"THE THREE AMIGOS"
WATER EXPORTS SECURE

The stunning election victory May 14, 2013 by the Liberal Party of British Columbia led by Premier Christy Clark (shown in centre photo) has secured the future of the massive clean energy / water export project that has been quietly moving forward under the guidance of US President Obama and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper (shown in photo on right).

Both Christy Clark and her predecessor, Gordon Campbell, had been quietly co-operating with the project but it was expected that
Adrian Dix and his competing New Democratic Party (NDP) would oppose the project as they had in the 1990's when the NDP, under its anti American leader, Glen Clark, imposed  an illegal legislative prohibition on the export of fresh water from British Columbia.

Prime Minister Harper
travels to New York on May 16, 2013 where he will quietly assure members the Council on Foreign Relations that the massive project, essential to the long term success of the American economy, will be proceeding as planned.

The next stage in the project is the construction of the massive Site C Dam and power station on the Peace River in northern British Columbia that is part of the original plan known as the North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA) (shown in photo on right).  The Environmental review process is expected to take less thant two years and approval is expected due to  the relatively harmless environmental impact compared to other more poisonous and dangerous projects such as the Keystone Pipeline, the Enbridge Pipeline and the Alberta Oilsands Projects that pollute millions of gallons of fresh water daily.

Rewards For The Guilty

Last week, British Columbia Premier Christy Clark heaped insult upon depravity when she rewarded three guilty lawyers, Michael Armstrong, Herman Van Ommen and Douglas Eastwood (shown left to right in photos) with the honorary title of Queens Counsel.

In the Editor's opinion, these lawyers should be in jail for their role in the legal strategy that led to the murder of Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson and the alleged suicide, probable murder, of Federal Department of Justice lawyer, Eric Noel, as part of a conspiracy to cover up crimes against humanity by officers and employees of the Government of British Columbia.

In stark contrast, Canadian Prime Minister Harper did the right thing and fired the Canadian government lawyer involved in these crimes.

Fraud, Then Perjury, Then Murder and, Now, More Perjury(?) By B.C. Government

Last week, the Canadian media reported another case of a senior lawyer at the British Columbia Ministry of Justice and Attorney General (BCMOJAG) misleading a British Columbia court by the use of a false affidavit while that Ministry continues under the corrupt management of Deputy Minister Richard Fyfe (shown in centre photo) who Premier Christy Clark (shown in photo on left) refuses to fire despite Fyfe's involvement in the legal strategy of BCMOJAG that led to the murder Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson in June 2012 and the suicide of Federal Department of Justice lawyer Eric Noel in July 2012.

William Annett, Christy Clark &  Patrick Kinsella

In a Vancouver courthouse last week, under intense cross-examination by Rain Coast Water Inc., lawyer  George Douvelos, William Annett (shown in photo on left)  identified Partick Kinsella (shown in photo on right), as the lobbyist for W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd.,  when the Government of British Columbia gave WCW a secret illegal bulk water export monopoly while  cheating  competitors in the water export business, including Rain Coast  that is claiming over $500 million in damages for lost business opportunity damages from the Government of British Columbia.

Kinsella, a top strategic advisor to Premier Christy Clark ........

Did BC Premier Christy Clark Order A Murder?

The alleged murder of New Brunswick judge, Carolyn Layden Stevenson and the suicide or murder of Canadian Department of Justice lawyer, Eric Noel, in Ottawa, have been linked back to Premier Christy Clark and her Deputy Minister of Justice, Richard Fyfe, who is alleged to be guilty of negligent homicide and possible murder in an attempt to cover up crimes by government employees in British Columbia.

Did Premier Christy Clark authorize the .....

BC Assistant Deputy Attorney General, Fyfe, Lies to Premier Christy Clark
When British Columbia Premier, Christy Clark, was asked to investigate complaints of criminal misconduct by a lawyer providing legal services to the BC government, she immediately did the right thing and referred the complaint to her Attorney General who, in turn, did the right thing and referred the issue to her Assistant Deputy, Richard Fyfe, shown above left, who then, in our opinion, proceeded to lie, cheat, and deceive exactly like his colleagues in the British Columbia Attorney General office and in other government ministries have been doing for over 20 years.

We think Richard Fyfe is just another dishonest, deceiving, dissimulating civil servant covering up crimes by himself and his colleagues.  Here are the facts and you can be the judge.

Should BC NDP Leader Adrian Dix Be Behind Bars?
Is British Columbia New Democratic Party leader, Adrian Dix, shown above left, an unconvicted criminal who should be put in jail (shown above right)?

Why did then Attorney General Ujjal Dosanjh refuse to prosecute Adrian Dix, in 1999, when Dix admitted he fabricated evidence?

Should criminal charges be brought against Dix?

We think so.  We think Adrian Dix is a crook.  Here are the facts.   You be the judge.
