ORGANIZED CRIME + RCMP = ATTORNEY GENERAL OF BRITISH COLUMBIA
Quietly and without fanfare, Canada`s national police force, the RCMP, has infiltrated the Ministry of the Attorney General of British Columbia, a key player and facilitator in the organized crime network that has dominated Canada`s westernmost province for decades.  The victims of organized crime in British Columbia are now asking if this is merely an amalgamation of two corrupt organizations or, more hopefully, a long overdue genuine attempt at reform by Premier Christy Clark, who is behind in the polls and who is determined to win the next election, and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper who is exercising the new power of his recently acquired majority government in Ottawa

The Letter that Destroyed the Career of British Columbia Deputy Attorney General David Loukidelis
We believe the following letter, sent by fax to Premier Christy Clark, on May 3, 2012, destroyed the career of Deputy Attorney General, David Loukidelis, who suddenly announced he was resigning on May 4, 2012.  (Editor's note: Uploading of the letter may take a few seconds so please be patient)

BC Deputy Attorney General Loukedelis Resigns After Assistant Caught Lying
David Loukedelis, the Deputry Attorney General of British Colubmia, shown left, resigned, suddenly, on Friday, May 4, 2012, exactly one day after Premier Christy Clark and her staff were advised, by a fax letter,  that Assistant Deputy Attorney General, Richard Fyfe, (see story posted May 4 2012) had provided a deliberately false and misleading legal opinion denying the Attorney General had the legislative power to investigate criminal mis-conduct by lawyers providing legal services to the government

CANADA - US WATER PROJECT MOVES AHEAD

Intelligent observers of recent events in British Columbia have advised that the plan to export massive amounts of fresh water from Canada to the United States appears to be moving ahead under the leadership of British Columbia Premier, Christy Clark in compliance with the agreements signed by Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and former British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell and their American counterparts during the Olympic Games held in Vancouver during 2010.

The co-incidental recent public relations announcements by British Columbia's Government owned electric generating corporation, BC Hydro, that it would soon have to construct more power generating facilities and by the environmental movement that further protection of the Flathead Lake watershed was necessary are best understood as part of the necessary government propaganda to prepare Canadian public opinion for the construction of a massive water reservoir at what is locally called "Site C"  on the Peace River in northeastern British Columbia, and for the prevention of any industrial development in the water transportation corridor to be located in the Flathead River Valley.

These developments are consistent with the North American Water and Power Alliance scheme, first touted in the 1960's,  that was delayed by political corruption in Canada and, particularly, in British Columbia, where successive premiers and attorney generals have covered up government crime and corruption.

In the coming months, the Canadian public can expect to read more about preserving, i.e. preventing development in, the Rocky Mountain Trench where the NAWAPA plan calls for the creation of massive interior lake/reservoir.

The plan to export massive amounts of fresh water from Canada to the United States is moving ahead quickly, quietly, without fanfare and according to plan..

HARPER AND CAMERON
VS
QUEEN ELIZABETH

The international media reports that the British Commonwealth will be considering changes to the rules of succession to the British Throne at its bi-annual meeting in April, 2012 .

Click here to read the full story.

Some Royal observers view this development as evidence of increasing concern that the present Royal Family and its progeny are no longer fit to hold office due to the alleged involvement of Queen Elizabeth and members of her family in the scheme to loot Canada's water export revenues - an allegation first reported on this web site.

The allegation, along with supporting evidence, was  delivered to Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper in August, 2011, and has not been denied.

Shortly after he received the information, Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper asked United Kingdom, Prime Minister David Cameron,  to visit Canada for private meetings which were held prior to this recent announcement and insiders speculate that they discussed plans to change the rules of Royal Succession at that time.

Christy Clark Cleans Campbell's Dirty House
British Columbia's newly installed Premier, Christy Clark, shown in center photo, moved quickly to clean out the dirt left behind by the now disgraced Premier Gordon Campbell, shown right, whose regime has been covering up the Water War Crimes for over a decade by firing, Alan Seckel, shown left, from his lofty position as top civil servant in the British Columbia government.

Alan Seckel, a lawyer, formerly a partner with Vancouver's notorious law firm, Fasken Martineau Dumoulin, first came to public prominence when Gordon Campbell was hunting for a new Deputy Attorney General after the reigning Deputy Attorney General, Gillian Wallace, was forced to resign as a result of a  police investigation into the crimes of fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice carried out by staff lawyers involved in organized crime at the Ministry of the Attorney General while it was under the direction of Ms. Wallace

Once a key player in the New Democratic regime of Premier Glen Clark, also forced to resign when he was the target of a  police investigationMs. Wallace faded into obscurity after her resignation.

Police investigations of politicians are a common event in British Columbia, a jurisidciton with an international reputation as a centre of money laundering and other forms of corruption.

Seckel and Wallace had close ties to Canada's Chief Justice Bev McLachlin and British Columbia Chief Justices, Alan McEachern and Donald Brenner, all of whom were involved in the Water War Crimes.
