Although touted by Gordon Campbell's government as "the best place on earth",  British Columbia has been plagued with a serious of premiers who ran afoul of the law in one way or another.  British Columbia could be referred to as "the most corrupt place on earth" because political corruption is endemic.  All of the Premiers shown here have one more thing in common - the WaterWarCrimes.  CLICK ON THE PICTURE of a Premier and the pop up will give you a brief explanation of how the WaterWarCrimes are linked to that Premier.  There were two other Premiers not shown here, Rita Johnson and Dan Miller who were in office for only a few months to fill the position when the previous Premier them was forced to resign because of corruption allegations.

Gordon Campbell did not get into the office of the Premier without a little help from his friends.  After a few failed business ventures, friends of Gordon Campbell arranged for him to be elected mayor of Vancouver.  Seeing the potential in their young protege, these same friends assisted Mr. Campbell to enter the highest office in the province.  Pictured here are some of Premier Campbell's closest political friends and advisors.  They all have one thing in common - they were very closely linked to W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd.

We think Gordon Campbell has been deliberately covering up and concealing crimes by Government officers and employees, past and present. If we are correct, you may soon see another snapshot of Gordon Campbell like the one at the left when Mr. Campbell was caught breaking the law in the United States shortly after he was elected.

Gordon Campbell cannot deny knowledge of the Water War Crimes.

Mr. Campbell's pals were all involved with WCW Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd.

Lyall Knott, over at the law firm of Clark Wilson, assisted WCW acquire its illegal contract, Paul Fraser was with Clark Wilson at the time and went on to act for Ms. Annett, the former president of WCW in the arelated lawsuit filed by Aquasrouce Ltd. before being apointed Conflict of Interest Commissioner and, most recently, Freedom of Information Commissioner, Peter Brown, the Financier at Cannacord Capital that assisted to raise capital for WCW, and the notorious Patrick Kinsella and, according to documents from the files of WCW, his firm played a role in the development of the idea for a moratorium on bulk water exports that exempted WCW.

Having said this, our claim makes no allegations against these friends of Premier Campbell. To our knowledge, they did not cause any harm. We are only making claims against persons who were part of what we see was a conspiracy to cause us harm because Mr. Carten was helping Sun Belt Water Inc. an American victim of fraud by the British Columbia Government in litigation that was leading to exposure of major crimes by political insiders and because Ms. Gibbs was providing some assistance to Mr. Carten.

Correspondence from Mr. Campbell 's Deputy Minister and Cabinet Secretary, Ken Dobell dated August 14, 2002, and from Premier Gordon Campbell, dated May 23, 2003, show Mr. Campbell 's apparent approval of fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

The following letter from Sun Belt Water, Inc., CEO, Jack Lindsey, to Premier Campbell is also instructive, especially the History of Predecessor Premiers starting at Page Five.

In a recent conversation, Mr. Colin Beach president of Aquasource Ltd., advised that he was told by William Pearce that the BC cabinet had directed him not to release certain documents to Aquasource Ltd as part of the litigation process.

There is much more coming please be patient
