Queen Elizabeth, Pope Benedict
and
a Murdered Canadian Judge

"It's unusual for the Queen - who at 86 has robust health - to pull out of an official engagement. " Royal Correspondent  Peter Hunt stated, March 1, 2013

On Tuesday of this week, a reliable private intelligence source in Canada advised Water War Crimes investigators that British intelligence had determined that Pope Benedict had ordered the murder of Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson and that Queen Elizabeth had planned to discuss the matter with the President of Italy on her trip to Rome on March 6 and 7, 2013.  The trip planners had deliberately excluded a Royal - Papal meeting which is the usual custom.

It appears Pope Benedict got wind of the events and he announced his resignation before the intended arrival of Queen Elizabeth.

On Wednesday, the information about Pope Benedict being part of the murder of Justice Layden Stevenson was conveyed to Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper by email which means it was probably read by British Intelligence (MI-6), Canadian Intelligence (CSIS) and American Intelligence (CIA /NSA, etc.)

On Friday, Queen Elizabeth blinked and her staff advised the world that the visit to Rome next week may be cancelled.

The Editors think this is not a co-incidence because ......

There Are No Co-Incidences

The Editors think this is not a co-incidence because Queen Elizabeth is a Canadian public servant and she has no legal or constitutional authority to discuss any Canadian business, such as the murder of a Canadian judge, with the President of Italy, or anyone else for that matter, without first receiving the approval of her Canadian ministers.

That is how the Canadian and English constitutions work.

The Queen cannot act, unilaterally, without the approval of her ministers.  Queens and Kings who have done so in the past have had their heads severed from their bodies in a characteristically unsportsmanlike manner that typifies outraged Parliamentarians when they learn their King or Queen may be plotting against them.
The following is the text of the email sent letter to Prime Minister Harper and the Mr. Wouters, the Clerk of the Canada's Privy Council, on Wednesday February 27, 2013 at 2.52 PM (PST)

Dear Prime Minister Harper and Clerk Wouters:

Re: The Murderer of Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson

I have recently been informed by a source that has proved uncannily accurate in the past that British Intelligence has identified Pope Benedict to be the person who gave the final authorization to the murder of Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson.

It does appear that Queen Elizabeth has been informed and she was intending to raise the matter with the President of Italy during her upcoming visit of March 6 and 7 to Rome.

If this is the case and you are unaware of this development, then your lack of knowledge lends support to the notion that Canada should have a separate monarch or head of state.

Yours very truly,

It is also unusual for the Queen's planners to suggest a trip scheduled to take place on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week may not take place due to something like stomach flu which is often gone within a few days.

Clearly, the Royal advisers are preparing the public for a possible cancellation. This is how the Royal charade game is played.

Certainly, if Prime Minister Harper was not informed of Queen's Elizabeth's plans, he would have immediately contacted Buckingham Palace and demanded a full an explanation. That contact would likely have been on Thursday.

In response, it appears Queen Elizabeth, suddenly, on Friday, became ill, which may be a cover story, but, also, may be also be a real illness that arose spontaneously, in a psychosomatic manner, when she realized  her secret was no longer a secret.

The timing of these events suggests they may be connected and, of course, there may be other explanations.

However, as readers of this web site know, the conspiracy to loot Canada's water export wealth involved some very big players internationally and it would come as no surprise to learn that both the Vatican and Buckingham Palace were part of that conspiracy.
The Editors caution the reader that the source did not state the Pope had authorized the murder of Justice Layden Stevenson but that British Intelligence had identified the Pope as the person who had the final say in the making of the order to murder the judge in question.  Although the Canadian intelligence source has proved highly reliable in the past in these matters, British Intelligence does not have the same stellar record and British Intelligence has an institutional bias against the Pope due to religious competition that may have clouded their perceptions. Nonetheless, we feel the reader should be aware of this information because the decision of the Royal family executive offices to announce that the trip to Rome may be cancelled is highly co-incidental and suggestive of a causal connection to the information that was provided to Prime Minister Harper only two days prior to the announcement.  In the next few days, Prime Minister Harper may approve of the visit by Canada's Queen to Rome for the purpose, a Canadian purpose, that was initially contemplated without Canadian government approval but that remains to be seen.
