On November 28, 2012, Enrique Peña Nieto, President-elect of Mexico, (shown in photo on right) held private meetings, in Ottawa, with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, (shown in photo on left) to discuss the plan to move massive amounts of Canadian water through the United States to Mexico.
The secret meeting comes a mere 8 days after the Governments of the United States and Mexico signed a "landmark freshwater treaty" allowing Mexico to store, formerly Canadian, freshwater at various locations in the Colorado River basin ..............
