We Warned Her She Might Die and Now She is Dead. Was She Murdered? Judge Carole Layden-Stevenson (the happy face shown in photo above on left) dropped dead, suddenly, from unexplained causes, in Ottawa, on June 27, 2012.
The Grim Reaper (shown in centre photo) came for her just as we predicted and she is death number 32 in the Graveyard of the Guilty and she is also the 12th judge to die shortly after her bias in favour of criminal insiders with the governments of Canada and British Columbia became a matter of an internal investigation in Ottawa.
Did she deserve to die? Possibly. In the Editors opinion, she made a Court Order that violated her Oath to administer justice impartially. Instead, she favoured her political insiders who had committed crimes and denied access to justice for Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs. Society is better served now that she is no longer sitting on the bench handing out judgements that go against established law and protect criminals.
However, there is good reason to believe she was murdered.

The truth of these allegations is now corroborated by the refusal of the Government in Canada to issue a formal denial notwithstanding the fact that the allegations have been made in official communications to its lawyers and have been filed in pleadings in the Canadian Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
The difficulties faced by Canadian Prime Minister Harper should not be underestimated. As a well known royalist, Harper would have been shocked, stunned and dis-oriented by the news that Queen Elizabeth and her husband had broken their solemn obligations and acted in a way that sought to undermine the sovereignity of Canada.

Today, former Forbes Magazine editor and now world famous internatioanl geo-political and global financial analyst, Benajmin Fulford, a Canadian who lives in Japan, has revealed that certain global powers ``have issued a warning to the British Royal Family that they must replace Elizabeth with her son Harry by April 1st of this year.``
Of course royal watchers know that Harry is not the son of Queen Elizabeth but is her gandson and, according to some royal watchers , a step grandson. So, the statement attributed to Mr. Fulford contains an obvious mistake.
For those who are unaware of the signifance of these matters, it has long been suspected that Harry is not the legitimate son of Prince Charles but comes from aonther line of descent which means that Harry, but not his older brother William, would be entitled to occupy the Throne of Canada if Queen Elizabeth and her progeny were disqualified due to corrupt practcies. This is now a distinct possibility due to revelations of royal involvement in the Canadian water scandal.

DEATH TOLL = 30 Recent investigations have exposed another premature death linked to the Water War Crimes bringing the death toll to thirty (30) thirty persons.
Audrey Best Bouchard, the wife of former Canadian politician Lucien Bouchard and a lawyer with the law firm of Heenan Blaikie, died, allegedly from cancer, on January 25, 2011, at age 50, prematurely, according to the press release issued by the law firm. At this time, it is difficult to determine what role, if any, Audrey Best Bouchard played in the Water War Crimes but the timing of her death, her marriage relation and her position with the Trudeau / Chretien law firm of Heenan Blalkie are startling co-incidences that lead the editors of this web site to suggest that Ms. Bouchard may deserve a resting place in the Graveyard of the Guilty.
At law, a law firm is considered a single entity and it was a lady lawyer, not Ms. Best Bouchard, from the law firm of Heenan Blaikie, who entangled Victoria Chief Of Police Paul Battershill in a sexual dalliance that cost his his career and de-railed the police investigation of some of the Water War Crimes and there are many other startling linkages between Heenan Blaikie and the Water War Crimes that leave more questions unanswered than answered.

Was Reg Alcock murdered?
Readers of this web site are watching the Goddess of Justice wreak her vengeance against former Canadian political elites after yesterday's disturbingly unjust decision by the Supreme Court of Canada denying Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs access to justice in Canada.
Today, the angel of death reached out and snatched to his grave Reg Alcock who was a key player in the dirty and corrupt tactics of the Governments of Paul Martin and Jean Chretien when they launched their despicable and illegal attacks on Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs and her then young family. Reg Alcock dropped dead at the Winnipeg International Airport allegedly from a suspected heart attack and becomes number 27 in the Graveyard of the Guilty. If you don't believe in "angels of death" then you should consider that it is probable that Reg Alcock was murdered like many of the other insiders who dropped dead of sudden heart attacks. Reg Alcock knew too much. Like Reg Alcock many of the key insiders in the Water War Crimes, such as Izzy Asper, Lloyd Axworthy, British Columbia Secrecy Commissioner, Paul Fraser, and Margaret Annett the presidewnt of W.C. W. Western Canada Water Inc. Enterprises Ltd were from the Winnipeg area.
Was Reg Alcock another secret investor in W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd?
We cannot answer that question, at this time, because the Government of Canada and its crooked lawyers and crooked judges will not permit the Carten/Gibbs v. The Government of Canada lawsuit to proceed in Canada's justice system.
But, 27 deaths of political insiders all linked to one lawsuit is a statistical impossibility.
This means that these deaths are not normal. If you rule out the supernatural, then there are only two possible causes - stress related disease and murder.
The high incidence of sudden deaths of people with little or no other health problems suggests a murderer is stalking the wicked.
In a related but unreported incident, long term British Columbia Government employee, Steve Mazur, also from Winnipeg, was reported to have had a heart attack on September 30, 2011.
We have not yet ascertained if Mr. Mazur has died.
Mr. Mazur was a key witness to certain aspects of the Water War Crimes and told investigators that he knew the agreement that he signed on behalf of the Queen Elizabeth with W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., was of questionable legitimacy but that he asked for and received written orders from the highest level of government that authorized him to sign the document.
Investigators are at work attempting to determine if the heart attack suffered by Mr. Mazur was the result of an attempted murder.
Readers should be alert to watch for other insiders dropping dead because there remain a remnant of corrupt individuals who are getting increasingly nervous that someone will blow the whistle on them.

A Serial Murderer is Suspected. Fear and panic is spreading among the lawyers linked to the Water War Crimes lawsuit after the sudden death of prominent Ottawa area lawyer, Martin Mason on June 18, 2011, brought the death toll in the Graveyard of the Guilty to the staggering number of 24.
With the RCMP and other Canadian police and security forces compeltely unable to protect the guilty, British Columbia Government lawyer, Hugh Gwillim, who has handled the case for the British Columbia Government for three and one half years suddenly withdrew from the case prompting observers to conclude that Hugh Gwillim had "jumped ship" as a result of a fear for his own life, like former Canadian Deputy Attorney General, John Sims, who suddenly resigned, in April 2010, a few weeks After the sudden death of former BC Government lawyer, Jack Ebbels, a key Water War Crimes insider.
Observers think that a serial murderer is stalking civil servants and politicians linked to the Water War Crimes and Hugh Gwillim's cowardly conduct is perfectly understandable because the Canadian authorities cannot offer any protection. But, quitting may not be enough to save Hugh Gwillim's life, because former British Columbia Chief Justice, Donald Brenner, who was also a player in the Water War Crimes, had announced he was resigining immediately after the sudden death of British Columbia Chief Judge, Hugh Stansfield, another Water War Crimes insider, in May 2009 but Brenner was found dead, by a sudden heart attack, in March 2011.
This is the legacy of the Water War Crimes, death after death of insiders, players and witnesses.
The Canadian lawyers acting for the Government and its agencies are a notoriously cowardly lot. For example, Hugh Gwillim, like Law Society of British Columbia lawyer Michael Armstrong, and Maximus/Themis lawyer, James Sullivan, had previously refused to show their faces at various court hearings and either sent a substitute or appeared by telephone although his (and their) office were mere blocks away from the Federal Court in Vancouver.

Was he murdered? The Water War Crimes lawsuit claimed another victim on Saturday, June 18, 2011 with the sudden death of Martin Mason, legal counsel for the Canadian Judicial Council and serveral crooked judges.
Mr. Mason's death brings to 24 the number of Dead in the Grave Yard of the Guilty.
Was Martin Mason guilty?
You bet he was. For three long years, Martin Mason represented the Canadian Judicial Council and a number of crooked judges and, instead of doing justice and right, Martin Mason opposed the doing of justice and right contrary to his obligations as a lawyer under the Magna Carta.
Martin Mason was also acting as lawyer on a case where he had a clear conflict of interest because his law partner, Brian Smith of Gowlings Toronto office, was a key player in the Water War Crimes and there is reason to believe that, if the case ever got to court Brian Smith, the former Attorney General of British Columbia would be shown to have acted contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
Did Martin Mason deserve an early grave?
We think he did.
Martin Mason delayed and denied justice by his devious and bogus legal arguments. He caused deliberate harm to innocent people. He had the opportunity to do right and he did wrong. Martin Mason was a crooked lawyer and the world is better off without him.
It is also possible Martin Mason was murdered. His law partner Brain Smith is in big trouble as a result of the Water War Crimes coming to light. Martin Mason was not stupid. The Water War Crimes lawsuit had revealed the sordid truth about Canada to him. Martin Mason knew too much.
According to his obituary in the Globe and Mail, Martin had a lifelong interest in politics, serving for a time as a riding association president and on the National Council of the P.C. Party of Canada between 1995 and 2000. Members of the P.C. Party was heavily involved in the Water War Crimes It should be obvious to the reader that Martin Mason was a crooked lawyer because he had multiple conlficts of interest and continued to act as legal counsel on a highly political case.

WAS HE MURDERED?? Recent investigations have exposed the dark world of a Freemason conspiracy inside Canada's courts and experts are justifiably asking if retired Canadian Justice H.A.D. Oliver, former Grand Master of Switzerland and an active Freemason until the date of his death, on January 14, 2011, (shown on right in photo) was murdered as one of a string of eleven sudden deaths among members of Canada's judiciary all of whom were linked to the Water War Crimes.
Like others linked to the Water War Crimes, such as, B.C. Lt Governor David Lam, BC Attorney General, Brian Smith, and RCMP Commissioner William Elliott, Judge Oliver was a Knight of the Orfer of St. John Of Jeruslaem.
Like Free Trade promotor, Donald MacDonald, now employed by Canadian law firm Lang Michener, and former Attorney General for British Columbia, Garde Gardom, Judge Oliver was also a Freeman of the City of London where many of the inside investors in W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. were located.
Witrh insiders in the City of London and the Order of Saint John Of Jersualem, attempting to secretly benefit form Canada's fresh water wealth, Canadians are justified in asking if the Queen and the Pope were conspiring to loot the benefit of Canada's water resources.

Was the death of Michel Gratton, death number 19 in the shocking series of deaths in the Water War Crimes?
Is there a serial killer stalking past and present civil servants in Ottawa? The sudden death at age 58 of Michel Gratton, an Ottawa insider, intelligence expert and press secretary to former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney brings to nineteen the number of sudden deaths linked to the Water War Crimes. The death of Michel Gratton marks the third in a series of sudden deaths of intelligence experts in North America over the past three months. On November 12, former associate director of Canada's Securuty and Intelligence Service, Jack Hooper, dropped dead allegedly from a sudden heart attack, at age 57, and in excellent health. Some intelligence experts suspect Jack Hooper was murdered. On January, 6, 2011, the body of retired Pentagon intelligence advisor, John Wheeler, was found in a garbage dump near Washington, D.C. The police regard the death as a murder.
Mr. Gratton was highly regarded as an excpert in the intelligence business as a result of the book Spyworld, an inside look at the Canadian and American intelligence establishment, a book that he co-authored with Mike Frost, a former Canadian Security Establishment insider in 1994.
Due to his work as press secretary to former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, Michel Gratton would have also been familiar with the many of the insiders linked to the Water War Crimes.
Given his background and the sudden unexplained nature of his death, Canadians are justifiably asking if Michel Gratton was murdered?
