as a party in the Water War Crimes lawsuit because under her leadership the Canadian Judicial Council, another party, carried out a serious fraud against the people of Canada.
The filing at Canada's Supreme Court follows upon the recent deaths of former British Columbia Deputy Attorney General, Gillian Wallace, (March 1, 2011) and former British Columbia Supreme Court Chief Justice Donald Brenner (March 13, 2011). Several intelligent observers had concluded that Donald Brenner was murdered in order to silence him.
In addition to Chief Justice McLachlin, the appellants have advised the Court that Justice Ian Binnie is disqualified from sitting on the case due to his former position as a partner in law firm of McCarthy Tetrault, a defendant in the litigation. Mr. Ian Binnie has a financial interest in the outcome that could bankrupt the partners of McCarthy Tetrault at the time the Water War Crimes took place.
Christy Clark Cleans Campbell's Dirty House British Columbia's newly installed Premier, Christy Clark, shown in center photo, moved quickly to clean out the dirt left behind by the now disgraced Premier Gordon Campbell, shown right, whose regime has been covering up the Water War Crimes for over a decade by firing, Alan Seckel, shown left, from his lofty position as top civil servant in the British Columbia government.
Alan Seckel, a lawyer, formerly a partner with Vancouver's notorious law firm, Fasken Martineau Dumoulin, first came to public prominence when Gordon Campbell was hunting for a new Deputy Attorney General after the reigning Deputy Attorney General, Gillian Wallace, was forced to resign as a result of a police investigation into the crimes of fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice carried out by staff lawyers involved in organized crime at the Ministry of the Attorney General while it was under the direction of Ms. Wallace.
Once a key player in the New Democratic regime of Premier Glen Clark, also forced to resign when he was the target of a police investigation, Ms. Wallace faded into obscurity after her resignation.
Police investigations of politicians are a common event in British Columbia, a jurisidciton with an international reputation as a centre of money laundering and other forms of corruption.
Seckel and Wallace had close ties to Canada's Chief Justice Bev McLachlin and British Columbia Chief Justices, Alan McEachern and Donald Brenner, all of whom were involved in the Water War Crimes.

MORE JUDICIAL CORRUPTION IN CANADA On February 8, 2011, Justice Carol Laydon-Stevenson of Canada's Federal Court of Appeal, appointed under the corrupt political regime of Prime Ministers Jean Chretien and Paul Martin attempted to deny access to justice by ordering the appellants (Carten and Gibbs) in the Water War Crimes lawsuit to pay $10,000.00 if they continue their lawsuit against the cabal of corruption inside Canadian government structures including the Ministry of Justice, the Judiciary, and several of Canada's leading law firms.
Two days later, the leading propagandist for Canada's judicial junta, Chief Justice Bevereley McLachlin, engaged in a classic exercise of dis-information and dis-ambiguation when she seemingly lamented that Canada's justice system was fixed by the lawyers against those without money. “It seems to me.... We have wonderful justice for corporations and for the wealthy. But the middle class and the poor may not be able to access our justice system.” (See Globe and Mail, February 10, 2011). Justice Stevenson was appointed to the Canada's Federal Court of Appeal in 2008 by Canada's Minister of Justice, Rob Nicholson, who first came to public attention as part of the Kim Campbell Gang, a group of political insiders that played a key role in the organizing and attempted final execution of the Water War Crimes. Rob Nicholson is now Justice Minister and Attorney General for Canada where, under his leadership, a "judicial mafia" continues to flourish, fixing cases and denying justice to derserving litigants. Mr. Nicholson is one of those two-faced politician pretending he is hard on crime while protecting the criminals in Canada's government and the criminals who are "friends of the government".
The Canadian and British Columbia governments have used a litany of dirty tricks to prevent the Water War Crimes lawsuit from moving forward for a "fair hearing" before an "independent tribunal" because, if the truth is told, many leading Canadian and British Columbia politicians, judges, and bureaucrats would be exposed as criminals.

"Beverley McLachlin, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada and a media-savvy diplomat seen as a genuine leader by the bench, brought the issue into focus. Shortly after being appointed Canada’s top judge in 2000, she swept unannounced into a meeting of the Canadian Judicial Council and urged its startled members to draft a game plan. They hired a consultant, The Strategic Counsel, to conduct a survey of the cream of the legal establishment in order to gauge its awareness of the judiciary and court structures".

Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. the company that attempted to acquire a bulk water export monopoly from Canada to the United States in contravention of the Canada US Free Trade Agreement, Canadian domestic laws and American anti-monopoly laws.
As a director of W.C.W.Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., Allan Gregg is presumed, at law, to have been one of the guiding minds of the corporate wrong-doing.
When Beverly McLachlin, Chairperson of the Canadian Judicial Council, refused to retract a clearly fraudulent statement by the Council's executive director, Jeannie Thomas, made in Febraury, 2000, and when she refused to correct on the record the fraudulent statment by British Columbia Chief Justice, Allan McEacheen, made at the same time, both of which statements were reported in the Globe and Mail, Beverly McLachlin became complicit in fraud.
It was then difficult to understand why Beverley McLachlin would engage in fraud but the emerging relationship between Beverely McLachlin, and suspected Water War Crimes criminal, Allan Gregg, the then owner of The Strategic Counsel, goes a long way towards explaining her corrupt conduct so early in her career as Chief Justice.
