Queen Elizabeth Asked To Help Save Canada
A highly respected Canadian naval architect, Captain E.G. da Costa Duarte, who recently recieved a personal thank you letter from the United States Coast Guard and Department of Homeland Security, has pleaded to Queen Elizabeth directly seeking her personal intervention to save Canada from the corruption carried out in her name in Canada's many court rooms.

Mr. Carten’s Web Pages are not pages of information to be dismissed. Yet, I must admit, when first introduced to the massive amount of information compiled by Mr. Carten, the first reaction was general disbelieve. Unfortunately, my Court experiences brings forth a shocking truth that the judicial system is far from its mandate to protect society from criminal activity. Rather, purposely adapted to protect the criminal interests of corrupt officials of whatever government crime of the day happens to be ongoing. Moreover, my two year involvement uncovering government sponsored criminal activity, already involves thousands of document pages relating to Transport Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada and useless members of the Crown and police.

Murder and Corruption in Campbell River, British Columbia, Canada
It was the brilliant forensic work of Captain da Costa Duarte, relying on his scientific and sea going background that proved that long time Campbell River resident Douglas Michael Flynn (shown in photo on right) was most likely murdered on December 8, 2008.
Flynn had been investigating the looting of public monies through the Campbell River Harbour Authority when his body was found dead on a friend's boat at the Fresh Water Marina in a rigor mortis state. In other words, approximately 12
hours after he was killed. His body displayed signs of a struggle and it is now believed that he was murdered on the instructions of someone linked to the looted funds. Watchful residents of Campbell River believe that the RCMP report written by Inspector Gelinas omitted key evidence and other important details of the series of events that took place the night of his death.
Campbell River is located on Vancouver Island on the Coast of British Columbia (shown in map on left) and plays and important role as a hub of drug running into the lucrative Canadian drug trade that operates with the implicit approval of the RCMP and the organized crime agents working inside the British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General.

As the investigation of the events surrounding the murder of Michael Douglas Flynn has proceeded, the trail of corruption has led back to lawyers working for the notoriously corrupt British Columbia company Themis Program Management and Consuling Ltd. that is owned by by the giant American company Maximus Inc. With their documented connections to the Vatican, these two companies are believed to play an important role in the laundering of drug money in Canada.
Lawyers working or Themis and Maximus Inc. played a key role in the Water War Crimes.
