Within a week of the hearing before Madam Justice Gauthier of Canada's Federal Court, the Attorney General of British Columbia announced, today, that lawyer, Timothy "Tim" Leadem would be leaving his position effective April 30, 2010.  

This is the third government lawyer who played a role in the WaterWarCrimes to leave his job within the past 45 days.  Deputy Attorney General for Canada, John Sims, and Department of Justice lawyer, Melanie Chartier, suddenly left their positions on April 1, 2010, after they were caught making false submissions in documents filed in Canada's Federal Court.  

Mr. Leadem played a key role in the suppression of evidence in the Sun Belt Water lawsuit between 1993 and 1999, when, as lead counsel with William Pearce, Q.C.,  he suppressed and concealed over 18,000 pages of documents that were relevant to the Sun Belt litigation. 

Mr. Leadem is also accused of being a party to the crimes of fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice, carried out in the Sun Belt lawsuit, when, as legal counsel, he relied on patently false documents in making submissions to the assigned case management judge James Shabbits.

According to documents found online, Mr. Leadem has also been a member of the Sierra Club of Western Canada, a Rockerfeller funded organization that has issued several statements opposing bulk water exports from Canada - a position that was instrumental to the attempt to illegal scheme to create the illegal bulk water export monopoly that would have illegally benefitted insiders with offshore accounts.  

The WaterWarCrimes are a classic example of how Canada's environmental movement has been manipulated to serve hidden business interests  

Mr. Leadem lives in Victoria, is divorced and in January 2009 was Chair of the Pastoral Council for the Saanich Penninsula Parish, a Roman Catholic Community in covenant with St. Stephen's Anglican Church.

At the WaterWarCrimes web site we believe Mr. Leadem was an active participant in the crimes of fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice and that he should spend some years behind bars as a proper and fitting punishment.

Sometime on April 22, 2010, the WaterWarCrimes web site marked its 17,000th visitor since September 2009, when we attached a counter to the site that was first set up in June 2009.

However, visitation rates took a major jump beginning in in February when this site caught the attention of the international internet media.  We have had over 12,000 visits since Febraury 1, 2010.
 
Although we have had visitors from 108 countries, the vast majority, approximately 15,000 are from Canada.

It appears that Canadians have a large thirst for understanding the real issues behind Canada's water export policies and the political corruption involved. 

About 95% of our feedback, some posted on the blog and the rest by private e-mail, is complimentary and much of it is from Canadians who bumped into the corruption in the courts like that we have described on the this web site, especially the courts in British Columbia.  Many of the same judges are referred to over and over again. 

As the American congress contemplates revocation of the NAFTA, American radio show host, Paul Drockton, (shown left) continues to inform American audiences that Canada's political class cheated American citizens under the NAFTA.

On April 14, 2010, Paul Drockton, whose whistleblowing radio show and web site http://www.moneyteachers.org/Canada.Water.htm is now viewed by over 450,000 visitors per month, interviewed Canadian lawyer John Carten, for the third time in 60 days, as American thirst for knowledge about the WaterWarCrimes continues to grow.

Immediately after a similar interview, in late Ferbruary 2010, Canada's Government discharged its legal team consisting of Canadian Deputy Minister of Justice, John Sims, Q.C., and Vancouver lawyer Melanie Chartier, who were then exposed worldwide as players in a fraudulent defence filed in Canada's Federal Court.  The discharge of these key high level employees in Canada is a testament to the power and influence of Mr. Drockton's broadcasts.

(Q.C. is an abbreviation for the term Queen's Counsel that reflects Canada's colonial system of justice imported from England and left unchanged in the intervening centuries.  The Canadian population is increasingly resistant to its justice system where handpicked government judges are used to destroy the liberties and propertry rights of private Canadian citizens and where legal and judicial racketeering are now commonplace). 

Federal Court of Canada officials in Vancouver advise that Madam Justice Johanne Gauthier, (shown right) has been assigned by Chief Justice Lutfy to preside as hearing judge on April 20, 2010, when insiders and former insiders with the Governments of Canada and British Columbia will be making their desparate last stand to prevent the WaterWarCrimes from proceeding to trial.

According to her online biography, Madam Justice Gauthier was born September 11, 1955 in Montréal, Quebec, educated at Collège Michèle Provost, University of Montréal and London School of Economics.
The London School of Economics was establised in London, England, in 1895, by the Fabian Socialist Society in order to encourage the spread of socialism.  The most noted Canadian  grauduate was Canada's self admitted communist Prime Minister, Pierre Trudeau.

WaterWarCrimes Defendant, Anne McLellan, former Canadian Justice Minister and present law partner with Bennett Jones, is a also a graduate of the London School of Economics.

Madam Gauthier was called to the Quebec Bar, 1979.  She is a past partner with the Montreal law firm of Ogilvy Renault, past executive of the Maritime International Committee, past president for the Marine Advisory Board and the Canadian Maritime Law Association.  She was at one time Commissioner for the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation & Safety Board Act Review Commission.  She is a past member of the the Maritime Law Section, Quebec division of the Canadian Bar.  Madam Gauthier is a recipient of the Governor General of Canada Gold medal.  She was appointed Judge of the Federal Court of Canada, Trial Division and ex officio member of the Federal Court of Canada of Appeal, December 11, 2002, by the Government of Prime Minister Jean Chretien, and appointed a Judge of the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada, February 20, 2003.  Since July 2, 2003, the date of the coming into force of the Courts Administration Service Act, she has been a Judge of the Federal Court.

Deputy Minister of Justice in a nation that is covering up a major international crime is a dangerous job.  Astute observers are asking: How long will Canada's newest Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Attorney General Mr. Myles Kirvan last in his new job? 

Formerly Associate Deputy Minister of Public Safety, Mr. Kirvan becomes Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Attorney General of Canada, effective April 6.

Mr. Kirvan replaces outgoing Deputy Minister, John Sims, Q.C., who was caught making fraudulent submissions in the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit in Canada's Federal Court, who refused to retract the submission and who suddenly resigned, effective April 1, 2010, a few short weeks after his misconduct was broadcast internationally via several whistle blowing sites on the internet, such as Paul Drockton, Jeff Rense and David Icke.  Canada's mainstream media ignored the story. 

As Associate Deputy Minister of Public Safety, (RCMP) from October 1, 2007 to date, Mr. Kirvan would probably have been privy to the secret police files containing the identity of the Water War Criminals - a group that Canadian legal authorities have consistently refused to investigate and prosecute.

We at the WaterWarCrimes crimes web site and blog welcome the appointment of Mr. Myles Kirvan to the position of Deputy Minister of Justice and Attorney General for Canada.   It is always refreshing to see a new face and our expectation of common human decency, justice and fair and equitable treatment from our fellow human beings is ever present nothwithstanding the sinister, devilish, and corrupt record of Canadian and British Columbia Government employees to date.     

In 1991, Myles Kirvan began his Public Service career in the Department of Justice as General Counsel, Federal-Provincial Relations Office. He went on to serve in the Department of Justice in various capacities including Senior Advisor to the Associate Deputy Minister, Public Law; General Counsel, Dispute Resolution Services; Senior General Counsel, Legal Services, Health Canada; and from 2003-2007, Assistant Deputy Minister, Business and Regulatory Law.

Prior to joining the Public Service of Canada, Myles Kirvan served as an advisor to Ministers. He has served as Legislative Assistant to the Solicitor General of Canada; Senior Policy Advisor to the Minister of National Revenue; Judicial Affairs Advisor and then Chief of Staff for the Minister of Justice and Attorney General. In 1993 Myles Kirvan served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister.
