THE LONE WOLF PATRIOT Canada's Sissy Spy Agency, also known as CSIS, is under attack again with the recent firing of the Canadian Security Intelligence Review Agency Chairman, Dr. Arthur Porter, a cancer specialist from Montreal.
At the same time, CSIS associate Director, Andy Ellis, engaged in a propaganda effort to bolster the Sissy Spy Agency 's public image by proclaiming that Canada was under threat from Lone Wolf Terrorists and needed the 3,000 plus Sissy Spies to protect Canada from Lone Wolf Terrorists.
On the ground, in Canada, one of Canada's Lone Wolf Patriots announced the burial of Mr. Jean Pelletier, in the Graveyard of the Guilty. Mr. Pelletier had been Chief of Staff to the former Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien when many of the attacks against Mr. Carten, Ms. Gibbs and Sun Belt Water Inc. were carried out by crooked agents of the Canadian state and Pelletier is presumed to be one of the leading Water War Criminals.
The death toll in the Water War Crimes now amounts to 29 and is expectedly to climb dramatically over the next few months with more revelations of crookedness and corruption in high places.
Lone Wolf Patriots emerge from the North American tradition of vigilante-ism, a phenomenon where average citizens take the law into their own hands to save their commuinties because their government, like that of Canada, has become corrupt and will not act in the interests of the community.
Mr. Pelletier's death took place in January, 2009, one year after the Carten & Gibbs lawsuit was filed in Canada's Federal Court.
In an interesting co-incidence, Mr. Pelletier, like one of former British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell's high level insiders, Sandra Gail Reid, died of fast acting cancer, a disease that is now recognized to be a tool of insider assassains that was first employed by the American, British, and Israeli Intelligence Agencies, in the 1980's, when assassaination by chemically induced heart attack was so frequent that the phrase "was heart attacked" was developed to describe the phenomenon.
Former British Columbia Premier Gordon Gampbell is now hiding out in England where he has sought the protection of the allegedly corrupt Queen Elizabeth II who allegedly attempted to loot the revenues from Canada's fresh water excport sales contrary ot her Coronation Oath.
Campbell was well known crooked Canadian politician who paid his MISTRESS a salarry of $150,000 from taxpayers money and until it was exposed on the internet and he was forced to resign.

As a cancer specialist, Dr. Arthur Porter would have been aware of these techniques of murder and political assassaination "by cancer" and this was probably a factor in his original selection as the Chairman of Canada's spy agency Review Board where he was positioned to deflect legitimate inquiries about the so-called "death by cancer" phenomenon that now appears to be plaguing civil servants who are in a position to talk about the high level crimes by insiders in Canada.
In addition to Pelletier and Reid, several other Water War Crimes insiders who were in a position tell the truth conveniently died of a fast acting cancer. So fast, for example, that British Columbia Chief Judge High Stansfield allegedly went from robust good health on April 25, 2009, to death by cancer, a mere 12 days later, on May 7, 2009.

Was the death of Michel Gratton, death number 19 in the shocking series of deaths in the Water War Crimes?
Is there a serial killer stalking past and present civil servants in Ottawa? The sudden death at age 58 of Michel Gratton, an Ottawa insider, intelligence expert and press secretary to former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney brings to nineteen the number of sudden deaths linked to the Water War Crimes. The death of Michel Gratton marks the third in a series of sudden deaths of intelligence experts in North America over the past three months. On November 12, former associate director of Canada's Securuty and Intelligence Service, Jack Hooper, dropped dead allegedly from a sudden heart attack, at age 57, and in excellent health. Some intelligence experts suspect Jack Hooper was murdered. On January, 6, 2011, the body of retired Pentagon intelligence advisor, John Wheeler, was found in a garbage dump near Washington, D.C. The police regard the death as a murder.
Mr. Gratton was highly regarded as an excpert in the intelligence business as a result of the book Spyworld, an inside look at the Canadian and American intelligence establishment, a book that he co-authored with Mike Frost, a former Canadian Security Establishment insider in 1994.
Due to his work as press secretary to former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, Michel Gratton would have also been familiar with the many of the insiders linked to the Water War Crimes.
Given his background and the sudden unexplained nature of his death, Canadians are justifiably asking if Michel Gratton was murdered?

Former Canadian Security Director Jack Hooper Drops Dead At Age 57
Murder Is Suspected Jack Hooper, age 57 and in excellent health, the former assistant director of Canadian Security and Intelligence Service (CSIS) suddenly dropped from an unexpected heart attack, today, and murder is suspected.
Hooper was a key intelligence advisor to the Canadian government during the period when insiders at Canada's intellligence service were desperaetely covering up the Water War Crimes. Hooper joined CSIS in 1984 just at the time when the Water War Crimes were set in motion by insiders linked to Canada's federal government and their agents in British Columbia.
Mr. Hooper's sudden death confirms suspicions that a serial killer is stalking key civil servants linked to the Water War Crimes and brings the death toll to 17 dead insiders - many by sudden heart attack.
As Madam Justice Gauthier was told in April 2010, more people would die if the Water War Crimes lawsuit were not settled and Mr. Hooper's death marks, at least, the sixth sudden death of an Ottawa insider since that prediction was made.
Hooper was a key player in the case of Maher Arar where Canada's government used Maher Arar to placate American suspicions that Canada's government was a two faced, disloyal ally that secretly supported the terrorosts as a useful diversion from the Water War Crimes that had become a major bi-lateral issue between Canada and the United States prior to the attack on New York City on September 11, 2001. Some serious investigators suggest Canadian insiders were part of the 9-11 conspiracy which destroyed some critical evidence linking Canadian financial interests to the looting of $80 billion from the oil for food program that the United Nations operated in Iraq.
As assistant director for CSIS, Hooper would have been aware of the legal and judicial mafia operating in Canada including the out of control pedofile judges that are referred to elsewhere on this web site.
Hooper knew a lot of secrets and now he is no longer around to tell those secrets to the great relief of others involved in the Water War Crimes.
