Water War Crimes
Premier Christy Clark took over the governance of the Province of British Columbia in March, 2011.
Since that time, she has definitely taken control of the Ministry of the Attorney General which had become a center for organized white collar crime in British Columbia.
Immediately after she was sworn in as Premier, Ms. Clark fired the dirty Allan Seckel, who had been Deputy Minister ot the Attorney General, from 2003 to 2009, and Deputy Minister to the convict Premier, Gordon Campbell, from 2009 to 2011. As Deputy Minister to the Attorney General, Allan Seckel had been responsible for many of the Water War Crimes and their cover up. He was also responsible for much other criminality carried out by government under the leadership of Premier Campell including the cover up of the Dr. Kuntz Affair where a group of lawyers looted millions of taxpayers dollars through a fraudulent class action lawsuit against Dr. John David Kuntz.

In May, 2011, Robert Wood, Assistant Deputy Minister to the Attorney General responsible for Court Services left for a job in Nova Scotia. Court Services, along with the Chief Judge or Justice, are responsible for judge scheduling which, basically, is a form of judge shopping by the government whereby insiders in the government insert the judge they want so he will give the decision they want in a particualr case regardless of the evidence.
In July 2011, Jerry McHale left his position as Assistant Deputy Minister for the Attorney General and took a position with the University of Victoria. McHale had been in charge of family justice services that attacked Mr. Carten's family, fixed a number of law cases against him, put him in jail and destroyed his business. Family justice was a center of much criminality against many other families in British Columbia under McHale's his leadership.

In August, 2011, Attorney General, Barry Penner, who had been appointed to his position by the convict Premier, Gordon Campbell, suddenly resigned. As a lawyer, Penner was obviously afraid to clean out the dirty lawyers from the Ministry of the Attorney General.
In December, 2011 and January, 2012, nine judges and one master of the superior court suddenly resigned. This was five to six times the monthly average for judicial resignations. Several of the judges were known to be dirty and the master was reputed to be a member of notorious secret criminal gang operating in British Columbia.

In January, 2012, Robert Lapper, who had joined the Ministry of the Attorneuy General, in 1994, rose to the position of Assistant Deputy Minister, in 2001, to Deputy Minister, in 2007, and then went to become a senior advisor in the office of Premier Campbell, from 2007 to 2009, was removed from the British Columbia Government and ran off to Toronto to become CEO of the Law Society of Upper Canad (Ontario). These were critical years when the Ministry of the Attorney General was involved in all kinds of criminal activity, including many of the Water War Crimes. Lapper certainly played a major role in the continuing cover up of the Water War Crimes and other cases of judicial manipulation.

On an undislcosed date in 2012, Ann Wilson, a lawyer who had been involved in swearing a false affidavit for court purposes in the Sun Belt Water Inc. lawsuit, resigned and went into private law practice in Victoria.

In February, 2012, Rob Gillen, Asssistant Deputy Attorney General Criminal Prosecutions, resigned. Gillen had directed the malicious prosecution of Mr. Carten in 2008. He had also been involved in other deviousness within the criminal prosecutions division of the administration of justice in British Columbia.

In May, 2012, David Loukidelis, the Deputy Attorney General, appointed by former Premier Gordon Campbell, in 2010, announced he was quitting the same day his Assistant Deputy, Richard Fyfe, was caught lying to protect a dirty lawyer who had tried to secretly influence the presiding judge during the malicious prosecution of Mr. Carten.

Also, in May, 2012, Premier Clark fired the Chairman of the British Colubmia Securities Commission, Douglas Hyndman, who was paid the outrageous salary of $523,614 for the fiscal year ending 2011 while at the same time working for a federal government agency. (Our researchers are now investigating if he was getting two salaries at once). Due to his position, it is arguable that Mr. Hyndman was the man most responsible for the corruption at the notorious Vancouver Stock Exchange that bilked billions from innocent investors from 1987 onwards.
In June, 2012, Craig Jones, supervising lawyer in the Constitutional Law section of the Ministry of Justice for B.C. resigned to take a position with Thompson Rivers University Law School. Craig Jones had made false and misleading submissions in a case invovling Mr. Carten in 2007.

After Mr. Penner resigned, Ms. Clark appointed a non-lawyer, Ms. Shirley Bond, to the position of Attorney General.
Shortly afterwards, in September, 2011, Premier Clark appointed a top RCMP intelligence asset, Allan Castle, to be Assistant Deputy Minister for the newly created position of "business intelligence and performance metrics over the justice system as a whole".
``Business intelligence` is extremely important in Government because the Government handles billions of taxpayers dollars and it is a target for thieves, embezzlers and other crooks. Simply put, leaders in Govenrment must have valid information to know who is legitimate, who is not and who who is trying to rip off public assets.
``Perfromance metrics in the justice system`` is long overdue. Some Government lawyers, some government appointed judges and other justice officials perform well, while others are
complete disasters. While some of the under performance is due to incompetence and substance abuse, some of it is due to corruption. Sadly, British Columbia has had a long history of corrupt Government lawyers, corrupt judges and other corrupt justice officials.

In addition, the productionj of electricity from the force of "water flowing downhill" produces no pollution of the air, the land or the water, whereas the oil/natural gas/ nuclear industries are extremely polluting and produce a number of highly toxic byproducts.
