ARE THE ROYALS  ON THE RUN?  

In these false - banker induced - hard times of cutbacks and austerity, that include major cuts to the her taxpayer funded salary, Queen Elizabeth II and her, filthy rich, so-called, "royal" family, have announced an extravaganza of international travel in the coming year (2012) ostensibly to celebrate 60 years of mis-rule in the British Commonwealth that includes the alleged and undenied attempt to loot the revenues from Canada's water resources. 

Intelligent observers recognize that smoke and mirrors, pomp and ceremony, and extravagant world travel to mind controlled  colonies and former colonies are the tawdy tactics of a so-called "royal" family that is desperately attempting to retain their fleeting hold on the lucrative Thrones of Canada and England that they inherited from an earlier, more worthy, generation. 

Other intelligent observers are demanding an full audit of the wealth of the Royal family to determine exactly how did they get so wealthy and where did their money come from. 

While many of her so called subjects are are homeless, unemployed and have no hope for the future, Her Majesty and her so called royal family live in oppulence, ride in golden carriages, and get richer and richer, by the day, as millions upon millions of taxpayers money is shovelled into their grasping paws.
 
In Ottawa, Prime Minister Harper, Governnor General Johnson and the Clerk of the Privy Council, Wayne Wouters, continue to  refuse to respond to legitimate questions of whether or not Queen Elizabeth II and or her husband Phillip were investors in the scheme to loot the revenues from Canada's vast water resources while the Carten and Gibbs lawsuit is back in the Supreme Court of Canada seeking leave to appeal after successive judges in Canada's government appointed and managed court system refused to permit the case to proceed raising concerns that they were protecting criminals inside the government that now  appear to include Queen Elizabeth II and her family. 

We caution the reader that these allegations are not yet proved but, in a civil case, a party, such as the Queen, does not have the right to remain silent which explains why Carten and Gibbs have been denied the rights to usual pre-trial discovery procedures where these kinds of questions are routinely asked and answered. 

So far, in Canada, Canadian judges, at all levels, have adopted the view that Queen Elizabeth and her politicial servants are above the law.   

The Supreme Court of Canada have been given a second chanve to prove that the Queen is not above the law and Canadians are waiting to see how Supreme Court of Canada Chief Justice McLachlin will duck  the allegations of fraud and corruption that have been made against her.  

Carten said: "Well,... these folks just don't get it.  Thirty of them are dead now.  There were only four dead when we started the lawsuit and more are going to die because that is how the law of karma works.

"If the information we have received about Queen Elizabeth and her family is true, then I would not be surprised to see Queen Elizabeth and one or more of her family drop dead or have an unfortunate accident in the coming months - like the 25 plus people who were involved in the Water War Crimes who died since we started the lawsuit.
 
"They all think think they are above the law but they aren't.  The angel of death has been working on our side in this case".

Canada's court of  last resort, the Supreme Court of Canada,  has refused to hear the most important case in Canadian history, a case that would have exposed massive government corruption in Canada's political structures and it's court system.  

A panel of three judges, Fish, Lebel and Cromwell reviewed the application.  Justices Fish and  Lebel were appointed to the Court by the government of Prime Minister Jean Chretien who isd one of the Defendants in the case while Justice Cromwell had been an assistant to former Chief Justice, Antonio Lamer another Defendant in the case.  Cromwell was appointed by Prime Minister Stephen Harper whose government has used every trick in the book to prevent the case from being heard in a court of law.

The Supreme Court of Canada is led by Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin who was appointed to her position in January 2000, by Canada's notorious Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, who was driven from office due to corruption issues.  Immediately after she was appointed, Chief Justice McLachlin became a participant in the Water War Crimes by allowing the Canadian Judicial Council to make false and fraudulent statements to the public in order to protect the criminals operating inside Canada`s judicial and legal systems. Beverley McLachlin is named as a Defendant in the case for her role in this massive fraud on the Canadian pulbic.

Canada's antiquated system of justice is based on the corrupt English model of a politically appointed judiciary where judges protect the politicians and bureaucrats who appoint them and pay them.  Judges of the Supreme Court of Canada are paid approximately $230,000.00 per year and consistently refuse to hear cases involving allegations of government corruption by leading politicians.  Canadian judges receive no specialized education or training and are selected from the Canadian legal profession that is widely viewed as corrupt by average Canadians.    

When asked for comment Mr. Carten stated:

"This decision comes as no surprise.  Witnesses and judges have been murdered.  There are now 30 dead linked to this case.  The key suspect in the murders is the government. Judges Lebal,  Cromwell and Fish were obviously afraid for their lives.  Every court in Canada is afraid of this case.  I don't blame them.  Judges have, literally, run out of the courtroom.  It is a sad day for justice, in Canada, when judges refuse to do justice because of a fear of retaliation."

Canada's National newspaper, the Globe and Mail, has reported that Mr. Justice Ian Binnie, (shown in photo on left), former Deputy Minister with Canada's Department of Justice, an agency that played a key role in the Water War Crimes, a former partner with giant Canadian law firm McCarthy Tetrault, a law firm that played a key role in the Water War Crimes, and appointed to the Supreme Court of Canada by Prime Minister Jean Chretien, (shown in center photo) a Prime Minister who played a key role in the Water War Crimes, has announced that he (Binnie) will retire from his lofty position on the Supreme Court of Canada - three years early. 

What the Globe and Mail did not tell its readers is that Ian Binnie's resignation follows immediately after the filing of a "Form 25C" Certificate at the Supreme Court of Canada, a document (shown below) that implicates Justice Ian Binnie in major fraud and corruption as a former partner with McCarthy Tetrault, Deputy Minister of Justice, and colleague of Prime Minister Jean Chretien.  The "Form 25C" Certificate also implicates Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin in fraud due to her role as Chairperson of the Canadian Judicial Council that lied to the public about these matters shortly after McLachlin was appointed Chief Justice of Canada by Prime Minister Jean Chretien.
