Readers of this web site are watching the Goddess of Justice wreak her vengeance against former Canadian political elites after yesterday's disturbingly unjust decision by the Supreme Court of Canada denying Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs access to justice in Canada.
Today, the angel of death reached out and snatched to his grave Reg Alcock who was a key player in the dirty and corrupt tactics of the Governments of Paul Martin and Jean Chretien when they launched their despicable and illegal attacks on Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs and her then young family. Reg Alcock dropped dead at the Winnipeg International Airport allegedly from a suspected heart attack and becomes number 27 in the Graveyard of the Guilty. If you don't believe in "angels of death" then you should consider that it is probable that Reg Alcock was murdered like many of the other insiders who dropped dead of sudden heart attacks. Reg Alcock knew too much. Like Reg Alcock many of the key insiders in the Water War Crimes, such as Izzy Asper, Lloyd Axworthy, British Columbia Secrecy Commissioner, Paul Fraser, and Margaret Annett the presidewnt of W.C. W. Western Canada Water Inc. Enterprises Ltd were from the Winnipeg area.
Was Reg Alcock another secret investor in W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd?
We cannot answer that question, at this time, because the Government of Canada and its crooked lawyers and crooked judges will not permit the Carten/Gibbs v. The Government of Canada lawsuit to proceed in Canada's justice system.
But, 27 deaths of political insiders all linked to one lawsuit is a statistical impossibility.
This means that these deaths are not normal. If you rule out the supernatural, then there are only two possible causes - stress related disease and murder.
The high incidence of sudden deaths of people with little or no other health problems suggests a murderer is stalking the wicked.
In a related but unreported incident, long term British Columbia Government employee, Steve Mazur, also from Winnipeg, was reported to have had a heart attack on September 30, 2011.
We have not yet ascertained if Mr. Mazur has died.
Mr. Mazur was a key witness to certain aspects of the Water War Crimes and told investigators that he knew the agreement that he signed on behalf of the Queen Elizabeth with W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., was of questionable legitimacy but that he asked for and received written orders from the highest level of government that authorized him to sign the document.
Investigators are at work attempting to determine if the heart attack suffered by Mr. Mazur was the result of an attempted murder.
Readers should be alert to watch for other insiders dropping dead because there remain a remnant of corrupt individuals who are getting increasingly nervous that someone will blow the whistle on them.

PROTECTS CRIMINALS - DUCKS DUTY Canada's court of last resort, the Supreme Court of Canada, has refused to hear the most important case in Canadian history, a case that would have exposed massive government corruption in Canada's political structures and it's court system.
A panel of three judges, Fish, Lebel and Cromwell reviewed the application. Justices Fish and Lebel were appointed to the Court by the government of Prime Minister Jean Chretien who isd one of the Defendants in the case while Justice Cromwell had been an assistant to former Chief Justice, Antonio Lamer another Defendant in the case. Cromwell was appointed by Prime Minister Stephen Harper whose government has used every trick in the book to prevent the case from being heard in a court of law.

The Supreme Court of Canada is led by Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin who was appointed to her position in January 2000, by Canada's notorious Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, who was driven from office due to corruption issues. Immediately after she was appointed, Chief Justice McLachlin became a participant in the Water War Crimes by allowing the Canadian Judicial Council to make false and fraudulent statements to the public in order to protect the criminals operating inside Canada`s judicial and legal systems. Beverley McLachlin is named as a Defendant in the case for her role in this massive fraud on the Canadian pulbic.

Canada's antiquated system of justice is based on the corrupt English model of a politically appointed judiciary where judges protect the politicians and bureaucrats who appoint them and pay them. Judges of the Supreme Court of Canada are paid approximately $230,000.00 per year and consistently refuse to hear cases involving allegations of government corruption by leading politicians. Canadian judges receive no specialized education or training and are selected from the Canadian legal profession that is widely viewed as corrupt by average Canadians.
When asked for comment Mr. Carten stated: "This decision comes as no surprise. Witnesses and judges have been murdered. There are now 30 dead linked to this case. The key suspect in the murders is the government. Judges Lebal, Cromwell and Fish were obviously afraid for their lives. Every court in Canada is afraid of this case. I don't blame them. Judges have, literally, run out of the courtroom. It is a sad day for justice, in Canada, when judges refuse to do justice because of a fear of retaliation."

Ex-Canadian Politician Stockwell Day, Canadian Law Firm, McMillan/Lang Michener, and the Water War Crimes The surprising announcement that former Canadian politician, Stockwell Day, has joined one of the McMillan/Lang Michener Gang, a major Canadian law firm that is a defendant in the Water War Crimes lawsuit, comes as no surprise to the readers of the Water War Crimes web site. Although Stockwell Day entered Canadian federal politics by riding over the water on a jet ski, he was totally unprepared for the sharks, alligators and barracudas swimming in Canada's most treacherous swimming hole - Ottawa - the nation's capital.
Almost immediately after he was elected as Canadian Alliance Party Leader of Canada, Stockwell Day was advised of the political opportunity to destroy the career of then Prime Minister Jean Chretien and his government by exposing their mis-conduct in relation to the Water War Crimes. Instead of defending justice and the rule of law, which would have given him a real chance of becoming Prime Minister, Stockwell Day chose the path of cowardice and said nothing.
Stockwell Day had learned some hard lessons and he was clearly afraid of Canada's powerful and unaccountable legal profession.
When he and Canadian politician, John Reynolds, made accusations of corrupt judicial manipulation by Prime Minister Jean Chretien in respect of a Chretien appointed judge in Quebec who made orders that clearly assisted Chretien cover up his involvement - for a time - in what became known as the Shawinigate Scandal, the judge threatened a lawsuit against Day who whined to the public that he was not a rich man and did not have much money. Day clearly did not have the guts for the job of Prime Minister and, in the ensuing federal election Chretien political operative, Warren Kinsella, mocked Stockwelll Day's religious beliefs on CBC television so effectively that Day was destroyed.
Stockwell Day had also made the equally applauing blunder of hiring the giant Calgary law firm of Bennett Jones to defend him in a ridiculous defamation lawsuit brought by a small town lawyer from the City of Red Deer, Alberta. Bennett Jones is a highly political Canadian law firm with many linkages to the Water War Crimes and their legal strategy nearly killed Stockwell Day's career before Warren Kinsella finished him off so that Chretien could go on to win another election he did not deserve to win if he had had a qualified opponent.
Political observers are asking if McMillan/Lang Micherner hired Stockwell Day as a pay off for his assistance in covering up their prior participation in the Water War Crimes. Stephen Harper was informed of some of the Water War Crimes in October 2005 and, in the next few weeks, he artfully used the information to persuade NDP leader Jack Layton and Bloc Quebecois leader Gilles Duceppe to support a no-confidence motion against Canadian Prime Minister, Paul Martin, who had succeeded Prime Minister Jean Chretien, but who was such a coward that he ran out the back door of the Grand Hotel in Kelowna when he learned that Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs were waiting for him at the front door. Like Stockwell Day, Paul Martin proved he lacked the balls to be Prime Minister.
On February 6, 2006, Stephen Harper appointed Stockwell to be the Minister of Public Safety in charge of the RCMP and under his leadership the RCMP continued their cover up of the Water War Crimes. Day held the position until October 30, 2008, when he was appointed Minister for International Trade. Under Day's lack-lustre leadership the RCMP failed to properly investigate the Water War Crimes and insiders continued to drop dead, many in circumstances that suggested murder by other insiders.
In the lead up to the Canadian federal election in April, 2011, when the death toll in the Water War Crimes lawsuit had sky-rocketed to 23 dead, Stockwell Day announced he was leaving politics. Was Stockwell Day afraid he might be murdered also?? McMillan Lang Michener:

Former Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien and his senior policy advisor Edward Golderberg practised legal politics at Lang Michener from 1985 to 1988. Cliff Sosnow, the former partner at Lang Michener, is accused of being a double agent. Donald MacDonald, an insider in the Pierre Trudeau government and arguably the archietect of the Canada US Free Trade Agreement, is a present partner at McMillan Lang Michener. Sergio Marchi, former Minister of International Trade under Prime Minister Chretien, long time British Columbia politician, John Reynolds, and, now, Stockwell Day, all non-lawyer politicians, joined McMillan Lang Michener after they left politics.
Tim Murphy, the former law partner at McCarthy Tetrault, former Chief of Staff to the cowardly Prime Minister Paul Martin is a partner at McMillan Lang Michener. In addition, prior to the merger of McMillan and Lang Michener, McMillan was one of the law firms that played a leading role in the facilitation of an insider trading scheme carried out by W.C.W. FORMER CANADIAN PRIME MINISTER CHRETIEN PUSHES FOR WATER EXPORTS -
WARNS OF WAR WITH USA According to Water News International, "at an international water conference in Toronto on World Water Day 22 March 2011, former Canadian prime minister Jean Chrétien suggested a new national conversation on bulk water export was needed. In 1999 Mr. Chrétien’s government pushed for a prohibition on bulk water trade, but now he says he doesn’t know on which side of the debate he would stand".
According to Chretien:
“When you look at the debate, countries who are lacking water are next to countries that have water. Imagine the difficulties of this problem. It’s why some people say that there might be war over water in the future.”
Apparently Mr. Chrétien now believes a debate on water exports is necessary.
“Whenever we have a question on water it’s always a huge controversy. But when you look at the reality, here we have a lot of water. Are we able to share this benefit we’re having that others don’t have?”.
Mr. Chretien has some serious explaining to do because he utterly failed to show leadership on this issue when he was Prime Minister and, as a result of the refusal of Mr. Chretien and his colleagues to settle the just claim of Sun Belt Water Inc., twenty one people went to an early grave. Many of these people acted as criminals in office and they were acting on directions from or on behalf of the Govenrment of Canada when it was under the leadership of Prime Minister Jean Chretien. So, where was Jean Chretien then?
However, the reader should not underestimate the gravity of Mr. Chretien's words when he warns "there might be a war over water in the future". The Western United States are running out of water and Canadians must awaken from their collective insanity and start moving water south or the Americans are going to come north and take it.

ANOTHER WATER WAR CRIMES INSIDER DIES
DEATH NUMBER 16 Maurice Foster a Liberal Party member of Canada's Parliament, from 1968 to 1993, and special advisor to Water War Crimes King Pin, Prime Minister Jean Chretien, from 1993 to 2001, dropped dead allegedly from a lung dis-ease on October 2, 2010, before his role in the Water War Crimes could be fully explored.
The death of Maurice Foster brings to 16 the number of dead linked to the Water War Crimes, since Janaury 2006, when the war against the bad guys in the Water War Crimes escalated to a new level including a major lawsuits and this web site.
He is the fouth Ottawa insider to die since Madam Justice Gauther was warned on April 20, 2010 that more deaths would take place unless the lawsuit were settled, other deaths include, former Clerk of the Privy Council Glen Shortliffe by sudden heart attack on May 6, 2010, former Privy Council staffer, Mario Lague, on August 11, 2010, in a suspicious motor cycle accident and former Canadian Senator and Conservative Party insider, Norm Atkins, by sudden heart attack, on September 2010. In addition, Prime Minister Jean Chretien had a near death experience on August 6, 2010 but was saved by last minute surgery.

Water War Crimes Lawsuit After two years of stalling and delay by court officials appointed by the regime of Prime Minister Jean Chretien, including fraud by legal counsel for the Governmnent of Canada, and a suspicious judgment delivered on August 27, 2010, the Water War Crimes lawsuit not moved into Canada's Federal Court of Appeal, today, September 27, 2010, by the filing of Notice of Appeal citing fifty severn (57) errors of fact and law by the lower court judge who claimed she was un-influenced by outsiders. Legal observers would describe Lutfy, Lafreniere and Gauthier as poart of the "Judicial A-Team" a term invented by Justice John Bouck, who before his death blew the whistle on judicial corruption in Canada, and invented the phrase "Judicial A Team" to describe the team of judges the Chief Justice could rely on to handle difficult cases in the way the Department of Justice and Privy Councildesired.
Being a three person group, the"Lutfy line" is similar to a front line on a hockey team, Canada's national sport, which, when it gets the puck and cannot score, dodges and weaves in the hopes of running out the clock and exhausting the resources of the opposing team. The only difficuylt with this analogy for the Governmnents of Canada and British Columbia is that the Plaintiffs in the Water War Crimes lawsuit are not playing games and 14 of the Government players have suddenly died since the process began and are now interred in the Graveyard of the Guilty. Lawyer Thinks Judges Were Threatened The team for the Government of Canada included the one time senior chief advisor to Prime Minister Jean Chretien, now Chief Justice Alan Lutfy, Vancouver prothonotary, Roger Lafreniere, appointed to office by Prime Minister Jean Chretien and Judge Johanne Gauthier also appointed to office by Prime Minister Jean Chretien.
To use an expression for ice hockey, Canada's Natonal game, the selection of "a Chretien line", by court insiders, for this case came as no surprise to intelligent observers who expected the case to be dismissed.
British Columbia lawyer, John Carten, who handled the case for himself and the co-plaintiff, said: "I expected a little better from Lutfy but I understand the pressures on him and his staff by the insiders in the Government and his former political friends. I mean there are nine judges and five other insiders who have dropped dead on this case and Canada is a bit of a nasty place and I suppose Lutfy, Gauthier and Lafreniere were looking over their shouldiers, so to speak".
