Justin Trudeau Proclaimed Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada

Justin Trudeau (shown in photo on left) is expected to lead a robust challenge to Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper as a result of emerging evidence that his brother, Michel, (shown in photo on right) was the target of two murder attempts in 1998 as part of a blackmail strategy carried out against his father, Pierre Trudeau, by insiders linked to the Water War Crimes.

By some miracle, Michel survived the first attempt on his life that took place when the truck he was driving was hit broadside and rolled over several times near Portage La Prairie, in July 1998.  However, Michel did not survive the second attempt on his life when he was killed by an avalanche on Friday the 13th in November, 1998, that looked suspiciously like it was engineered.

Prime Minister Harper's ability to protect Canada is now undermined by the recent deaths of a senior Canadian judge and a Department of Justice lawyer.  Both deaths have the characteristic hallmarks of a  targeted murder.

A Murdered Judge + A Suicided Lawyer =  Deputy Minister of Justice Fired

Shortly after his visit with Henry Kissinger, Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper has announced that Myles Kirvan (shown in above photo on right) will be officially removed from his top  position as Canada's Deputy Minister of Justice on November 5, 2012, a day of deep symbolic meaning for watchers of Parliaments and Parliamentarians worldwide .

Myles Kirvan was the Deputy Minister of Justice who developed defective legal strategy that led to the murder of  Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson on June 23, 2012 and to the suicide  / murder of Department of Justice lawyer Eric Noel on July 16, 2012.

On July 9, 2012, this web site first published the Editors theory that Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson (shown in photo on left) had been murdered as a result of the legal strategy developed by the Canadian Department of Justice legal team.

On July 16, 2012, this web site published further details linking the Department of Justice legal team to the murder of Justice Layden-Stevenson and, the very same day, on July 16, 2012, Eric Noel, (shown in photo on right) a member of the same branch or section of the Department of Justice legal team committed suicide.

Murdered Judge Brings British Foreign Secretary to Canada

British Foreign Secretary, William Hague, (shown in photo on left) paid a surprise visit to Canada, today, less than a week after Prince Edward (shown in photo on right) paid his own surprise visit to Canada.  Both were sent on directions of Queen Elizabeth (shown in centre photo).

Insiders advise that both visits are connected to the unsolved murder of Madam Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson of  Canada's Federal Court of Appeal on June 27, 2012, and the alleged suicide, possible murder, in July 16, 2012, of Eric Noel, a  lawyer working for Canada's Department of Justice, a Department that has become infected by a criminal organization

Murdered Judges
 and
Suicided Lawyers

The mainstream Canadian media is reporting that a lawyer  at Canada's Department of Justice has committed suicide.

This breaking news comes only a few short months after the alleged murder of Canadian Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson by agents of Canada's Department of Justice linked to the defective legal strategy developed by Justice Minister Robert Nicholson (shown in photo on right) in the a Water War Crimes lawsuit in Canada's corrupt court system.  It also come only days after Prince Edward had top secret meetings with the Canada's Governor General, Prime Minister and top police officials.

Royal Family Announces Surprise Canadian Visit in Wake of Judicial Murder

The Canadian media announced, today, that Queen Elizabeth has ordered Prince Edward to pay a surprise "working visit" to Canada in the week of September 11, 2012.

The annoncement follows on a September 1, 2012, email contact with Governor General Johnston by informing him of the background behind the murder of Madam Justice Carolyn Anne Layden-Stevenson and that asked him to "kindly draw these matters to the attention of Her Majesty the Queen" that had "... serious implications for the continuation of the Monarchy in Canada".

Queen Elizabeth, knowing the stakes are exceedingly high,  immediately reacted to the troubles in her realm and ordered her son, Prince Edward, on an unscheduled, surprise, "working visit" to Canada.

Changes at Canada's Department of Justice

On June 30 and July 2, 2012, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, quietly, replaced  Associate Deputy Minister of Justice, Yves Cote, with two Associate Deputy Ministers, Lori Sterling (shown in photo on left) and Pierre Legault (shown in centre photo) in a move that is regarded as preliminary to the removal of Myles Kiwan, the present Canadian Deputy Minister of Justice, (shown in photo on right)  who so completely bungled the Water War Crimes litigation that approximately 32 key government witnesses experienced sudden deaths, many of which are regarded as murders carried out by other Water War Crimes killing the witnesses to their criminal activities.

CBC ACCUSES RCMP COMMISSIONER ELLIOTT OF ASSISTING DISGRACED ADVISOR TO PRIME MINISTER HARPER

The CBC, Canada's Government owned broadcasting system, has accused RCMP Commissioner Elliott of inserting a man with a past history of criminal fraud into the Prime Minister's office.

According to Yahoo News,  "CBC News has learned William Elliott, who was serving as national security adviser in the Privy Council Office in January 2006, was the official responsible for giving the green light to Bruce Carson working in the Prime Minister's Office. The RCMP is currently probing allegations that Carson was involved in illegal lobbying".

Readers of the Water War Crimes pages know that we accused William Elliott of a conflict of interest because he was a key insider linked to the Water War Crimes several months before his impending resignation, ostensibly in June 2011, was announced in February 2011.

Bruce Carson, a Canadian lawyer, had a history of fraud and was expelled from a Canadian law society for looting clients money.  William Elliott, another Canadian lawyer, is alleged to have approved Carson for a top job inside the Prime Minister's office.  William Elliott had no prior police experience when the Department of Justice recommended Elliott be appointed  Canada's "top cop" in an obvious attempt by insiders at the Department of Justice to cover up their involvement in the Water War Crimes

The Department of Justice controls Canada's courts and approves the selection of all judges in Canada.  Through its ability to control judicial postings, the Department of Justice maintains a cozy relationship with selected insiders in Provincial and Territorial Ministries of the Attorney General through out Canada.

Bruce Carson has recently come to public attention due to allegations of illegal lobbying of his former boss, Prime Minister Harper, over potential contracts for a water company that was partly owned by his girlfriend, Sarifa Khan, a former escort in the US.

Commissioner Elliott has persistently refused to investigate the Water War Crimes since the file was sent to him by registered mail in July 2007.   At that time, the death toll in the Water War Crimes was two or three and since that time the death toll has climbed to 21, including former judges and civil servants who were involved in or connected to the Water War Crimes.
