Queen Elizabeth, Pope Benedict 
and
a Murdered Canadian Judge

On Tuesday of this week, a reliable private intelligence source in Canada advised Water War Crimes investigators that British intelligence had determined that Pope Benedict had ordered the murder of Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson and that Queen Elizabeth had planned to discuss the matter with the President of Italy on her trip to Rome on March 6 and 7, 2013.  The trip planners had deliberately excluded a Royal - Papal meeting which is the usual custom.  

It appears Pope Benedict got wind of the events and he announced his resignation before the intended arrival of Queen Elizabeth. 
 
On Wednesday, the information about Pope Benedict being part of the murder of Justice Layden Stevenson was conveyed to Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper by email which means it was probably read by British Intelligence (MI-6), Canadian Intelligence (CSIS) and American Intelligence (CIA /NSA, etc.) 

On Friday, Queen Elizabeth blinked and her staff advised the world that the visit to Rome next week may be cancelled.

Queen Elizabeth Takes Action  

Senior Canadian cabinet minister and Treasury Board President Tony Clement  (shown in photo on right) paid a surprise  visit to Campbell River, British Columbia, five days ago, on November 13, 2012, exactly one month after  Canadian Captain da Costa (shown in photo on left) sent a  31 page letter of complaint to Queen Elizabeth.

The whistleblowing Captain was outraged .......
