Another Canadian Insider Drops Dead
Robert Kaplan (shown in photo on left) another Canadian politician with deep links to the Water War Crimes entered the Grave Yard of the Guilty today - Guy Fawkes Day, November 5, - the anniversary of the death Justice Robert Edwards, in 2007, and the retirement date (2012) for Deputy Minister of Justice Myles Kirvan, both of whom played key roles in the cover up of the Water War Crimes that began when Robert Kaplan was a member of the cabinet of the corrupt Canadian Prime Minister, Pierre Trudeau .

Robert Kaplan is widely known as the Minister selected by Canada's communist Prime Minister, Pierre Trudeau, (shown in above photos left and right with Mao and Castro) to set up a Canadian version of the KGB, known as CSIS, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS logo shown in centre photo).
CSIS is a highly secretive organization collects data on Canadians citizens, listens to their phone calls and intercepts other private communications breaching fundamental rights, including the rights of solicitor client privilege and privacy.
Kaplan was also a member of the cabinet of Pierre Trudeau when Trudeau used Canada's then recently created national oil company Petro-Canada to enrich his family and friends by using millions of taxpayers dollars to purchase Petro Fina Canada at grossly inflated prices, a company in which the Trudeau family held a significant interest.
Trudeau and the other criminals in his dirty communist - criminal gang then sealed the records of that transaction for an extraordinary 50 years. It was a dirty piece of business that, although widely reported in the media at the time, has been largely ignored by Canada's historians and by its more recently criminally complicit media organizations.

Was Robert Kaplan Murdered?
Canada's mainstream media are reporting that Robert Kaplan (shown in photo on left) died after a long battle with cancer but that does not rule out a possible murder. It is not terribly difficult to murder someone who is already dying of cancer.
Glen Shortliffe, a former Clerk of the Canada's Privy Council and a key witness in the Water War Crimes, was also allegedly dying of cancer when he died from a sudden heart attack.
A person with cancer will often make what is called "a death bed confession" so other insiders have a motive to kill that person before he or she makes the confession.

Firstly, the date of Kaplan's death has an astonishing symbolic meaning for the Water War Crimes because it was on November 5, 2007, when a key Water War Crimes insider, Robert Edwards, dropped dead from a sudden heart attack in 2007 shortly after his crimes were exposed in a court filing in British Columbia.
Robert Edwards had been the Deputy Attorney General of British Columbia when the illegal deal to loot British Columbia`s water resource revenue was crafted with his assistance in complicity with officials at Canada's Department of Justice in Ottawa while Robert Kaplan was a member of Parliament and Myles Kirvan was an employee at the Department of Justice as general counsel in Federal-Provincial Relations where he undoubtedly had delaings with Robert Edwards.

Secondly, November 5, is the date selected by Prime Minister Harper to terminate the services of Myles Kirvan as Deputy Minister of Justice at Canada's Department of Justice. This was not a co-incidence and sent a message to the conspirators who sought to subvert Parliament and the British Columbia legislature with their water export conspiracy.

Thirdly, on November 5, it was revealed that Prime Minister Harper was under extraordinary security during his trip to India which is an indication the RCMP believe there is a real threat to his life. The revelation on November 5 sent a message to those who understand the symbolism involved.

These organizations use symbolic dates to carry out assassinations or other attacks, such as the 9-11 attack on New York City, in order to send a message to other insiders who can read between the lines. Some of these organizations were part of the conspiracy to loot Canada`s water export revenues.
If Kaplan was party to the conspiracy to loot and plunder Canada's water export revenues then, killing him on November 5, would send a message that would be understood by the remainder of the insider cabal who were involved in that conpiracy which appears to have led to the murder of Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson (shown in above photo on right).
