NOTICE TO CSIS AND FRIENDS

This post is to notify CSIS - the Canadian Security and Intelligence and Service that their clumsy phone call on Sunday evening, Feb. 24, 2013, at 5:54 pm (PST) to Mr. Carten's cell phone was duly noted along with the link back to the foreign agency involved that shall remain nameless in order to protect our sources.

I think the sale of Canadian fresh water is a great idea. We have the Mackenzie River system draining the entire north and west. Divert this huge mass of water and pipe it south. Not hard to do. The entire southern prairies would benifiet as well as Montana and all parts south. Good revenue for the territories . Maybe the huge profits could be used to provide housing for the mentally ill and street people who seem rejected by all.
