"THE THREE AMIGOS"
WATER EXPORTS SECURE The stunning election victory May 14, 2013 by the Liberal Party of British Columbia led by Premier Christy Clark (shown in centre photo) has secured the future of the massive clean energy / water export project that has been quietly moving forward under the guidance of US President Obama and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper (shown in photo on right).
Both Christy Clark and her predecessor, Gordon Campbell, had been quietly co-operating with the project but it was expected that Adrian Dix and his competing New Democratic Party (NDP) would oppose the project as they had in the 1990's when the NDP, under its anti American leader, Glen Clark, imposed an illegal legislative prohibition on the export of fresh water from British Columbia.
Prime Minister Harper travels to New York on May 16, 2013 where he will quietly assure members the Council on Foreign Relations that the massive project, essential to the long term success of the American economy, will be proceeding as planned.
The next stage in the project is the construction of the massive Site C Dam and power station on the Peace River in northern British Columbia that is part of the original plan known as the North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA) (shown in photo on right). The Environmental review process is expected to take less thant two years and approval is expected due to the relatively harmless environmental impact compared to other more poisonous and dangerous projects such as the Keystone Pipeline, the Enbridge Pipeline and the Alberta Oilsands Projects that pollute millions of gallons of fresh water daily.
The Prince, The Prime Minister, and Another Fatality in the Water War Crimes Inside sources advise that the co-ordinated visits of Prince Harry (shown in photo on left) and U.K. Prime Minister, David Cameron, (shown in centre photo) to Washington, Boston, and New York, are the direct fall out from the high level private dinner meeting at David Cameron's official residence in London during Margaret Thatcher's funeral where key Regan-era luminaires, Brian Mulroney, John Major, George Shultz, James Baker, and Dick Cheney met with Harper, Cameron and British Foreign Secretary William Hague. The Royal Family were directed to personally apologize to the U.S. President Obama over their secret imtermeddling in Canada - U.S. relations during the Regan-Bush years when the Canada-US Free Trade Agreement was negotiated while David Cameron was directed to offer the same apology for the intermeddling by officials with the British State.
Mr. Obama, who was previously snubbed by Queen Elizabeth at a Royal event in London, asked his wife to receive the Prince, who was delivering a message on behalf of his ailing grandmother. The to add to the insult Michelle, Mr. Obama's wife, invited Harry whom the Royal family is flaunting as a modern day "warrior Prince" to a "tea party" with a group of women.
Prince Harry is fully aware of the family interest in maintaining its lucrative position as the "Royal Family" of England and Canada.
There are reports that heads have been quietly rolling inside Buckingham Palace and the British Government over the mis-guided venture to clandestinely and illegally attempt to secure control of the soon to be developed North American water supply system a project that was delayed for over two decades as a result of the high level corruption that allegedly involved Queen Elizabeth, her husband, and several other notable figures who should have known better.
Apologies are also being tendered to certain private persons harmed by the scheme in New York and Boston which is why Prince Harry and David Cameron are appearing in both cities at the same time during their hastily arranged visitation.
Sadly, in Canada, another Water War Crimes insider, Senator Doug Finley, (shown in photo on right) died from cancer at the relatively young age of 66.
Finley has been one of Prime Minister Harpers closest advisors and was, surely, involved in the approval of the flawed legal strategy that led to the murder of Canadian Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson, in June 2012, and the murder/suicide (?) of Department of Justice lawyer Eric Noel, in July 2012, both of whose deaths, likely murders, are discussed in several previous posts and on a web page dedicated to the issue.

Murder by cancer is a possibility, but, Finley, an immigrant to Canada from Scotland and a former member of the Scottish National Party, which seeks to sever ties with the Crown and the United Kingdom, must have been terribly conflicted over his role as a key advisor to Prime Minister Harper in a case that led to a number of murders as a result of the Prime Minister's decision to protect the confidences of the English Crown and the British government - the historic enemies of Scotland and its people.
There is a considerable body of scientific evidence that emotional conflict is a factor leading to the onset of many cancers.

Mexico, U.S.A. & Canada On November 28, 2012, Enrique Peña Nieto, President-elect of Mexico, (shown in photo on right) held private meetings, in Ottawa, with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, (shown in photo on left) to discuss the plan to move massive amounts of Canadian water through the United States to Mexico.
The secret meeting comes a mere 8 days after the Governments of the United States and Mexico signed a "landmark freshwater treaty" allowing Mexico to store, formerly Canadian, freshwater at various locations in the Colorado River basin ..............

Secret Meetings By Canadian Prime Minister A week after the top secret meetings were held, the Canadian media revealed that Canadian Prime Minsiter Stephen Harper had held private meetings with former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney and Quebec Provincial Prime Minister, Jean Charest, a few short days before he (Harper) left for a high level private meeting with US President Barack Obama while they (Obama and Harper) were attending the G20 Economic Summit held in Los Cabos, Mexico, on June 19 & 20 2012.
It was no co-incidence that Prime Minister Harper choose this particular time to hold these secret meetings with these two prominent Canadians.

Canada has plenty, Mexico and the American southwest do not.
Briefly stated, the ecomonies of the United States and Mexico will wither and die without additional supplies of water and the only realistic source of that water is Canada. Furthermore, Canada's ecomony is utterly and completely dependant on the success or failure of the econonies of its neighbours and it is in Canada's best interests to do whatever is reasonably possible to insure that success and this includes massive diversions of fresh water to the American southwest and Mexico.
It is also consistent with the Golden Rule - the Supreme Law governing relations among friends and neighbours.

Massive Water Exports The Canadian political puppet show, apparently controlled from above, continues to move forward towards massive bulk water exports to the United States and Mexico with the election of Thomas Mulcair, (shown in photo on right) a historic supporter of bulk water exports as new leader of Canada's left wing, socialist, New Democratic Party (NDP) and the introduction of the Canada's first budget in over 20 years under a right wing majority Conservative Government by Canadian Finance Minister, James Flaherty (shown in photo on left). The budget contains little understood provisions that will assist the water export plans to move forward.
After the Japanese military carried out its surprise attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, on December 7th, 1941, United States President, Franklin D. Roosevelt, called it "a day that will live in infamy".
Roosevelt also stated "In politics nothing happens by accident, if it happens, you can bet it was planned that way"
So, following the wisdom of Roosevelt, readers can safely assume that President Barack Obama, raised in Hawaii, and his advisers had a very good reason to select, December 7, the anniversary of the sneak attack on Peal Harbor, "a day that will live in infamy" as the day for a follow up meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper after their meeting in Hawaii at the end of October. The question naturally arises: Were President Obama and his advisers sending a message to the infamous crooked insiders in Canada, England and, elsewhere, that the United States Government was now fully aware of their infamous scheming to attempt to loot the water export revenues of Canada and, at the same time, cheat and gouge American consumers of Canadian water through inflated prices?If the answer to this question is affirmative, then readers of this web site should expect to see the death toll, now at 30, of persons linked to the water war crimes escalate dramatically in the coming months.

For over four months, the Canadian Government has stonewalled legitimate inquiries on the role Queen Elizabeth II and her family may have played in the Water War Crimes . If the allegations of corrupt activities by Queen Elizabeth II in relation to water exports and Canada's treaty agreements with the United Statees are true, Canada's government could not permit Queen Elizabeth to continue to hold the Throne of Canada.
