Another Dead Canadian Politician
There is good reason to believe that the pre-mature death of retired and respected Canadian politician, Harvie Andre, (shown above in photo on left) was brought about as a result of the defective legal strategy adopted by Prime Minister Stephen Harper (shown in above photo on right) and his Justice Minister, Rob Nicholson. (shown in centre photo).

According to media reports, Mr. Andre was a man of high integrity despite his being a member of the cabinet of Prime Minister Brian Mulroney when many of the Water War Crimes were set in motion and carried out. Foreign readers are advised that the Canadian media is not well respected for for truth-telling to its own people.

There are many Canadians who regard Brian Mulroney as a criminal who took a $250,000 bribe from Karl Heintz Schrieber who is now serving time in a German prison for tax fraud. To be fair to Mr. Mulroney, it should be noted that his reputation was cleared of the accusation by Manitoba Chief Justice Jeffery Oilphant in a farcical public inquiry. The reader should also note that Oliphant, appointed to his position as a judge by Mulroney, also played a leading role in the cover up of the Water War also Crimes. Some members of the Canadian judiciary have a reputaiton for sleaze and Oilphant seems to be building one. Unfortunately, Harvie Andre's reputation is tainted by his past association with this class of people.

Mr. Harvie Andre would have personally known many of the key players in the Water War Crimes and, if a man of integrity as the Canadian media tells us he was, it is probable that he would have been deeply ashamed of their conduct as players in the Water War Crimes and, in particular, the conduct of his former assistant parliamentary house leader, present Justice Minister Rob Nicholson, who is responsible for the development of the crooked legal strategy that was intended to protect the criminals in the Canadian political class, most of whom were colleagues of Harvie Andre. It is the Editor's oipinion that that defective legal strategy eventually led to the murder of Canadian Justice Carolym Layden-Stevenson, in June, 2012, and the suicide or murder of Canadian Department of Justice lawyer, Mr. Eric Noel, two weeks later.
It is a well documented medical fact that shame and guilt are emotions that are known to activate and enhance the gowth of cancer cells in the body, so, it is no mere co-incidence that the Harvie Andre lost his battle with cancer during the time period that the conduct of his former parliamentary assistant Robert Nicholson was being proved to be a national disgrace resulting in the probable murder of one senior judge, the suicide or murder of one Department of Justice lawyer and the firing of the Deputy Minister of Justice while all along protecting criminals in Canada's political class.
Although Canadian Prime Minister Harper has recently announced he is terminating the services of Mr. Myles Kirvan, the Deputy Minister of Justice responsible for the debacle, Mr. Harper has not yet announced the dismissal Mr. Nicholson, the Minister who is ultimately responsible for the conduct of the Deputy Minister under Canada's peculiar British parliamentary system of governance. The conduct of Mr. Harper is similar to firing a lieutenant who led his subordinates into a disaster by following a stupid order of a demented general.

It is also worth noting that the death of Harvie Andre, a resident of the Canadian province of Alberta, followed shortly after the sudden decline into death of Peter Lougheed (shown in centre photo), another supposedly honest politician from Alberta, who was an outspoked two-faced critic of clean water - energy exports from British Columbia while supporting huge oil and natural gas exports from Alberta. As the investigation continues, the Editors expect to learn that this was no mere co-incidence.

Was Harvie Andre Murdered?
There is a possibility that Harvie Andre was murdered. It is a known fact that cancer can be used as a weapon to kill people. Due to his have been a member of the cabinet during Prime Minister Brian Mulroney's government, it is probable that Harvie Andre had inside knowledge of the Water War Crimes that could have put some people in jail. He may have known who some of the leading inside investors were.
If Harvie Andre did have inside knowledge of the Water War Crimes that could put some people in jail or result in their being removed from office, then he was certainly a target for assassination. We remind the reader that there are undenied allegations that Queen Elizabeth and her husbnad were investors in the bulk water export scheme.
The reader is also reminded that a surprising number of people with inside knowledge of the Water War Crimes have died from cancer at a relatively young age which lends support to the thesis that Harvie Andre was murdered.
