William Annett, Christy Clark &  Patrick Kinsella

In a Vancouver courthouse last week, under intense cross-examination by Rain Coast Water Inc., lawyer  George Douvelos, William Annett (shown in photo on left)  identified Partick Kinsella (shown in photo on right), as the lobbyist for W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd.,  when the Government of British Columbia gave WCW a secret illegal bulk water export monopoly while  cheating  competitors in the water export business, including Rain Coast  that is claiming over $500 million in damages for lost business opportunity damages from the Government of British Columbia.

Kinsella, a top strategic advisor to Premier Christy Clark ........

Kinsella Named At Corruption Trial & Linked to Rich Coleman

Kinsella, a top strategic advisor to Premier Christy Clark, is a close pal of her Deputy Premier, Rich Coleman, (shown in photo on left) and the two are frequently seen at the Hastings Park Race Track where they  are believed to discuss government business in plain sight

Deputy Attorney General, Richard Fyfe, (shown in photo on right) has a long insider history of assisting the BC Government set up corrupt insider deals with Kinsella friendly companies such as Maximus Inc,, Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. and many others.

Coleman was a big supporter of the recently shelved plan by Premier Clark to sell the BC Government owned liquor stores to a private company with links to Kinsella.

Fyfe was top legal advisor on the many corrupt deals involving Premier Gordon Campbell including the pay off to Basi and Virk in exchange for their agreement to plead guilty on ther BC Rial corruption trial.  Kinsella has links to that deal also.

The notoriously corrupt Government of British Columbia is represented in court by Graham Underwood who has developed a reputation for deception and dishonesty during his long career  with British Columbia Ministry of Justice and Attorney General that is regarded as a centre of organized crime in Canada's westernmost province, and Angela Davies, who is developing a reputation for fraudulent litigation tactics by standing idly by while her key witness perjured himself on the witness stand when he initially denied that W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterrpises Ltd. had hired lobbyiests only to reverse his testimony when cross examined by Douvelos.

The deceitful testimony of Annett, under the guidance of Davies and Underwood, is compounded by the fact that, although when under cross-examination Annett admitted that WCW had hired  Kinsella as a lobbyiest, Annett and his lawyers skillfully avoided telling the court that Canada's most notorious lobbyiest Allan Gregg was then on the company Board of Directors.  Gregg had close ties to then Canadain Prime Minister Brian Mulroney.

Fyfe, Bereford, Dix, Underwood, Corruption

The Rain Coast lawsuit and other Water War Crimes lawsuits  goes back to the late 1980's and early 1990's when Richard Fyfe, (photo on left) Christ Beresford (centre photo) and Graham Underwood (no photo) were employees with the corrupt Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia.

Illegal deals were made, laws were broken, assets were looted and Fyfe, Beresford, Underwood and other crooked insiders have been bending, twisting and perverting the law to cover up for themselves and others ever since.  Fyfe and Beresford figure prominently in the favours conferred on the giant American corporation Maximus Inc. and its Canadian subsidiary Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd.

One of those others involved in the cover up is NDP leader Adrain Dix, (shown in photo on right).  Dix was caught fabricating evidence in order to mislead a police investigation of his former boss Premier Glen Clark but, instead of being prosecuted for his crime, his pals at the Ministry of the Attorney General protected Dix who is expected to become Premier in the next election because Premier Christy Clark is falling far behind in the polls due to her continued cover up of the Water War Crimes and her refusal to fire Richard Fyfe who directed the legal strategy that resulted in the recent murder of Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson and the suicide (possible murder) of Federal Department of Justice lawyer, Eric Noel.

Unfortunately, the corruption in British Columbia is on both sides of the legislature with NDP leaders Adrian Dix and John Horgan completely inter-connected to the Water War  Crimes due to their being part of the dirty government of Premier Glen Clark.  Thankfully, Clark was removed from office by the RCMP but the Dix, Horgan, Beresford, Fyfe and Underwood gangsters continue to be part of the fabric of  government in British Columbia.

As a recommended first step towards cleaning up government corruption in British Columbia, criminal charges must immediately brought against Adrian Dix for a crime he has confessed to having committed.   This will allow the NDP to select a leader who is not an unconvicted criminal.

It is a shame to watch the corruption unfold at all levels of our governments, judicial and police forces .Maybe strict laws should be enacted to separate a corrupt official from his or her pension ,due to the ultimate cost the country and it's citizens have to pay to the future . I sincerely think the creation of a BC Pension Bank , who's elected directors would only be accountable to the people . It would separate funds from corporations, union directors and governments. Revenue generation could be derived from water exports, marijuana revenues, etc. They'd watch it like a hawk, build to billions.....Ron
