CBC ACCUSES RCMP COMMISSIONER ELLIOTT OF ASSISTING DISGRACED ADVISOR TO PRIME MINISTER HARPER The CBC, Canada's Government owned broadcasting system, has accused RCMP Commissioner Elliott of inserting a man with a past history of criminal fraud into the Prime Minister's office. According to Yahoo News, "CBC News has learned William Elliott, who was serving as national security adviser in the Privy Council Office in January 2006, was the official responsible for giving the green light to Bruce Carson working in the Prime Minister's Office. The RCMP is currently probing allegations that Carson was involved in illegal lobbying".
Readers of the Water War Crimes pages know that we accused William Elliott of a conflict of interest because he was a key insider linked to the Water War Crimes several months before his impending resignation, ostensibly in June 2011, was announced in February 2011.
Bruce Carson, a Canadian lawyer, had a history of fraud and was expelled from a Canadian law society for looting clients money. William Elliott, another Canadian lawyer, is alleged to have approved Carson for a top job inside the Prime Minister's office. William Elliott had no prior police experience when the Department of Justice recommended Elliott be appointed Canada's "top cop" in an obvious attempt by insiders at the Department of Justice to cover up their involvement in the Water War Crimes.
The Department of Justice controls Canada's courts and approves the selection of all judges in Canada. Through its ability to control judicial postings, the Department of Justice maintains a cozy relationship with selected insiders in Provincial and Territorial Ministries of the Attorney General through out Canada.
Bruce Carson has recently come to public attention due to allegations of illegal lobbying of his former boss, Prime Minister Harper, over potential contracts for a water company that was partly owned by his girlfriend, Sarifa Khan, a former escort in the US.
Commissioner Elliott has persistently refused to investigate the Water War Crimes since the file was sent to him by registered mail in July 2007. At that time, the death toll in the Water War Crimes was two or three and since that time the death toll has climbed to 21, including former judges and civil servants who were involved in or connected to the Water War Crimes.
Did the Water War Crimes Destroy RCMP Commissioner Elliott? The announcement of the resignation of RCMP Commissioner Elliott comes as no surprise to followers of the Water War Crimes.
In September, 2007, Commissioner Elliott was asked to inverstigate the Water War Crimes. At that time, the death toll stood at about 2, former Deputy Attorney General of Canada John Tait and Mr. Justice James Taylor. It is arguable that if Commissioner Elliott had done his job properly and carried out a proper police investigation of the crimes alleged some of the dead in the Graveyard of the Guilty would be alive today but, instead, they are dead. Sure, some of them should have gone to jail or been otherwise punished for their crimes but they didn't deserve to die for what, with a couple of exceptions, were a series of white collar crimes.
In our opinion, Commissioner Elliott had a conflict of interest due to his previous position in the Canadian Government where insiders facilitated and participated in the Water War Crimes. A complaint against Elliott was filed with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP and the Commission has recently advised that the investigation is continuing.
So, you be the judge, did Commissioner Elliot announce his resignation because he was linked to the continuing cover up of the Water War Crimes?
Media Attacks Continue Against Canada's Top Cop RCMP Commissioner Elliott Canada's national newspaper, the Globe and Mail, continues to expose the high level infighting and bitterness towards Canada's top police office, a lawyer with no police experience or training, RCMP Commissioner, William Elliott.
Elliott is also under attack from the Water War Crimes web site that where documents have been posted showing that Elliott has refused to investigate one of the greatest crimes in Canadian history.
In 2007, when Elliott was first asked to commence an investigation of the Water War Crimes, the death toll in the lawsuit stood at two, now, the death toll is approximately 15 and serious questions are being asked about Elliott's honesty and integrity or whether he is deliberately refusing to investigate the Water War Crimes in order to protect friends colleagues and cronies in the bureaucracy from which he emerged.
Former senior RCMP Officer Mike McConnell reported that Elliott's management style was “brutal, disrespectful, intimidating and careless”. He also wrote that Elliott "failed to make necessary friendships with U.S. police partners" which is consistent with Elliott's refusal to investigate the Water War Crimes which was a "cross border crime" linked to orgainzed crime groups that have infiltrated Canada's government.
Canada's Top Cops Exposed As Incompetent, Crooked or Cowards. You Be The Judge Documents now posted on this web site prove that RCMP Commissioner Bill Elliott was fully briefed about the Water War Crimes in 2007 and did nothing to investigate the trail of corruption, slease and crookedness involving fellow Canadian lawyers in Ottawa and Victoria. Elliott who worked for Canada's Deputy Prime Minister, Don Mazankowski, in the period when key elements of the Water War Crimes were put in place is accused of having a conflict of interest.
Additional documents, show that, since May, 2010, Pacific Region RCMP Commander, Gary Bass, has refused to investigate evidence of the specific crime of obstruction of justice by British Columbia government lawyer Joanne Platt who was observed by independent witnesses secretly trying to influence a superior court judge in Victoria. the capital city of British Columbia.
The Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP has been asked to investigated both Elliott and Bass.

In a related story, French police recently announced thatthey had uncovered 1,800 secret bank accounts in Switzerland held by Canadians. as part or a Franch investigation. Canadians politicians, bureaucrats and other insiders have long been accused of taking bribes snd hising them in offshore acounts such as Switzerland where secrecy laws are unravelling.
The RCMP have consistently refused to investigate offshore acocunts allegedly held by Canadian politicians, Canadian judges and Canadian bureaucrats.
To be fair to both Elliott and Bass, it is possible that Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his cabinet are deliberately stalling the investigation because under section 5 of the RCMP Act. the Commissioner of the RCMP must foillow any political direciton he receives from the Minister of Public Safety.
Is RCMP Commissioner Elliott About To Explode On Stephen Harper? RCMP Commissioner William Elliott, a lawyer, who is dis-trusted by some members of the RCMP, is now facing calls for his removal due to his failure to investigate crimes carried out by senior lawyers in British Columbia and Ontario linked to the Water War Crimes.
There are accusations that Elliott is in a conflict of interest and has intentionally stalled an investigation due to his former role in the Government of Prime Minister Brain Mulroney when some of the crimes were carried out with apparent co-ordination between the Governments of Canada and British Columbia.

Commissioner Elliott Under Review Breaking News Canada's Top Cop Canada's top cop, Royal Canadian Mounted Police Commissioner William Elliott, is under review AGAIN.
The Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP has confirmed it has opened a file on William Elliott to determine if he followed proper professional standards and whether or not he has deliberately blocked or stalled an investigation of the Water War Crimes because he has a confliuct of interest.
Elliott is not a real cop. Elliott is a lawyer. Elliott was recently investigated by Canada's former top spy, Reid Morden, another lawyer, at the request of Prime Minister Stephen Harper because the real cops and the top in the RCMP were not happy with Elliott, the lawyer, who was obvously not doing his job very well.
It is alleged that Elliott, the lawyer, has deliberately stalled the investigation of the Water War Crimes because his friends, co-workers, colleauges, many of them lawyers, and, perhaps, Eliott himself, were parties to one of the greatest crimes in Canadian political history. the Water War Crimes.
