In 1999, Adrian Dix was Chief of Staff to the notorious British Columbia Premier, Glen Clark, when staff in the Premier's office were directing the Attorney General and government staff lawyers to engage in fraud, suppression of evidence, obstruction of justice, and perjury in the Sun Belt Water lawsuit that had been filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Similar crimes were commited in other significant lawsuits at the time.
Logically and reasonably, we think it must be concluded that Arian Dix was part of this criminal activity.
In addition, documents prove that the Assistant Deputy Minister to Premier Clark, a lawyer by the name of Brenda Edwards, was found to be sending false and patently fraudulent mail to Sun Belt Water Inc., in the United States - another alleged criminal act - again, Adrian Dix can be assumed, because of his position as Chief of Staff, to have been involved in this illegal activity also.
This is an allegation that had been made to the BC Government and never denied.
Finally, Adrian Dix admitted to a local newspaper that he had created a false memo at a time when the police were investigating the records at the Premier's office.

Why is there one law for the dirty politician or civil servant, and another for the poor person who steals a loaf of bread or is caught possessing an illegal herb (cannebis sativa)?

There is very solid evidence that when he was Attorney General the staff lawyers regularly engaged in fraud, suppression of evidence, concealment of documents, obstruction of justice, and perjury.
When asked who was directing the litigation when this was occurring, Maureen Maloney, then a crooked Deputy Attorney General, and now a suspect law professor at the University of Victoria Law School, wrote that the Attorney General was directing the litigation.
The Attorney General then was Ujjal Dosanjh (now a Vancouver lawyer) and he was a part of the cabinet of the dirty Premier Glen Clark, so it must be assumed that he was following directions given by the dirty Premier and his dirty Chief of Staff, Adrian Dix.
To put it bluntly, in British Columbia and other parts of Canada, government lawyers regularly lie and deceive the court in order to further cheat innocent victims of government corruption. Often, the lawyers are doing this on the direction of senior civil servants or top level politicians.
It is despicable conduct and investing in Canada is very dangerous because the Government can and will destroy your business, steal your assets, rob you of your property and then cheat and lie to cover up and there is very, very, little or nothing you can do about it because people like Adrian Dix commit crime, are never punished or reprimanded, and, then, run for election where, if elected, they can commit crimes, again, because they can appoint a dirty Attorney General who will not enforce the law.
This is the situation from coast to coast to coast in Canada and no investments are safe in Canada until fundamental changes are made to Canadian laws.

According to British Columbia Liberal Member of the Legislature, Harry Bloy, Dix is a close friend of, openly gay, former Canadian politician, Svend Robinson, who embarassed all Canadians by jeering US President Ronald Regan when he spoke to Canada's parliament in the 1980's. Incidentally, Robinson was the son of an American draft dodger who fled to Canada to escape military service which may have prompted his anti-American public outburst.
Svend Robinson is another Canadian "criminal" politician who was caught, red-handed, stealing an engagement ring, for his boyfriend, valued at $60,000. Robinson admitted his guilt and was handed a sweet-heart deal by the crooked British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General.
