Judge after judge after judge, in the lower courts of Canada, have used legla trickery to prevent to the Water War Crimes lawsuit from proceeding, on its merits, and appeals have finally brought the case to the Supreme Court of Canada where the career of Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin, an alleged fraudster in the case hangs in the balance.
On September 15, 2012, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper was asked to use his power to appoint an "ad hoc" panel of judges who are independent of Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin who is named as a party in the Water War Crimes lawsuit as a result of her prior alleged fraudulent conduct as a member of Canada's secret governing council, the Privy Council of Canada and as Chairperson of the Canadian Judicial Council that controls all the judges in Canada.
Canada's antequated system of justice is cleverly used to oppress average Canadians, loot their property, steal their children for use in the sex industry, cover up crimes by politicial elites, and assist the state with its decades old campaign of genocide against Canada's native peoples.
Modelled on the tyrannical English system developed in the 14th century and the Communist system under the Soviet government, the Canadian justice system fails to meet basic United Nations Human Rights codes that mandate an indpendent judiciary.
In every nook and corner of Canada, the population are crying out agaisnt the tyranny, oppression and injustice of government controlled judges. Canada's judges are not independent. They are a part of a state controlled tyranny.

Chief Justice McLachlin controls every superior court judge in Canada because she is the Chairperson of the Canadian Judicial Council, a council that has the power to investigate and destroy any superior court judge in Canada.
Many highly qualified political science observers now argue that Canada has become a totalitarian state not unlike the Soviet regimes that dominated and oppressed eastern Europe for decades.
By contrast, in the United States of America, judges are elected by the people and, in most cases, American judges have the necessary independence to protect the people against their government.
In Canada, judges are appointed as the tools of the government and, invariably, they protect the criminals in the government class except in the extremely rare case where a judge shows some courage and, generally, those cases only occur where the media supports and encourages the judge to do what is right and punish the criminals in the government class.
Judicial tyranny was craftily inserted into Canada by its the self admitted Communist Prime Minister, Pierre Trudeau, who was part of the government that unilaterally imposed the Red "Communist" Canadian Flag on the country that was, at the time, greatly opposed to communism. At the same time, the greedy an sneaky Trudeau was using his power to loot state assets that belonged to all Canadians.
Despite prior warnings the Canadian government, under Prime Minister Stephen Harper a supposed Conservative refuses to make the necessary legislative changes needed to drop the Communist/Feudalist model of justice and to bring the administration of Canadian justice into the 21th century.
