BRITISH COLUMBIA PREMIER ORDERS REVIEW OF CORRUPT JUSTICE SYSTEMThe brilliant and beautiful British Columbia Premier, Christy Clark, shown in photo on left, has ordered a rare review of the corrupt British Columbia justice system in the wake of allegations that the system is corrupt from the top, where a British Columbia Judge Beverley McLachlin is the Chief Justice of Canada (shown in photo on right), to the bottom.
1 Comment SUPREME COURT OF CANADA TO HEAR CASE WHERE CHIEF JUSTICE McLACHLIN IS A PARTY On April 8, 2011, the Water War Crimes lawsuit moved to the Supreme Court of Canada on an appeal of the decision of Justice Carolyn Laydon-Stevenson, (shown right) of the Canadian Federal Court of Appeal who attempted to deny access to justice to John Frederick Carten and Karen Audrey Gibbs in their application for redress as a resolution of their being targetted by the Government of Canada and its agents. Justice Stevenson was appointed to her position by Canadian Justice Minister Rob Nicholson, (shown in center photo) a former member of the Kim Campbell Gang that was closely linked to the Water War Crimes. Canada's Chief Justice, Beverley McLachlin, is named as a party in the Water War Crimes lawsuit because under her leadership the Canadian Judicial Council, another party, carried out a serious fraud against the people of Canada. The filing at Canada's Supreme Court follows upon the recent deaths of former British Columbia Deputy Attorney General, Gillian Wallace, (March 1, 2011) and former British Columbia Supreme Court Chief Justice Donald Brenner (March 13, 2011). Several intelligent observers had concluded that Donald Brenner was murdered in order to silence him. In addition to Chief Justice McLachlin, the appellants have advised the Court that Justice Ian Binnie is disqualified from sitting on the case due to his former position as a partner in law firm of McCarthy Tetrault, a defendant in the litigation. Mr. Ian Binnie has a financial interest in the outcome that could bankrupt the partners of McCarthy Tetrault at the time the Water War Crimes took place. CANADA'S OPPOSITION PARTIES REBEL AGAINST TORY COVER UP OF WATER WAR CRIMES AND FORCE ELECTION Will Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, find that he will be the third Canadian Prime Minister to be destroyed by the Water War Crimes - COVER UP - the greatest untold scandal in Canadian political history. The Water War Crimes destroyed Prime Minister Jean Chretien in between 1999 and 2002, when Chretien 's role in the crimes became evident and was reported to every member of the House of Commons and the Senate of Canada and selected members of the US Senate, Congress, and Administration, including Presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush who learned that Canada had cheated Americans over water exports. Prime Minister Paul Martin attempted to keep the lid on the brewing scandal but his strategy backfired when secret documents were hand delivered to opposition leader Stephen Harper who used those documents to persuade opposition leaders Jack Layton and Gilles Duceppe to join him in a coalition that toppled the corrupt Paul Martin from Government. A few short weeks ago, Canadian opposition leaders Michael Ignatieff (Liberal), Jack Layton (NDP), and Gilles Duceppe (Bloc Quebecois), were alerted that continued cover up and stalling by Prime Minister Harper and his team had led to the deaths of two more Water War Crimes insiders, former British Columbia Deputy Attorney General Gillian Wallace with NDP loyatlties and former British Columbia Chief Justice Donald Brenner with Liberal Party loyalties. Wallace and Brenner were key witnesses in the Water War Crimes lawsuit, a massive claim that threatens to destroy the political, legal, and judicial mafia that controls much of Canada. The considered police opinion on both sides of the border is that a serial killer or killers is/are murdering the witnesses.
