Former Alberta Premier, Peter Lougheed, had very deep links to the Water War Crimes and was an outspoken, self-interested, critic of the development of a clean water / energy export industry that would benefit British Columbia while at the same time competing with Alberta oil and natural gas in lucrative American energy markets.
In the battle between clean water energy and dirty oil energy, Peter Lougheed was clearly on the side of dirty oil. He died on Setpember 13, 2012, and his death was not unexpected.

2. Peter Lougheed and the Trilateral Commission
Since 2000, Mr. Lougheed has been a member of the Trilateral Commission, an ecomonic discussion group founded by David Rockerfeller, shown in photo on right, with the purpose of fostering closer co-operation between the nations of North American western Europe and Japan.
A key issue facing North America for several decades has been the great abundance of water resources in Canada, the relative lack of water resources in the American southwest and Mexico and the development of policies that would result in the equitable sharing of those resouces for the benefit of all three countries. The Trilateral Commission have been active in the promotion of water exports from Canada to the U.S.A. and Mexico.

Donald MacDonald (shown in centre photo) was a leading cabinet minister in the Government of Pierre Trudeau shown with Mao in photo on right) the self admitted communist Canadian Prime Minister from 1968 to 1984.
In those days, Peter Lougheed told Canadians that Trudeau, MacDonald and their colleagues were attempting to loot Alberta's oil and natural gas wealth, yet, in 1987, Peter Lougheed jumped into bed with Donald MacDonald to promote Free Trade between Canada and the United States.

6. Peter Lougheed and the Murder of A Judge
We are not accusing Peter Lougheed of murdering Justice Layden Stevenson. Based on his character and reputation, we are confident he would not direct or authorize such a murder. However, we believe that Peter Lougheed knew that Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson had been murdered as part of the ongoing conspiracy to cover up the Water War Crimes and that such knowledge caused so much emotional turmoil that he quickly succumbed to illness and died.
Alternatively, there is the real possibility that Peter Lougheed was murdered by the deliberate infliction of the disease alleged to have killed him. At this time, there is not a lot of evidence that Peter Lougheed was murdered except that her knew a lot, he had deep connections to the Water War Crimes and other insiders had motive to murder him.

7. Peter Lougheed, Vic Toews and Freemasonry
Peter Lougheed was also a prominent Freemason.
As such, he took a sworn oath, on pain of death, not to divulge the secrets of his brothers. The taking of this kind of Oath creates a real problem for an honest man, a man of conscience, like Peter Lougheed is reputed to have been, because when such a man suddenly learns that one or more of his Freemason brothers has been involved in a murder, such as the murder of Justice Layden-Stevenson, he finds himself on the horns of a dilemma. What is he to do? He knows that he has an obligation under moral and civil law to assist the civil authorties bring the murderer to justice but he is also bound by his Oath to preserve and protect his brother Freemasons. It is the kind of internal conflict that often results in a spiritual and physical collapse - especially for a man of strong moral principles.
We caution the reader that, at this time, we do not have any direct evidence that a Freemason was involved in the murder of Justice Layden-Stevenson but, the refusal of Public Safety Minister Vic Toews, another Freemason, to order the R.C.M.P. to carry
out an investigation of her death and suspected murder does raise legitimate questions about Toews "good faith" as a public Minister and, by inference, the fraternal affiliations of the murderer.
We also caution the reader, including Freemason readers, that these observations about Freemasonry should not be taken as a general attack on Freemasonry which is an organization founded in the 17th century that is devoted to the laudable social purpose of 'making good men better" through a "system of morality taught by symbol and allegory". Nonetheless, the historic system of blood oaths that, at oine time, were necessary and useful creates spiritual and pyschological problems for Freemasons in today's "civil society" where the Crown and the Church, the historic enemies of Freemasonry, "are not the menace they used to be" and so-called good citizens, like Peter Lougheed, are often trappped in a moral and ethical dilemma of competing loyalties.
In a curious co-incidence of history, Mr. Wayne Wouters, the Clerk of the Privy Council and Canadian Justice Minister Rob Nicholson, a colleague of Vic Toews, have been refusing to disclose whether or not several Canadian judges accused of case rigging in an unrelated law case were members of Freemasonry where Freeemasons are alleged to have fixed trial and put an innocent woman in jail in order to benefit one of their brothers.
