By a post published on this web site on July 9, 2012, and by contemporaneous email correspondence time, Prime Minister Harper and his colleagues were adivsed that the sudden death of Justice Layden-Stevenson looked suspiciously like another murder by the serial killer that had aspparently killed several Canadian insiders who knew too much about the Water War Crimes.

2. A week later, on July 16, 2012, a second post was published on this web site claiming that the death of Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson looked like a murder and, on that very day, Canadian Department of Justice lawyer, Eric Noel, allegedly, committed suicide.

3. In the following weeks, the Mr. Carten made serious efforts to alert the various authorities in Canada, including Prime Minister Harper and his colleagues, that the death of Justice Layden-Stevenson was, most probably, a murder.
5. At the end of August 2012, Prime Minister Harper held a secret meeting with New Brunswick Premier David Alward where he, presumably, explained the backgound to the murder of Federal Court of Appeal Judge, Carolyn Layden-Stevenson, who was a member of a prominent New Brunswick family.

6. On the first weekend in September, 2012, Prime Minister Harper made a private visit to New York City where he met with undiclosed private persons and, on the same weekend, Mr. Carten informed Queen Elizabeth`s Canadian representative, Governor General Johnston, by an email later published online, that it appeared someone had murdered Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson. Mr. Carten was unaware of the death of Eric Noel at the time.

7. When Prime Minister Harper returned to Ottawa he was immediately advised that Queen Elizabeth was sending Prince Edward to Canada for a "surprise working visit" commencing September 11, 2012.

8. Prime Minister Harper then flew to Vancouver for a secret meeting on September 6, 2012, and a speaking engagement in Vancouver was arranged by a New York City financial firm with a branch in Vancouver, presumably, the speaking engagement was as a public relations cover.

Prime Minister Harper then travelled to Russia for a previously scheduled attendance at an international conference and returned to Ottawa where he held a top secret meeting with Prince Edward who also had secret meetings with the RCMP, the Governor General, members of Canada's military and other undisclosed officials over the course of a full week. The sudden private or secret working visit by Prince Edward was an unheard of event in Canadian history.
10. Following his visit to New York City in early September, 2012, an obscure New York City group, The Appeal of Conscience Foundation, announced that it would be awarding Prime Minister Harper with "a statesman of the year award", on September 27, 2012, thereby providing a plausible public relations cover story for Prime Minister Harper's second visit to New York City - in a single month. Two visits to New York City in one month is a rare occurrence for a Canadian Prime Minister.
11. British Foreign Secretary, William Hague, paid a sudden and rare visit to Ottawa on September 24, 2012, for a secret meeting with Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird before the Prime Minister Harper travelled to New York City for his second "private" visit in a month.
12. Prime Minister Harper spent two days in New York City in order to give a speech and receive an award at 7 p.m. on a Thursday evening. Air travel time from Ottawa to New York is about 40 munites.
13. Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird was also present in New York City on September 27 and 28, 2012, although Mr. Baird was not scheduled to speak at the United Nations until the following week. Mr. Harper avoided the United Nations altogether.
14. British Prime Minister, David Cameron, and British Foreign Secretary, William Hague, were also sent to New York City to be present when Prime Minister Harper was there.
15. There is also a report from a reliable British Columbia source that former British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell flew from London, where he is Canada's High Commissioner, to be in New York City when Harper was present. The word "High" in his official title has no connection to Campbell's well earned reputation for heavy drinking.
16. The situation in Canada was clearly desperate for the Prime Minister and his colleagues. Over the course of a few years, several high level past and present Canadian government officials had been murdered. Most recently, within a period of three weeks, a leading Canadian government appointred appeal court judge and a senior government lawyer, both of whom were linked to the same lawsuit, had been killed. It looked like they were murdered but the Canadian Government could not find the murderer.
17. The death toll surrounding the lawsuit was now officially at thirty three, the murders were continuing and nobody could identify any of the killers.

18. Twelve of the dead were government judges all of whom had been in a position to expose a vast network of judicial and legal corruption in Canada. The remainder, with the exception of Michel Trudeau the son of former Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, were senior civil servants, politicians or political insiders with deep and long lasting connections to the same network of corruption that has existed in Canada for over forty years going back to the time of Canada's self-admitted communist leader, Pierre Trudeau.

On October 7, 2012, Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird suddenly announced that he would be travelling to Nigeria, Austria and France for high level meeting from October 8 to October 12, 2012. The meetings were secret but there is reason to believe one or more of them was part of an effort to enlist these foreign governments in the hunt for the murders of Justice Layden-Stevenson.

On October 15, 2012, Prime Minister Harper announced that Canada's top lawyer, Myles Kirvan, the Deputy Minister of the Department of Justice, would be retired on November 5, 2012 - Guy Fawkes Day. Mr. Kirvan had been appointed to the post of Deputy Minister in April, 2010, and, based on his age and length of service, he still had several years of work before he would qualify for a full pension. Further, he never hinted at his upcoming retirement in any of his many public appearances and he held the position of Deputy Minister of Justice for the shortest period, 2 years and 7 months, of any Deupty Minister of Justice in Canadian history. The reasonable conclusion is that Myles Kirvan was fired and that his discharge had something to do with the murder of Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson and the murder or suicide of Eric Noel.
As Deputy Minister of Justice Myles Kirvan would likely have developed and approved the defective legal strategy that led to the murder of Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson and it is believed this is the real reason behind his recent "retirement" as it is called on Prime Minister Harpers Web Page.
