It is no co-incidence that Canada's Natives have launched their nation-wide protests at this time in history.
Over the past several years, the governments of Canada, Mexico, and the United States have quietly negotiated the legal framework for a massive resource transfer that will send Canadian water, from UN-ceded Indian territory in northern British Columbia, down the Rocky Mountain trench into the Colorado River basin via Flathead Lake in Montana to the parched water-starved areas of the American southwest and northern Mexico.

When news of the murder of Canadian Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Anne Layden-Stevenson reached Buckingham Palace, on or about September 4, 2012, Queen Elizabeth, the Queen of Canada, immediately ordered her son, Prince Edward, to travel to Canada for a seven day working visit.
The top question on the Prince's mind will be:
"Who murdered Judge Layden-Stevenson?"
And Canadian Prime Minister Harper will reply .......

IN CANADA
The clear winner in Canada's recent election was Prime Minister Stephen Harper who, after two previous attempts, finally achieved his long sought majority thereby enabling him to begin the process of de-constructing the dysfunctional state Canada had become as a result of 40 years of mis-guided, often corrupt rule by New World Order insiders Pierre Trudeau, Brian Mulroney and Jean Chretien.
The other winner was Jack Layton the leader of Canada's only official socialist party, the New Democrats. In fact, all of Canada's political parties are socialist but some, like the Conservatives and the Liberals, favour upward socialism i.e. government benefits for the corporations and the rich, while others, like the New Democrats favour downward socialism, i.e. government benefits for the middle class and the unions. The poor are not represented by any political party in Canada so they get very few benefits from any government.
Both Prime Minister Stephen Harper and New Democratic leader Jack Layton are fully informed of the Water War Crimes and they appear to have secretly agreed to keep the whole issue a big secret in order to protect the certain insiders.
Nonetheless, it does look like someone is murdering civil servants who were involved in the Water War Crimes and there are now 22 dead - if one includes the Grand Master, Pierre Trudeau.
CANADA'S OPPOSITION PARTIES REBEL AGAINST TORY COVER UP OF WATER WAR CRIMES AND FORCE ELECTION
Will Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, find that he will be the third Canadian Prime Minister to be destroyed by the Water War Crimes - COVER UP - the greatest untold scandal in Canadian political history.The Water War Crimes destroyed Prime Minister Jean Chretien in between 1999 and 2002, when Chretien 's role in the crimes became evident and was reported to every member of the House of Commons and the Senate of Canada and selected members of the US Senate, Congress, and Administration, including Presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush who learned that Canada had cheated Americans over water exports.
Prime Minister Paul Martin attempted to keep the lid on the brewing scandal but his strategy backfired when secret documents were hand delivered to opposition leader Stephen Harper who used those documents to persuade opposition leaders Jack Layton and Gilles Duceppe to join him in a coalition that toppled the corrupt Paul Martin from Government.
A few short weeks ago, Canadian opposition leaders Michael Ignatieff (Liberal), Jack Layton (NDP), and Gilles Duceppe (Bloc Quebecois), were alerted that continued cover up and stalling by Prime Minister Harper and his team had led to the deaths of two more Water War Crimes insiders, former British Columbia Deputy Attorney General Gillian Wallace with NDP loyatlties and former British Columbia Chief Justice Donald Brenner with Liberal Party loyalties.
Wallace and Brenner were key witnesses in the Water War Crimes lawsuit, a massive claim that threatens to destroy the political, legal, and judicial mafia that controls much of Canada.
The considered police opinion on both sides of the border is that a serial killer or killers is/are murdering the witnesses.
