Canada's Top Judge
Hired Suspected Criminal In Water War Crimes

Astonishing new information from the Globe and Mail, Canada's leading newspaper, links Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin to alleged Water War Crimes criminal, Allan Gregg.

"Beverley McLachlin, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada and a media-savvy diplomat seen as a genuine leader by the bench, brought the issue into focus. Shortly after being appointed Canada’s top judge in 2000, she swept unannounced into a meeting of the Canadian Judicial Council and urged its startled members to draft a game plan. They hired a consultant, The Strategic Counsel, to conduct a survey of the cream of the legal establishment in order to gauge its awareness of the judiciary and court structures".

This startling revelation, by the Globe and Mail, now explains the massive corruption in Canada's Court system related to the Water War Crimes because the owner of The Stragetic Counsel, at the time, in 2000, was Allan Gregg who had been a director in W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. the company that attempted to acquire a bulk water export monopoly from Canada to the United States in contravention of the Canada US Free Trade Agreement, Canadian domestic laws and American anti-monopoly laws.

As a director of W.C.W.Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., Allan Gregg is presumed, at law, to have been one of the guiding minds of the corporate wrong-doing.

When Beverly McLachlin, Chairperson of the Canadian Judicial Council, refused to retract a clearly fraudulent statement by the Council's executive director, Jeannie Thomas, made in Febraury, 2000, and when she refused to correct on the record the fraudulent statment by British Columbia Chief Justice, Allan McEacheen, made at the same time, both of which statements were reported in the Globe and Mail, Beverly McLachlin became complicit in fraud.

It was then difficult to understand why Beverley McLachlin would engage in fraud but the emerging relationship between Beverely McLachlin, and suspected Water War Crimes criminal, Allan Gregg, the then owner of The Strategic Counsel, goes a long way towards explaining her corrupt conduct so early in her career as Chief Justice.

SHOULD CANADA'S CHIEF JUSTICE BE CHARGED WITH FRAUD ?

The new emerging information about Chief Justice McLachlin is consistent with her past conduct in the acquittal of lawyer drug trafficker Martin Chambers in a case that observers are calling a major fraud.

In addition
, this information calls into question the intergity of the people advising Michael Ignatieff the leader of Canada's Official Opposition, the Liberal Party of Canada who has hired Peter Donolo, a former director at The Strategic Counsel, to be his Chief of Staff.

In our opinion, there is a criminal gang infecting some of the highest offices in Canada, including the Office of the Chief Justice, the Office of theLeader of Her Majesty's Loyal Opposition and the Privy Council where Beverely McLachlin is ranking member.

The Globe and Mail story also reports that acting on the advice of Strategic Counsel Canada's judges: A decade-long marketing campaign ensued. Judges took to podiums, classrooms and the airwaves. B.C.’s Chief Justice at the time, Allan McEachern, created a website to answer questions from the public. His Provincial Court counterpart, Chief Judge Hugh Stansfield, launched a radio call-in show, as did Manitoba Provincial Court Chief Judge Ray Wyant.

Observers of the judicial scene in British Columbia will tell you that Allan McEachern and Hugh Stansfield were two of hte crookedest judges in the history of British Columbia who played a prominent role in many fixed case, crooked deals and other crimes both one and off the bench.

Is Allan Gregg
The Puppet Master?

The suspicions about Allan Gregg (shown to the left of the puppet,) the Water War Crimes and political corruption in Canada is supported by the fact that the British Columbia government, formally under the direction of lawyer, Allan Seckel (he was recently fired by Christy Clark the first week of March, 2011), shown to the right of the puppet, has assigned a lawyer named, Doughas Eastwood, (picture not available) to handle the litigation between Aquasource Ltd. and the B.C. Government in a related case that threatens to expose water export corruption.

In another one of those strange co-incidences, Douglas Eastwood has a sister named Ellen Eastwood who, for several years, was an employee of The Strategic Counsel, Allan Gregg's consulting firm.

The reader can draw their own conclusions but, in our opinion, Allan Gregg had direct access to and influence over the internal operations of the Ministry of the Attorney General in British Columbia which explains why successive governments have covered up these crimes.

To the dis-interested observer, it sure looks like Allan Gregg has his puppets inside the the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia, inside the Canadian court system, inside the Privy Council, and inside the office of the leader of Canada's Liberal Party and the Official Opposition in Canada.

Hmmm, awfully scary, considering my MP is Robert Nicholson. Further more, I would like to know why this is not in the media? What can I do, other than pass this around on facebook or emails?

I feel sick
